Feeling Blessed to have lived to see the menopause discussion come out of the closet!!!
I read The New Menopause last June/July on Audible. Five times. As a longtime pharmacist, I was not taught anything but a mention in maybe 1 lecture about HRT and it was BASIC. Your book was LIFECHANGING. I am 55 and literally held onto my nuvaring until I made the change to MHT and I am glad I did. For Christmas, I gifted all my lady techs your book. (And myself a hard copy, too) They have heard me counsel patients since reading your book and I’d heard them make a comment here or there about symptoms they were having. Let me just say, every woman I see with UTI meds I counsel about vaginal estrogen, which usually leads to MHT and me recommending your book, website and the menopause society website so they can find a provider who will consider hormones. I also plug your and Dr Casperson ‘s podcasts as well because you and your Meno Posse are the force fpr change. I talked to a patient today whose provider wanted to start her on some new medication that was over $600 for her vanities symptoms and I asked if she had any reasons not to be able to start with what our bodies used to make naturally. She said her provider was steering her away from hormones and I explained the short version about what happens without them. I find I’m recommending the provider searches on the two websites so that these women here can feel heard and I hope I can be a tiny force of change here in my town. So thank you for inspiring me to learn as much as I can and disseminate that knowledge to my patients at the pharmacy.

Ouch 📢
Glad MCH is spreading the word about menopause but the amount and type of ads are a big turn off and sus, and for sure she’s making enough coin by now to edit the volume between the commercials and the conversion FFS 😖

Gaslighting?
first episode I listened to, they blamed a problem on “anxiety” and then talked about the supplements they were selling. no thank you!

Unpaused with Dr. Wittstein Eye Opening
Listening to Dr. Wittstein gave me validity as to how I’ve been feeling the past 2 1/2 years. Searching for the right Women’s Health provider is something that I’m afraid does not exist. The medical system in the U.S., is broken. It’s all about the mighty dollar and male docs, just don’t get it. Dr. Wittstein acknowledges the fibromyalgia, the joint pain, the discomfort that some women encounter with menopause. From someone who gets up every morning attempting to move through life with pain in my hips, my knees and generally every muscle searching for the remedy to live life pain free is difficult. Thank you for validating me as I continue to search for someone like yourself that cares enough to help women like me understand what’s happening! This podcast is a must for ALL women!

Grateful.
Thank you so much Dr. Haver for changing my life and the lives of so many. Because of you and your knowledge and wisdom I have been able to advocate for myself and others. And truly change the course of my life. Thank you for having such amazing guests. I especially enjoyed Dr. Simon. He was fascinating and amazing. I am forever grateful.

Great podcast
Great information on the podcast. But please try not to interrupt your guests constantly. Very jarring.

Supplement Grifter
Looks like people are figuring out that Haver will sacrifice actual evidence if she can sell an unstudied supplement. Between her unregulated pharma business and her performative displays of exercise with her weighted vest, it’s clear she’s a grifter who likes to say she is a NAMS Certified but departs from the guidelines when she can sell something. What a hack. Good to see that she has dropped out of the top 200 podcasts. Hopefully she will shut this down within the year so we don’t have to hear her lack of expertise any more.

With Gratitude
I am moved to tears of joy as I listen to Dr. Haver and her guests educate not only women, but health care professionals on the importance of HRT. Like Dr. Haver I have an 83 year old mother who never received HRT, was placed on a statin and anti- depressant, has Dementia and fell and broke her hip. To know that HRT along with my commitment to a good diet and exercise, fills me with hope that Dementia does not have to be in my future. For the listeners things are really broken down to understand the science . Thank you to Dr. Haver and her fellow Physicians who are advocating and researching women’s health.

Excellent
I love Dr. Mary Claire’s style. Not everyone is good at interviewing. Dr. Mary Claire is. And she’s a great teacher and speaker. Not to mention all her guests I’ve listened to are a masterclass. Keep it up! And thank you! My deepest gratitude to you and your fellow experts for all the hard slow work you do!

The best
The latest episode, with Rachel Rubin, is one of the most informative and impactful podcasts I’ve ever heard. I’m sharing it with all of my friends. Stay loud, ladies, and thank you for doing all of the good work.

Love all the episodes
I have a 40 minute commute daily M-F and I have learned something every cast. I started HRT in August 2025 and I got my libido, my mind & memory back!! If I had not started following Dr. MCH on instagram I would have never found my HRT doctor!! Thank you keep up the good work!

thank you! and requests
Such an eye-opening podcast! So glad to have found it. I love the collation of data and expert guests. One thing, I would really like to hear from/about people who've taken estrogen for 20+ years -- how does that go? And, I'd love a queer guest perspective now and then. The sexual health discussions have all been very hetero, and it would be useful in particular to hear about 1) oral sex while using vaginal estradiol, and 2) menopause for transmen, among other things.

Diet Culture
I was so excited to listen to this podcast, and then Dr. Haver started talking about how horribly she treated her body during pregnancy when she had an ice cream bar every night (after her drs had told her she was underweight). I’m very disappointed. Pro diet culture podcasts are NOT pro- women.

So great
My husband’s chewing is intolerable as well lol. Another thing I can thank menopause for. This is the best digestible source for menopause info. I rec it to my patients so they can come prepared to their visit with me. Keep up the good work!!

Thank you so much for making hormone health for people going through perimenopause and menopause a priority. You’re setting the gold standard in a historically misogynistic medical field. I’ve already shared this episode with at least 10 people in my peer group because it’s that impactful. I feel so grateful to be a recipient of your wisdom and to benefit from it. This made me feel truly seen and validated.

