Iāve been noticing a common theme when working with my clients lately - itās also something that Iāve experienced myself, and have come to realize Iām really good at doing.Ā The ability to be able to pivot, and really embrace more flexibility on my fitness journey in a way that feels authentic to me has helped me SO much - itās kind of my specialty. Iāve been at this for over 15 years now, so you could say Iāve had to pivot a time (or two) along the way! Iām currently in an extremely busy and chaotic season in my own life. While a lot of these are new things Iām navigating and am figuring out as I go, Iām also NOT letting it keep me from prioritizing my fitness and nutrition.Ā Taking time to plan your fitness and nutrition around all of your day to day āstuffā is key. Weāre ALL busy, and while I think this often can be an excuse, I also know you canāt juggle ALL.THE.THINGS in every season of life youāre in. Sticking to a program that is too rigid with little wiggle room will lead you to feeling like youāre a failure when you miss a workout, or eat foods that you āarenāt supposed toā.Ā I canāt stress this enough - the ability to pivot well in your fitness journey is super important.
