I’m Back, & Better Than Ever
Hello boys, I’m back after about a year away. Last year I purged my collection down to just Mattel Elites and a few other figures. (Hawkins and Ryder Treacherous trios & the Ryder retro to name a few). I recently started to scratch that itch and build a loose Hasbro Collection. 30ish days in and I’m at 10 figures. All pretty Minty and working actions. Series 1 Macho and Warrior are probably the highlights to this point. I’m working my way through the last year of major pod content while listening to the new episodes as they release. Keep up the amazing work and best holiday wishes to the boys and the entire Major Pod family.

Since day 1
I’ve been listening since it was curt and zack in the intro, mark wasn’t allowed to talk, no curses allowed, and they called you when you bought a hat (still remember the meatballs at the deli story Matt) this podcast and these guys have done more for hobby than anyone I can think of from being open about it , introducing new people to it and being open about it and not Pretending the toy you’re buying at toys r us is for your nephew. Shame on me for waiting this long to say thank you and leaving a review

The Major Wrestling Figure Podcast is an absolute must-listen for any wrestling or action figure fan! Matt Cardona, Brian Myers, and the always-hilarious “Smart” Mark Sterling deliver the perfect mix of nostalgia, inside scoops, collecting knowledge, and laugh-out-loud banter every single episode.
Their chemistry is unbeatable—Cardona’s wild collecting habits, Myers’ sharp insights, and Sterling’s sarcastic wit create a trio that keeps you hooked from start to finish. Whether they’re reviewing new figure releases, sharing road stories, or debating the most obscure toy facts, it’s always entertaining and surprisingly informative.
The podcast celebrates the fun of collecting and the passion of wrestling fans everywhere. If you love wrestling, figures, or just want to hang with three guys who clearly love what they do, this podcast is majorly for you. Highly recommended!

Here for the Mark content
I used to not listen to the pod and focused mostly on the videos, but in the past year I decided to dive into it. And boy am I glad I did. I’m pretty much caught up and look forward to the new episodes. It’s very kind of Mark to let his two wrestler buddies come onto his show and talk figs. Love you guys.

Listening to this pod has literally become part of my weekly life. Helps me calm down and unwind from work. Helps relive the years I fell out of wrestling. Now that I have adult money, I can’t all the toys and figures I wanted as a kid, but never got.

My favorite pod!
Been listening since day one! Matt, Brian & Mark rule, love the figure talk, the collections and the banter. It’s so relatable, literally the same convos I have with my buddies about our collections all the time. Go subscribe to the pod, the YouTube and buy some big rubber guys to support these dudes even more!

Major Mark Poem Part 3
Here it is poem number three,
Last one I promise from me!
Listening to this Pod you will never have a frown! Did everyone see Broski on Smackdown!
If someone say the pod is bad they are all liars! Did you see that spot at Turning Point on Brian Myers?
And Smart Mark I promise I am not some bot! Cannot wait to buy more stuff from you on WhatNot!
Honestly love the pod and thank you all!

Just to say Thank you!
Wrestling has always been special to me since I was 5 years old, now in my early 40’s it has always been a connection with my son. We both bond over it. About 6 years I went through some really hard life changes I lost a lot and was in horrible place. This show saved me not even being dramatic I’ve never had the guts to say it. I’ve finally saved enough to buy on EBay a chalk line Major jacket that I wore proudly here in San Antonio to a TNA show. My son and I are now collecting figs and myself the toys I loved growing up.. just wanted to say thank you Matt, Brian and Mark this show saved me and is a big part of my life.

Major review and tisk tisk garage beer lol
If you’re looking for a great podcast to rekindle you inner child, nostalgia, my case park mutual joy with your kids, and a great community look no further. The boys are the best in the business with this community and sky’s the limit. Oh yeah had my first garage beer smooth and delicious but if I can say one critique it would be Matt was to tan to be killed by the predator. Now the real question is when are we getting revenge with operation STOMP. #majorreview.

Life support to resurrection.
In 2018 I was going through a divorce and was in a bad way. That was until I discovered the MWFP. I went from passive collecting to getting a violent shove forward. I began to attempt to complete my loose hasbros and LJNS and even collect lines I always wanted but never had i.e. Police Academy and Beetlejuice. Whether i’m driving Kanik to live shows or sitting at dinner tables with Matt and Brian, you gentlemen always leave me with a high that lasts for days. It’s said everyone gets 15 minutes of fame, well you’ve given me 15 seconds of fame and I’ve loved every second of it. Thank you for making me smile again. If you keep talking, i’ll keep listening. P.S. this is Cigar Guy.

Last night was special…
In my 21-year journey as a wrestling fan, I’ve been to countless shows, met heroes, collected figures, and followed every story — but nothing hits quite like listening to The Major Wrestling Figure Podcast. It always feels like coming “home.”
I went from collecting figures in my childhood bedroom to listening every week as the guys talk about the same things I grew up loving — from Hasbros to Mattels, from Toys “R” Us runs to fig hunts.
But last night hit different. For the first time, I listened to The Major Wrestling Figure Podcast back in my hometown — Merrick, NY — the same place where my love for wrestling began.
As I was lying in my old bed, scanning through my figure shelves and listening to the latest episode, I started thinking about how far this fandom has come. I still remember staying up late to watch Raw, saving allowance money for figures, and taping PPVs on VHS. Now I’m listening to Matt & Brian who lived that same life — and made it their career.
It’s wild how full circle it all feels. Hearing stories from Matt, Brian, and the crew brings me right back to being that kid again — full of excitement, imagination, and belief that anything is possible.
The podcast might just be about toys and wrestling, but to me it’s about nostalgia, passion, and friendship. It’s about staying connected to what made me happy as a kid — and realizing that joy still matters as an adult.
So yeah, maybe it’s a little sentimental, but I can confidently say that the kid version of me would be proud — proud that I never lost that feeling.
And maybe I’m being delusionally optimistic, but I don’t just feel like I’ve got a little love for collecting left in me. The passion tank is f*ing full — and I’m Alwayz Listening.

