1 less star because no one can hear D. Board! Especially for those of us who listen during commutes. Please increase his mic volume! everything else is good. one of the best 49ers podcasts.

I really like how realistic the hosts are. They are willing to admit that sometimes the team is outmatched.

Update 2025: Still listening but not as frequently. While I do like Croc’s input, it sounds a lot like ME ME ME. I’m smarter than all the fans and coaches, I NEED to be heard. Sometimes it’s fine to not be the smartest person in the room…. Been listening since the 2016 season. The main thing I like about this pod is that Brian backs every statement up with evidence. He doesn’t try to be the smartest guy in the room or start hot takes. He has great local guests, usually beat writers or professional blog writers, and big fan of Winky Wednesdays. He also gives it both ways when fans usually only want to hear the positives. Great 49er pod and analysis, keep it up!

I’m not really a 49ers guy but to hear coach Crock talk is very refreshing I love to hear the POV from someone who actually played the game

Love this podcast! Peacock and Crocker is a great dual. They are fair in their assessment of the Niners They works off each other like white on rice. Only issue with this app is stop force feeding me other Locked on podcast in my list! If I am interested, I would search for it myself.

Peacock and Crocker are very good together. Love to hear a former player discuss the ins and outs of being in a NFL team process. Peacock's coverage is level headed and very fair and thorough. Look forward to the podcast when I'm on the road.

This team is so overrated it’s insane

. . . my team than the local team. Living in Northwest Missouri, I have been a niners fan since my early youth, but have been inundated with Chiefs talk. Brian, Crock and Wink do it the way I like - FINALLY, I get to hear about MY team. I haven’t missed an episode since I discovered this podcast in 2018.

I have been listening to Locked On 49ers daily since Brian Peacock joined the Locked On Network when Kyle and John were hired and while I drop in a number of other 49ers Pods ‘Pea-Crock’ is bar none. Eric Crocker’s player analysis combined with Brian Peacock GM viewpoint told through an authentic conversation between colleagues make it an easy listen. As someone who played high school basketball, not football I have learned so much about the sport of Football listening to your show that it has now become my favorite sport to watch by far and the 49ers have eclipsed the Warriors as my favorite sports team. I walk my dog down Guadalupe River Trail past Levi’s every morning listening to your show year round and appreciate your responses when I get a chance to pop in on the YouTube livestream.

Podcast is great. they explain the problems and victories very well. Use Eric Crocker more often. One thing to change, host some more guests more often, but overall, this podcast is fantastic⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Sorry about your dad, thanks for coming back so early Brian Peacock. God be with you

Love the podcast! It’s great to listen to them, they are well educated in the game and it’s finally great to listen to guys that actually know what they are talking about. Eric being a former NFL pro, gives you his take at what’s going on with the team, which is on point. I love Crock’s views and his insight, him being a former player, I love how he takes you through the game from the mindset of an athlete, getting to see the game from a players perspective is a whole different way to see the NFL.

Locked on is the best and Eric and Brian both do a terrific job on narrating the Niners. To add to that they also talk about what happened in the game before, updates on players, and give excellent Niners feed. GO NINERS!!

Whoever is doing the postcast immediately why the niners games is absolutely awful and unlistenable

I love Brian and Eric every day. They are both smart and enjoyable. Then on Wednesday I am extra excited for WW.

Locked On has started adding the Postcast. Stop! I like the podcast the way it is with Peacock and Crocker. Don’t fix what isn’t broken.

Brian is a smooth host and Eric busts out insight I never would have known postgame were it not for his analysis. They aren’t biased and tell it like it is.

I love locked on 49ers. Eric Crocker and Brian Peacock provide excellent 49ers coverage. I don’t love that subscribing to the podcast also signs me up for downloading things I was never interested in downloading. Locked On attempting to grow their brand by forcing subscribers to download episodes from shows they never signed up for, like “You Might Also Like: Locked On Fantasy Football” wastes the data I payed for. Locked On, are you going to compensate me for that? I agreed to download the show I wanted to listen to, not some other show on your network that you want me to listen to. Your choice to tack on an advertisement for another show used cellular data that I pay for to force content I’m not interested in on me. If this sort of behavior continues, my only choice will be to unsubscribe. Great job, Peackrock, but F your bosses. If I see a few weeks without unwanted piggy-back shows, I will change this to the 5 star review that it would be if it were based on the actual content of the chanel on its own.