What’s that slamming noise?
I love this podcast and Dr Mary Claire Haver, but the slamming door sound in the background every 5-10 seconds is so distracting when trying to listen. Is there a video where this makes sense and is just not translating to audio well? “Wha-bam wha-bam wha-bam” it reminds me of an old PowerPoint transition sound or something. I noticed it in the most recent episode and had to turn it off and will just read the transcript later when I have the time. Can you fix that/remove it?

The information all women need to hear and consider regarding our health!!! After misguidance and wasting 8 years suffering under a GYN who worked on archaic thought and data, I found Dr Haver and my life changed for the better. She gives the latest and most informative data available to women on menopause to put us in the drivers seat over our own health. Welcome to being and feeling better!!!!

Disappointed that the obesity Dr seemed unaware that most of us have no access to an obesity specialist doing mris for body composition. In a perfect world, great. But I can barely get an appointment with my primary care nurse practitioner. Also disappointed w the heart health Dr. the only real takeaway advice is what? Have your cholesterol and blood pressure checked. I guess women who only see a gynecologist aren’t getting that done but I’ve always had a primary care dr and those things have been checked (BP on every visit and cholesterol beginning when I was 20). There’s really no recommendations for additional heart tests for women unless they are having symptoms.

What all women need to hear!
I found Dr Mary Claire 3 years ago on TikTok and was like, “wow! How is this the first time I’ve heard any of this?” Every woman deserves guidance through perimenopause & menopause like this. I switched from my them 25 year obgyn whose solution was a blind hysterectomy & pellets for the rest of my life (for no reason other than I can afford it) to a woman dr who specializes in this phase of life & finally feel heard & seen. Great information. Keep spreading the word!

A MUST SHARE FOR WOMEN!!!!
I cannot tell you how grateful I am for this scientific and professional approach from educated women. Not only finally making breakthroughs, but uncovering and having discussions that are truly needed in today’s world for women. It’s a shame it didn’t happen decades ago. But at least it’s happening now and I’m so glad to be enjoying the fruits of it . It is very empowering to see and hear women caring for women and making real change for everyone. Keep going keep talking keep making change.!!!

THANK YOU!
I read your book The New Menopause and feel so empowered. I’m an RN and I’m thrilled to read so much data you have pulled together. I found a wonderful functional med dr (after going thru 2 GPs who wouldn’t prescribe HRT) and implemented so much of your hormone and diet recommendations. I’m 63 and sleeping, feeling so much better. And I happy cry often as I listen to your podcasts. THANK YOU doesn’t begin to cover my gratitude for your incredible bravery and stepping into this field! Bless you!

Great source of menopause info
I found this podcast at age 39 1/2 and I’m starting to feel much more informed about the coming years. I learned a lot about natural birth and baby options during that part of my life and now I feel like I’m getting a wealth of information from Dr Haver for the menopause years! Sometimes there is too much medical jargon for my non-medical brain to understand though.

Hallelujah!
What a relief that people are finally taking this seriously! I “discovered” Dr. Haver when she was a guest on another podcast. The tide is finally turning, and maybe women will no longer have to fight for doctors to listen when they describe legitimate symptoms of menopause. I’m 58 and experiencing heart palpitations and tightness in my chest with exertion. A respiratory doctor recently dismissed me as a hypochondriac. Honestly, I don’t know what to do, but I think I will find some answers here.

A Must-Listen on GLP-1s + Midlife Metabolism
Just listened to both parts of this incredible unPaused podcast with guest Dr. Rocio Salas-Whalen on GLP-1s and midlife metabolism, and wow, so informative. If you’ve ever felt skeptical or confused about GLP-1s, this is such a good place to start. Her book is coming soon, and yes… I’ve already pre-ordered the physical copy and the audiobook. Education > judgment. You might learn more than you expect, whether you personally need it or not.

Articulate and meaningful
As someone navigating the journey into menopause without a medical background, I can't recommend Dr. Haver's podcast enough. She has an incredible gift for taking complex medical information and breaking it down into clear, actionable steps that actually make sense. Dr. Menn's episode was particularly excellent and really shows what makes this podcast so valuable. The practical guidance and expert insights gave me concrete steps I can actually implement to support my overall health during this transition. If you're entering menopause and feeling uncertain about what to expect or how to best care for yourself, this podcast is an invaluable resource. Dr. Haver's expertise, combined with her ability to bring on knowledgeable guests and communicate clearly, makes this essential listening.

Out of Her League
I just listened to the episode on GLP1s. Dr Hager sounds painfully behind the times with education on weight loss. Let’s not forget that there was a time not so long ago when Dr Haver was simply a local gyno in Texas who wrote yet another diet book that wasn’t even close to resembling a GLP 1 protocol. She sounds like she cherry picks information from social media and speaks on whatever is current and trendy. And she’s in it for the fame. Plus, as others have said, get a production team to execute your podcast! With such fierce competition in this space I’m sure you can afford to have it sound like you recorded in a studio and not your basement.

GLPs and Hormones
Loved the discussion about GLPs & hormones! I would like to hear more about people who have been on GLPs for 10+ yrs, were initially very successful and once hit perimenopause, started to gain some weight back - like myself. What is the trick to getting your GLPs to work all over again (when you are doing the right things and never changed prior habits) And also, getting them to help maintain your lowest weight again.

I wish I knew then
I’m 65 and am still having hot flashes after almost 15 years. Because I had DCIS about 20 years ago all doctors told me to stay away from HRT. My breast surgeon told me at the time I had the lumpectomy that DCIS is considered pre-cancer or not-cancer. However others since her consider it cancer. I never did think it was cancer until I talked to those later doctors. I don’t know what’s true but I hate that I missed the opportunity to get relief from HRT. Now even if my doctor was in favor of it sounds like my age prevents it from being an option. 😞
