Interesting & Stimulating!
Honestly such a great podcast. Im a med school student and I love listening to this podcast because things are explained in such a fun and interesting way and the research done is so extensive. Its a nice break for my brain just to listen and revisit topics. I highly recommend this podcast for people from any background because it really is made for everyone.

Good
Love the topics and very educational but it throws me off when one of the host seems like she gets annoyed about questions being asked by the other host š«£

THE best podcast
TPWKY is my absolute favorite podcast, hands down. Iāve been listening since 2019 and I look forward to new episodes so I can catch up with my delightfully nerdy besties, Erin and Erin. Their enthusiasm and banter is so amazing and I have learned SO much from them. Obsessed!

Interesting insights, but sometimes overly dismissive
I enjoy the overall tone and structure of the podcastāthe hosts are clearly knowledgeable and confident in their perspectives. However, I find their approach can sometimes feel too strong or dismissive, especially when discussing some historical figures or events. While not all of history ideas have aged well (the majority have not) their influence on psychology, medicine, pharmacology, culture, etc. is significant and complex. It would be more engaging to hear a more balanced view or acknowledgment of both the flaws and the lasting contributions of such figures/situations. Ideas that might seem useless today, were the door for discussion and advancement years ago.
Iāll keep listening because thereās a lot of value here, but Iād appreciate a bit more openness to differing viewpoints.

So Informative!
I love learning new things. The Erinās have great on-air rapport and deliver content in a thoroughly engaging manner.

Exhausting
This used to be my favorite podcast. But now they canāt seem to do an episode without mentioning something about politics they donāt agree with. The virtue signaling is just exhausting at this point. We all get it, you donāt like Trump.

Exceptional
I donāt like podcasts. Most grate on me. But I love this podcast! I have learned so much listening to it! I really appreciate yāall for making it and I recommend it to everyone! š

We ā¤ļø The Erins
Iāve been listening to TPWKY for years and I have nothing but overwhelmingly positive things to say about it. Erin and Erin were a huge factor in me deciding to pursue a MPH degree in epidemiology, which is one of the best decisions Iāve ever made. I recommend it to students I tutor and all my fellow curious friends. As a disabled trans and queer person, their intentional effort to make episodes as inclusive and accurate as possible is evident. Thank you for this podcast!

Witty, entertaining, and astounding
I found TPWKY through My Favorite Murder, itās a great companion podcast because it has that same great chemistry between hosts paired with subjects that are creepy and astounding, delivered with insight and expertise.

Newest Favorite Podcast
Just came across this today and already I have 4 episodes under my belt. As an RN for over 25 years, Iām learning more here than most of the literature from back in nursing school and beyond. GREAT show!!!!!!!!!!

This Podcast Will Educate You
This podcast will also entertain you. This is real science, not dumb down, but presented in a way that anyone can understand and learn from. Itās also extremely funny. I love how the Erin are always cracking up. Especially appreciating the episodes on fluoride and milk, because itās so hard to find good information without doing the deep dive. Thank you for Diving for us.ā¤ļøš.
And for what itās worth, Erin, I canāt hear any difference in the way you say, āmilk,ā either.

I began listening to this podcast a few years ago and itās my go-to. Now going back and listening to all the older episodes Iāve missed!

LOVE this podcast
Iāve been hooked on this podcast since 2019! The Erinās are amazing women who continue to keep me educated and curious about the world. Thank yāall for your hard work - it is so appreciated!

Just Give Facts Please
Spare us the virtue signaling that is almost verbatim from episode to episode (a glib āmmhmmā āoh ok yeah sure.ā āOokayā āmmmm wow. I canāt believe xyz.ā In incredulous tone). You never mention the lifetime toll of animal testing, etc. to make modern medicine but act completely shocked by the atrocities of human trials. Just give the facts. You guys have a good thing going on. Stop with the ācanāt believe humanityā show. You can. Or you wouldnāt work in the medical field.

My favorite podcast
I have been listening for quite awhile and this is a long overdue review because this podcast is my absolute fav. I listen all day at work! And rave about it to anyone I meet that says they love podcasts! The Erinās are 2 incredible women who strive to educate on many levels! And it doesnāt feel like a boring classroom, it feels like youāre sitting with them and diving deep about topics you didnāt know you needed to learn about! Love you guys! Wishing you good health and happiness because you deserve itā„ļø

Absolutely..LOVE!
This pod is so fun and creative. The Erinās are full of facts and are funny, and always laughing! I particularly love the poison episodes, because itās dark, but entirely enjoyable because of the Erinās. Their back-and-forth tangents are funny and full of little facts, while still saying on topic! I donāt know where I would be without this podcast!š

Great interview with John Greene
Erin Wās interview with John Greene was so well done. It was great to hear two people so educated and passionate about the topic converse with each other - I learned a lot!

