Nicole’s approach really strikes a great balance of diving into the neuroscience and psychology of topics without being overly prescriptive the way that a lot of popular shows today are. It’s refreshing to hear conversations that present both sides of things and don’t lead with “shoulds” but rather give a balanced thought process. I’m a fan after listening to three episodes.