Over time they are looking nore and more like the talking heads on TV. Same subject and speculation every single day. Do something different, talk about other areas of the team, the cap situation etc. start informing more and speculating less. I can’t hear more about a potential Ayuk trade

Best insight you can get crocky and peacock are the best hosts on the locked on network!

I love listening to Peacock and guest host Wink. I could tolerate Crocker until the last couple episodes. He indirectly bashes Purdy, but states he is not. Peacock and the other 49er podcasters all agree Purdy played great in the SB. When was the last time we had a qb in the playoffs score points in the 4th quarter? Purdy did it consistently these playoffs. The Niners would have lost the game by 13 or 14 points if Jimmy would have been the qb, assuming we would have even gotten to the SB. I would have given 5 stars, but for Crocker.

I have been listening to locked on 49ers religiously for pretty much the whole time BP has been doing it! It is the first thing I listen to on my way to work and do not go a day with out listening or if I do I binge them and catch up! It is literally a must listen everyday for me!! Great job! I even started a Twitter and followed BP, Crock and Wink just to ask questions into the show!!

Great show I’ve been listening for a few years, but Kyrie Irving is definitely way more awake than you guys stay off topics you don’t understand and stick to the Ninerz Empire!!!

Per capita, this is the best 49ers content available. I say per capita because most of these episodes are commercials that we all just fast forward through to get back to what brought us here in the first place. Brian is relatable and insightful and he doesn’t know his worth. I say start a Peacock revolution and support this man in raging against the Locked On Machine that he’s clearly Locked inside of. Start your own pod, we will follow.

Started listening to “49ers talk”, but found it a little cringe, so moved to this one and have been listening for a year or two. Definitely pretty great to have Crock’s insight into the game, locker room, mentality etc, as a former player and all. Besides being some Trey Lance true believers a bit too long (i’m kidding—a little bit), it’s a solid podcast. I really enjoy it.

Still great. Once again I’d like to complement their ability to release this for the livestream youtube crowd without making it an awkward listen for the podcast purists. Peacock is still a legend. Crocker is growing into his own as a great analyst. Some feedback for ‘23: I would like to hear crocker work on making his takes a bit more concise and try tossing it back to Peacock more often. Right now Peacock sets up each topic for Crocker to elaborate on but Crocker rarely sets up any questions for Peacock to get to bite into. Would love more of that. Would also like Crocker to reference other 49ers content creators takes a bit less.

Dude you legit got on this episode about the preseason opener saying you weren’t going to slander Trey Lance for one hour and a half then proceed to slander him for one hour and a half. Trash.

This podcast is not that good anymore. Crock is terrific. Peacock is opposite. He doesn’t seem to know what’s going on, yet thinks he could do way better. He isn’t informed. What does he do all day with this being his job to be so bad at it? Also says everyone’s name wrong. From 51 last year, o line coach this year (keeps saying forester when his name is foerster and sounds completely different). I want to like it because I love Crock but it’s so hard to do it. Def not first listen anymore. Also, the ads are outta control. Crock with a good co host and less ads would easily be a 5 star. I put 3 star and that’s a stretch. Please be better, potential is there.

Was a big fan of Crock and Peacock. Interesting insights and solid presentation. Sadly the volume of advertisements reached a point that has me fast forwarding so often that I’ve finally tapped out in this show. Consider consolidating your ad placements please.

Yeah, We got real love for our kings in sac. And I can not tolerate the blatant disrespect for my Sacramento Kings. I understand you in the Bay Area and I love my Niners, but I will not let you disrespect my kings. i’m gone..

You guys always have great perspectives. I have a question. Aside from 2019, the 49ers start off slow…why not give Trey a chance to show what he can do for the first 4 to 7 games (at minimum). He might be able to save Kyle’s poor play calling and game management with his athleticism. #givetreyafairshot