Amazing podcast!
I just want to say that I love all the work you put into your podcasts and the information that you provide. Right as the pandemic was beginning, I was taking an infectious diseases class in college and the professor listened to your podcast, so as extra credit she said we could choose to listen to an episode and write a short summary. I did so, and here I am 5 years later still enjoying every episode. I graduated two years ago now with a degree in Microbiology and these podcasts constantly inspire me and the work I want to do.

Great podcast, too many ads
I really do still love your podcast and mission, but the ads and fluff have gotten out of control. Iāll still rate a 5/5 because of great content- but seriously, this episode actually started at minute FOURTEEN. Thatās crazy. It was not like this before.

Exceptional!
This podcast entertains, educates and provides you with a host of fascinating facts that you can casually spill at your next cocktail party. While this podcast might be about disease and medicine, at its heart it is actually a podcast about public healthāthe triumphs, failures and most importantly the cautionary tails. A must listen for anyone with a vested interest in our future.

The Easiest 5 Stars
Easily the most obvious 5 stars Iāve ever given a podcast. TPWKY has it allālikeable hosts, fact based reporting, obscure references, and cocktails (or mocktails!). Iāve been a listener since 2019 and will forever be a listener. Erin and Erin are absolute gems!

Chill and educational
Fresh and passionate, this podcast is educational without being stuffy. Just pick a subject episode and dive in. I recommend the multiple sclerosis episode

This Episode Killed Your Podcast

Lost me this week
I have found this podcast enjoyable and informative but I am unsubscribing. Itās your podcast so share whatever youād like but leaving the āIām in Texas so Iām not sure if I could have gotten a D&Cā was unnecessary and not part of the story. I prefer to listen to non-political commentary so Iāll look elsewhere.

Unfollowed
There is some interesting stuff on this podcast while I listened for a few months, but I couldnāt listen anymore after Erin said during the vagina obscura episode that the āfemale reproductive systemā was not an entirely accurate way to describe the female reproductive system. I already wasnāt a fan of the gender neutral language surrounding sexed organs: thereās an episode where one of them says āif the person has a uterus, do xā like huh, I wonder how I am able to know if they have a uterus? I can generally handle hearing this nonsense occasionally, but when Erin said that in the vagina obscura episode my jaw literally dropped because that is INSANE. How am I supposed to trust you two on anything scientific if you canāt even understand basic human anatomy?

Love this podcast!
Iāve loved this podcast for years, and the pregnancy series of episodes has been my favorite so far! Thank you Erins, a million times over, for such well-researched and well-presented content!! I am currently in my 2nd trimester of my first pregnancy and I have learned so much from this series that I will take with me from the rest of my pregnancy!

Wonderfully Done
This is by far my absolute favorite medical podcast. I recommend this podcast to everybody. I think majority of people would find at least one of the episodes interesting!
Thank you for your hard work ladies!

Thank you, Erin/Erin!
I gain so much knowledge from this podcast. I am especially appreciative of this current series on pregnancy and that you guys address abortion and choice in an empowering way. I particularly resonated with the vignette from the person with a bicornuate uterus. I have this same condition. Iāve never wanted children, but always wondered what it was like for someone with my condition who did give birth (as soon as they mentioned their baby bump being lopsided, I thought āhmmā¦is this what I think it is??!ā) I also loved the David Lynch shout out! I REMEMBER that commercial and never knew it was directed by him! Keep up the good work!

Hysterical giggling about fatal diseases
The hosts issue a trigger warning about a child molester but giggle hysterically while discussing a fatal disease. (Ep. 20 on prion). My Dad died from CJD two weeks after diagnosis. We didnāt giggle about it once.
CJD is not funny
This Podcast will Thrill You
I love this podcast so much! It is one of my top three most listened to podcasts, along with Ologies and Sawbones.
Do you love to learn? Do you love science and medicine? Have you ever wondered about all the little pathogens that can disrupt life? Then this podcast is for you.
Erin squared do a fantastic job of breaking down each topic in a way that is reachable to all interest levels and experiences.
Each episode starts with a patient story, then the medical side, then moves into the history, then looks at where we are today. The content is fascinating and keeps you hanging on to the very end.

Amazing
The hosts are thoughtful, respectful, and thorough in their discussions about some of the craziest medical issues out there. I love to hear how excited they get talking about different topics. They do not sound like 15 year olds so that 1 star review needs to get over themselves.

Best podcast ever
Amazing podcast, always a pleasure to listen to the Erins!!

Would not recommend
Lost respect for their opinion when they stated a political opinion about how our government prohibits us about talking bad about it. America definitely has flaws, like any other country, but I hear a college student say they hate America quite frequently. lol We are lucky enough that we can speak out against our country because many countries do not give you that option. Also, it sounds like two 15 yr old valley girls run this podcast.
