Still Loving It!
I think I’ve listened to every episode of this podcast, since the early Healthier Together days and I can say Liz keeps getting better and better. Her choices of subject and the experts she brings on are what continue to bring me back, week after week, year after year. Not only is she a stellar interviewer, but she clearly knows so much about the health and wellness space. But what sets her apart is her vulnerability and ability to say the hard thing and find actionable steps to overcome it, for us and for herself. I really appreciate her voice in this space and look forward to anything she brings to it. Thanks again, Liz!

Great guests, topics
MAHA to alt right wellness was very well done, explained and impartial. I hope it reached the people that needed to hear it. Overall, I love a lot of her podcast episodes and guests. Lately, some of the episodes are very redundant to past ones so I haven’t been listening much but this one was great.

Liz Moody Podcast is fantastic in every way, and her interview episodes are my fav. She is so well researched, grounded, and thoughtful when presenting all sides of the arguments she brings up, and doesn’t shy away from hard topics. She is consistently thorough and respectful, and knows how to keep things conversational and approachable. Listening feels like chatting with a friend, and no topic is off the table. The recent MAHA episode was really well done, and very fair.

Science backed wellness information
I’ve been listening to Liz Moody’s podcast for years and she consistently impresses me with the thoughtful, deep questions she asks her guests. I appreciate that she doesn’t seem to have a specific agenda when covering wellness topics, unless you consider a scientific evidence based approach an agenda. I was deeply grateful for her recent episode on the MAHA movement, as I’ve become wary about many of my wellness podcasts in the age of the crunchy to alt right pipeline, as Liz referred to it. Thank you, Liz!

I’ve been listening to this podcast since 2020 and it’s safe to say that in those 5 years, it has truly changed my life. Through exposure to top notch doctors, experts with varied perspectives, her own philosophies and musings, my worldview has expanded astronomically. Liz covers topics like death, parenthood, weight loss, and money with nuance, grace, and tons of research. She’s introduced me to new ways of thinking and helped me dive deeper on topics I care about. I even felt brave enough to digital nomad after hearing about Liz’s experience. MAHA review disingenuous
Liz, You are twisting yourself in knots to try to explain how your advice and philosophy differs from the MAHA movement. The movement’s primary goal is to end childhood diseases through addressing the root causes in our food and healthcare system, both things you have advocated for countless times. Because it is a movement on the wrong side of the aisle, you have ascribed malintent and convinced yourself that the people leading this movement have ulterior motives with no evidence. It’s easy to nit pick any movement, but that does not mean it is not trying to do good. You are losing the respect of a thoughtful audience and catering to people who can only see the bad in everything Trump touches. This is not a thoughtful perspective, it’s just one that preserves your worldview. I enjoy your health hacks and guests, please reconsider this reaction and oversimplification.

Like a friend giving you research backed tips and trying to talk you off the wellness ledge
A friend referred me to the podcast as she and I have been going down a rabbit hole and almost making ourselves insane with all the fitness fads and trends we keep finding. We know we don’t need to do all of them but sifting through the noise versus what’s actually meaningful is incredibly hard. Enter this podcast. Liz does the research and distill down any misinformation with expert guidance. She also does in a very friendly compassionate way. The recent trad wife episode is a great example of this. Highly recommend for anyone trying to do better but looking for help.

Liz Moody is reasonable, level headed, sees both sides, and does her research. She cares about both personal and public health. She understands that for humans to thrive our environment also has to thrive (clean water and clean air). I highly highly highly recommend this podcast to anyone hoping to improve their health and wellness without the noise of your typical health influencer.

I have been a fan of TLMP for over 1.5 years and I literally feel like my life has changed so positively!!! The episode on the MAHA movement is so balanced and fair. Liz doesn’t incredible job tapping right into the very real reasons, people are frustrated with the current healthcare system. And she also shines a light on how challenging it can be to genuinely make America healthy again without properly funding scientific discourse, and research that helps us improve access to healthcare for everyone and understanding of women’s health and health. The tie in to how families are unsupported in the current state of our country makes it very clear that she is empathetic and honest about people’s genuine frustrations, and fears. I really appreciated her nuanced insight. I know that some episodes can be a bit lengthy (like the cannabis one but my god I learned SO much—who knew lavender and singing in a group could impact the endocannabinoid (sp?) system system in a blissful way too!); but I don’t mind breaking those up across boring chores or my workouts! Her review of the science is always easy to understand and implement. Plus, I love that she has consistent advertisers. It feel as though she genuinely loves what she shares (I have just loved my pique teas since starting my subscription last year). I do not go on social media very frequently yeah I feel like this is a really good recap of like trending wellness topics and I really appreciate this. I would like to say that the shorter episodes are great and I love that she sprinkles those in as options. Overall I am an official stan.

I started listening to The Liz Moody Podcast 2-3 years ago and it is my favorite podcast that I listen to every week! The episodes are full of so much information and actionable tips that anyone can benefit from listening to. I highly recommend going back and listening to old episodes on topics that interest you and current episodes for the latest science and information.

When I hear Liz say, "Hello Friends!" I know I’m going to get some helpful tips and info over the next hour or so delivered in a friendly and accessible way. Liz is always so kind and considerate to her guests and her listeners. Yes, some episodes are directed at female listeners, but as a 50yo guy I still get a huge amount out of most episodes, and I’m often sharing them with my wife and daughter.
