Chris O’Dell
I just listened to the Chris O’Dell episode. Loved it! Ed and Marv asked much better questions than other interviews I’ve heard and gave Chris the room to answer thoughtfully. What a treat to hear Linda Ronstadt and Peter Asher duet on All I’ve Got to Do…just wonderful.

Enjoyable Beatles podcast
This is a wonderful Beatles podcast and I listen to many each week and yours is one of the best. I’m so happy that you did an episode on Olivia. I feel like there’s not much out there about her and I found her and George’s relationship fascinating. So thank you very much!

They ask the questions I would want to ask
Recently discovered this Beatles podcast and it has quickly become a favorite. They are well versed fans of the band and ask the questions of their guests that I would want to know too. And the topics are up to date. I'll be a regular listener!

Mixed
The poor handling of The Lewisohn Kerfluffle is disappointing and uninformative, but this podcast when it's happy is entertaining and light, which is most of the time, with a folksiness I find charming. The hosts are well in the groove as lifelong collectors and ready with tidbits about possible upcoming Beatles and solo releases, their ears close to the wires as fan-consumers.
EYEBALL HATRED
From Bad To Worse
Without the shows one saving grace, Lonnie Pena, there is absolutely no reason left to listen to this podcast any longer

Contents not bad but...
For the love of God stop the hard panning. It sounds horrible when listening with earbuds. Place the each hosts audio in both channels.

Excellent Beatles podcast on so many fronts
Ed has an ability to find amazingly great cohosts. First there was Dave, who was terrific. Now we have Lonnie, who is equally terrific if not even better somehow, and I miss him while he's on sabbatical and hope he comes back soon. But even without Lonnie, Ed is carrying on in fine style, and the two Rutles episodes are a good example. They might be in my top 10 episode list for the show. If you like the Beatles and their respective solo careers, try listening. When They Was Fab rewards listeners who know most of this stuff already, as well as listeners who aren't as well read about the group. I would give it a 5th star if they would trim the opening theme music to 10 seconds and just get on with the amazing content. That music to my subjective ears is a "plodding" rather than a quick cheery opening to this otherwise very positive, upbeat show. But don't let that keep you from accessing the incredibly good, and frequently published, free content. Thank you Ed and Lonnie.

Awesome!
I really like how Lonnie and Ed really dive into several topics and are very knowledgeable with their facts. Hopefully they can continue with this project and continue with their contagious passion and admiration for the greatest band in history.

Great info
This is a great podcast. The information is very well researched, it's obvious Ed and Dave are passionate about the Beatles, this comes through in the thoroughness and the energy of the podcast. The music played ties in well to the story, and they find many of the songs that you don't hear.

"Beatling About" Podcast
Dave and Ed are the toppermost of the poppermost among Beatles appreciation societies and Abbey Road's scholars. They are the Siskel & Ebert of podcasts, the Martin & Lewisohn of music & trivia and Beatles brothers of different mothers. Their podcast provides an always entertaining two man commentary track on Beatles related themes including well-researched archival soundbites, conversational fan critiques and relevant musical selections. (And check out their catchy “Beatling About” theme song that will make your foot tap and your face smile.) Each week I enjoy the pleasure of their company like welcoming a pair of old Beatles buddies into my home to discuss a shared interest in moptop pop topics. You may not always agree with their opinions (and, hey, they don't always agree with each other either for that matter) but that's part of the fun and you won't disagree that they definitely know their “fab four” facts while listening to their fab forum. If you're a fellow fan of the Beatles, you'll undoubtedly enjoy these Beatles fan fellows. Dig it.

All things Beatles
This podcast is very well done with lots of great music, interview snippets and entertaining commentary from the two hosts who do a good job sharing their love for all things Beatles. Whether they are delving into the earliest history of the Beatles prior to their formation or commenting on the latest activities of Paul and Ringo today, hosts Ed Chen and Dave Persails do an excellent job of drawing you into their world to experience their infectious enthusiasm and facination with the Beatles phenomenon and its ongoing legacy.

Keep it coming!
Really am enjoying the podcast. Your subject matter is great and I really love the way you approach music. With all the auto tune in today's culture music sometimes loses its way in "pop" but you guys always talk about music in one of its purest forms. Keep it up
