Really tired of all the reruns at least tell me that this is a replay before I get halfway through and realized I’ve already heard this. I’d rather have weeks without episodes dropped then have reruns sorry ran over. I know you’re busy.

I love this show but it has more ads than any other show I know. Please please. Sell a little less and allow your greatness to carry you.

I’ve seen the shorter videos on FB but just found these podcasts and to hear them fully and am not disappointed! Lewis asks some insightful questions to the speakers and I enjoy the summaries. Also, to those complaining about the ads, content creators work hard for their success and should be able to monetize more as they grow. They’re are literally 30 seconds and you can easily skip them. We should be grateful to have access to free education. If you’re more upset about that over taking in and learning from great free content to grow and learn, you have bigger problems to focus on.

Guests are picked for a reason - please stop speaking over them, finishing their sentences, and inserting yourself. You are missing the plot. This does not feel like a healthy conversation, it feels like the host is fighting to make/prove a point.

I think Lewis is a nice guy but more recently I’ve noticed he speaks over his guests and inhibits them from promptly making their points. He can be distracting with his story and need to jump in and almost coach or say WHAT THE GUEST IS GOING TO SAY! He has great great guests, I think he just needs to be better at listening and letting them lead.

But the amount of ads is ridiculous.

I enjoy his content a lot. For the last few weeks though, I’ve noticed he’s changed his tone. It’s more forceful, preachy, like he’s reading a script, and it’s like he’s trying to sound more confident. And now I have a hard time getting through an episode. I liked your previous tone better, where you were more vulnerable, natural and yourself. You are great as you are, please go back to your original tone.

All podcasts have adds, but as a new listener to this podcast, I couldn’t get into a single episode because of the volume and frequency of adds. Lost a potential listener, unfortunately.

Great episode on narcissists. Clarified some difficult relationships I experienced when I was younger. My narcissism detection got good but this helps to sharpen it.

Great topics and guests, but host keeps interrupting with unimportant comments or questions, and/or changes topics mid conversation and we’re losing valuable info from the experts. Frustrating!

I find this guy a bad interviewer. Every episode I listen to I want him to ask follow up questions and he just moves on to the next topic.

I listen to the show while I’m at the gym. Almost all episodes are informative and enjoyable. That said, I’m reminded of the caution given by one of my clinical psych training program profs, “stay out of the client’s way.”

Love the subject matter. Love that Lewis is generally interested in his guests, but he interrupts and changes the course of the discussion. I’m not trying to learn about him and Martha anymore, I want to hear what the SME have to say.

Yes to more Gary Zukav—and more content like this. I’ve lost interest in a lot of podcasts and creators I used to love, mostly because what started as a healthy embrace of self-help and growth mindset has tipped into an obsession with external power being the end goal (again). It’s understandable—humans tend to default that way—but this episode with Gary is exactly the kind of conversation we need more of right now. The world is literally on fire, and for many of us, constantly optimizing for me in the capitalistic sense just isn’t sustainable anymore. We evolve—and maybe the content we consume needs to evolve with us.

The episode with Billy Carson!!! So many lightbulbs flashing in my head. Pure gold. What I love about Lewis Howes is his ongoing kindness and genuine curiosity that brings out the best in people, which optimizes the listener’s chances to finally take in what we’re ready to hear.

This is such an awesome podcast. I love all the different speakers and the way they share thought and life changing techniques. Thank you so much!

I’ve always enjoyed listening to Luis and his podcast. I’ve been listening for more than five years. I’m a quiet listener. Nevertheless, as of late more than half of his podcast appears to be ads selling something. I understand everybody needs to make money, but I think he’s losing balance.

Best around LIFE CHANGING

Great podcast but its love/hate per every episode. I feel like he brings these amazing/educated people on in their area of expertise that they know very well based on several studies, science, facts, statistics, but will over talk them or overstep boundaries by questioning them based on his own experiences or thoughts and it’s frustrating to listen... I get asking q’s and getting curious but to overstep and over talk is wild. Listen more, talk less. Don’t ask questions to push back on it when you’re not the expert in that area. Also talking about why women this and that, well men this and that too. 😂 it’s not just one way, or one gender or one thing.. it’s a multitude.

I really like to podcast

I love Big Sean (through every iteration but especially this one) and finally made time to listen to his episode. I have never listened to The School of Greatness before but the way Howes interviewed him really blew me away. Amazing episode with so many takeaways. Can’t wait to listen to more!

I LOVE this show. Every episode I learn a ton. But the last episode with Jason Redman, I turned it off after 3-4 minutes. I fundamentally agree with his point that our nation/society has moved to a victim mentality. And I have tremendous respect for his time as a Navy SEAL and what that taught him. But for him to reference race, gender and sexual or gender identity (wasn't sure what he actually was trying to mean) as the reasons why people are victims really revealed his bias es and ignorance. Unfortunate that a show as good as School of Greatness had this as a start in one of its episodes. Lewis is much better than this.

I really enjoyed the episode with the Brand Builders group and how they went in depth on processes and how brands monetize.

Real words

Lewis has a wonderful show. The guests he have on are wonderful experts in their respective fields and life experiences. However, I’ve noticed a common pattern of interruption from Lewis. Either he’s not allowing his guests to finish their thoughts or he’s stuck on repetitive questioning. As a listener, I believe the show would be so much easier to listen to without these streams of interruption by the host.

I have been listening to this show for at least three weeks now. I been struggling to figuring out my life, how to even cope with my depression and emotions.. you have given amazing advice to people like me in how to treat my mental health problems, I thank you for making this podcast. You are a life saver. Keep being AWESOME!!

I’ve been listening to Lewis for a while now, and he is one of my favorite podcasts AND one of the few hosts that doesn’t need a guest to be interesting! Engaging, thorough, and always educating, I respect Lewis and hope to one day see him live. I especially enjoyed his most recent podcast on his own called How To Rewire Your Beliefs To Manifest Abundance, where he was live on stage, speaking. The content of the school of greatness is fantastic. However, the only thing I wish could be changed is the volume would be adjusted higher, both on podcasts and on YouTube. It can be hard to listen to at work even with my headphones turned up all the way. But that isn’t worth taking away a rating star. Great show.
