This leadership podcast has been so helpful in my journey of spiritual leadership in my marriage and in the church. Thank you Pastor Randy for such an amazing resource!

Just finished listening to the episode with Tauren Wells (2024). It was just what I needed to hear in my life today. I am never disappointed with this pair. Not only do they give Bible based leadership advice, they delve into “how to’s”, request examples and specific scenarios of their influential guests. I am a little bias because Randy is my pastor but I listen to a lot of Podcasts and this one is one of my favorites. Always makes me think… and smile.

💯 🙌🏻 One of the single greatest messages of encouragement and motivation for anyone, not just for those in the field of full time, vocational ministry. But for those of us who are in a full time ministry effort, this is a great message to recalibrate our perspective. Don’t quit just because you’re in a dip. There is something on the other side!

I love the simplicity and the practicality of the leadership principles shared in these podcasts.

I appreciate the authenticity and willingness to address “Real World” topics and issues in a way that brings life and empowerment to those in leadership.

This could also be titled the “inspirational” leadership podcast! Full of such great insights and practical info for church leaders! Randy is a leader of leaders! So good
