Came across this podcast recently and I am absolutely LOVING the subjects you guys cover!! So interesting and engaging, definitely a must listen for anybody wanting to take that stroll down Y2K memory lane 💖

I adore this podcast. The hosts know their stuff about the music and musicians they discuss. I enjoy how snippets the songs are played as well. Very fun listen.

As someone firmly rooted in the middle of the millennial bell curve, this podcast was tailor made for me! The hosts are fantastic at taking a small piece of early aughts culture and doing an informative, educational deep dive, while also bringing their authentic POVs. They’ve had some great guests on too (which helps flesh out the time period, for example it was interesting to hear from former backup dancers, BSB’s social media manager, etc.) but these two shine even without guests. Definitely give it a listen and look back to see if any of the topics preciously covered resonate with you. - @jackie_strouse

I discovered this podcast when I recently rediscovered my love of the Backstreet Boys…and these two things - BSB and this podcast now give me so much joy! Listening to Kelsey and Mary feels like chatting with two old friends that I’ve known since middle school. They are both so fun, silly, and hilarious! As millennials, we really were so lucky to grow up in the era of swoon-worthy boy bands, the glory days of Disney Channel, MTV, TGIF, and brooding teen dramas, defining pop culture moments and some of THE best music. What a time to be young! This podcast just feels so comforting - warm, fuzzy, and SO much FUN!

Every episode is like being swaddled and comforted in my millennial childhood/teenage faves. I esp like all the music clips integrated and being delulu pretending Kelsey & Mary are my 2 besties gabbing it up! (Maybe we plan a "Popped" meet up at Lovers and Friends? A NECESSARY research/biz expense write off, ha!) Thank you for doing the Lord's work, brava ladies!

I grew up during the y2k era and I’m a self proclaimed nostalgia expert. I find myself frequently saying the same thing at the same time as them, it feels like I’m reliving that ICONIC time with good friends! Kelsey and Mary blew my mind with some of the fun facts and research they share to make each episode even more interesting. Not to mention, their chemistry and wit as hosts is off the charts! I’m so glad I found this podcast because it’s so fun and entertaining to listen to. From the very first episode I felt like I was friends with Kelsey & Mary, hanging out and talking about our favorite things from the early 2000s. As I listen to more episodes I discover things I didn’t know which makes it extra fun. I’m looking forward to more episodes.
