Chael Sonnen is unmatched in MMA commentary, just like he was unmatched in the octagon. Best podcast out there, and there’s not even a close 2nd. Two episodes a week could easily be 5. This man knows what we cannot.

Used to love this podcast, still like it, but now Chael and other podcasters are trying to make a podcast 30min instead of 3hours. Go back to longer than an hour and I’d give it 5 stars.

I’ve just started getting into ufc and listening to this podcast has helped me expand my knowledge of fighters deeper than the classic “do bronx” or Johny bones. Love the podcast!

Uncle Chael can’t stop loving on Connor Mcgregor. Every podcast will keep you updated on a “fighter” who hasn’t won a fight 5-6 yrs, and hasn’t been relevant for at least 3 years. I hope Connor is sending chael some royalties for carrying Mcgregor when he can’t beat anyone in the UFC 155 top 15.

One of the few guys I look to for what’s happening next. Chael understands the business better than anyone. He’s able to put information together to come up with logical next conclusions. He also does his research on topics before speaking his mind. The biggest trick he pulls is coming off like a regular Joe while providing extremely cerebral high brow content.

Chael is one of the few people I can think of that can hide his bias and present a fact based argument for almost any scenario. Plus if you listen to his he can win you some serious money like he did me with his prediction of Anthony smith over Vitor Petrino! Chael is king and seems like the kind of guy you could grab a beer with and enjoy whatever topics are at hand. I personally think he as a brand could be bigger than any partnership with the UFC would allow considering he is second only to Rogan in the organization as far as likable people. Chael you need to start a network and do a regular pod as well, I need more King Sonnen content!

As always, Uncle Chael delivers! Always brings the energy, and gives the inside view with the backstory. The Original American Gangster provides the overhead view of what’s happening…. like no other. He doesn’t pull punches, and this episode cuts right to the heart of the story of Conner, Kayla, Max, and others….then finishes with a KO of DDP, Max style, one second left. Mic drop. Really? UFC 300 coming up at weeks end and you talk about a Jon Jones drug test and WWE…come on man, that’s not interesting at all especially this week. Surely with a total of 77 main eventers, UFC champions and former champions packed into this card you’d think there was some relevant material pertaining to this weekends huge card. Dear Chael, I’ve been listening to you for so long, I feel like I know you. Being that, I feel like I know you, I feel like I can talk to you like a friend. I have always loved listening to your show, as it is both informative and entertaining– –EXCEPT today, when I listen to your Friday, April 5 show, as well as another show several months back. The one from several months ago was so horrifying, I stopped listening for a while. That was the one where you told a dreadful story about a family being tied to their chairs, in their own home, and then being murdered. Friday, you used an odious expression twice – – different verb, same meaning – – “beating the dog” and “whipping the dog.” I know you didn’t mean it literally. And I, like I’m sure most others, knew what you meant. But it is not an image I want to think about and I’m sure I’m not alone. With so much abuse in this world – – especially animal abuse – – why exacerbate it by using horrific expressions?

Chael brings the best angles for all things combat news! His personal anecdotes are bar none. I’m thankful for my life everyday but extra thankful on Tuesdays and Fridays. Thank you Mr. Chael!

I nearly discovered this show by accident, because of some random UFC related FB page. These days, I check Apple Podcast every other day to see if a new episode has dropped. Wildly entertaining and insightful. I’ve been an MMA fan since I began training in Marine Corps Martial Arts Program (MCMAP) and Muay Thai when I was enlisted many years ago. My son is 9 and trains Jiu-Jitsu, MMA, and Shotokan Karate. Listening to this podcast, he and I both feel closer to the sport we love as a result. Thank you, Uncle Chael!