The Best Wrestling Toy Podcast PERIOD
I found this podcast during Covid. I was a frontline worker and enjoyed professional wrestling. And love collecting toys. It was a match made in heaven. While I never cared for the stupid Woo Guy i gave the show a chance and immediately fell in love with the show and now a huge fan! These 3 guys offer the best insight and have the best time juts talking toys! This show is MY MUST LISTEN on my Friday gym time and has gotten me through hard part of my life. But you want laughs, info and to escape for an hour or four, give this podcast a shot! A+ boys. Thank u

Fig Hunts, Collecting, and Memories Together!
The Major Wrestling Figure Podcast has become such an amazing part of my life with my 8-year-old son. I grew up loving wrestling, and now he’s just recently discovered that same passion. Thanks to this show, he’s not only watching wrestling and attending events, but he’s also started his own figure collection. He’s even kept some mint in box — like the John Cena “U Can’t See Me” Greatest Hits Elite 8, the Logan Paul Ultimate Edition 27, and he’s already preordered the Logan Paul LJN because of the podcast!
What makes it extra special is that it’s become more than just listening. We go on fig hunts together at retro toy stores and have even started our own fig federation. At 8 years old, he could easily be glued to his iPad, but instead he chooses to spend that time with me diving into wrestling.
This podcast has brought us closer together and given us memories that will last a lifetime. Thank you, Matt, Brian, and Mark, for giving us something so special to share.

An Excellent Show and an Excellent Community
As a Day 1 subscriber, I can confidently say the Major Wrestling Figure Podcast stands in a league of its own. With larger-than-life hosts who’ve transformed what many considered a niche hobby into a thriving, mainstream brand, the Major Pod has become the destination for all things wrestling figures. Entertaining, passionate, and endlessly fun—this is must-listen content I can’t recommend highly enough!

Favorite podcast of all time
I have been a listener since 2018 when the pod started. These guys have literally never missed a week. The show is consistently fun, I love how they riff off one another , talk about the wrestling industry , wrestling figures , collecting in general , family and just life. They went from making some pins and t shirts for the podcast to having several of their own toy lines and their own company. It’s inspirational, fun and keeps me happy on my long commutes.

I’m back!!! And I’m better than eva
I started listening to the pod a couple of years ago but never left a review because, well, let’s face it, I wasn’t collecting and didn’t need the prize of a free fig. But now, I’M BAACK and better than ever! Scratching that figure itch and letting ‘em breathe. After a decade out of the game, I caved and started collecting again. I started after the Hulkster passed and ordered his Survivor Series elite. Now I’m slowly adding to my Legends collection picking up some of my favorites and honoring Legends that have passed like Scott Hall/Razor Ramon, Sycho Sid, and Rick Rude. 6 weeks in and I’ve already broken my rule of “Legends that have passed only” and gone on to start collecting other Legends that are still with us with the Bret Hart Elite 94 chase. I have thoroughly enjoyed listening to everyone’s stories about collecting and and reminiscing about my own fig fed back in the day. Thanks for all the great episodes and keep up the good work!

Awesome
I love the listening to the show, I was a Ultimate fan but had to make cut backs so now I just listen always a day late. Saying that the passion the boys have for collecting and the in depth reviews they give almost cost me more wanting to buy more figures. So now I have a never ending itch for those figures. Love the show keep it up.

My Go To Podcast
I can’t put these guys over enough. With the family around i only have time for one or two podcasts a week, and MWFD is always it. Love listening and seeing what’s going on with the figure world, and it’s just an easy follow, it’s like being in room with friends shooting the breeze. If you love toys, and in depth info about them(freedom D), look no further.

Old review that didn’t go through?!
In the midst of E & C pod of awesomeness hiatus, out of nowhere, the Major Brothers sneaks from behind under the ring, pull out a combo sunset flip & small package to Edge & Christian (since Zack couldn’t get an episode on their pod), get the 1, 2..3!!! I have been collecting wrestling figures since WCW smash & slam were on sale, through my deep sorrow of fading glory of WWE Classic Superstars, up to the revival of Hasbro with WWE Mattel Retro collection! Thank you for the weekly dose of wrestling figure updates, nostalgia, those tidbits of trivia & non stop entertainment from Zack & Curt! I hope I learn more idea for an excuse to my wife of the resurgence of wrestling figures in my collection!😆
PS: I was supposed to send this waaay back but never got posted! I will write a new one soon!

What do you wanna talk about
Another week, another five-star slam from the trio of toy-slinging titans-Matt Cardona, Brian Myers, and Smart Mark Sterling. The weekly episodes of The Major Wrestling Figure Podcast are a whirlwind of nostalgia, insider scoops, and laugh-out-loud banter that proves why this show is the undisputed champ of wrestling figure fandom. From surprise drops to pre-order chaos, the crew breaks down the latest releases with the precision of seasoned collectors and the passion of true fans. Cardona's haul this week? Pure madness. Myers' restraint?
Questionable. Sterling's commentary? Chef's kiss. It's like watching a toy-themed Royal Rumble unfold in real time.

Anniversary and Birthday!
As the anniversary of the Major Pod approaches, it’s always a special time for me. My son, John, who is autistic and non-verbal, was born the same week the podcast began. Learning that your child has special needs can be challenging, but having the pod to listen to has been surprisingly therapeutic on those harder days.
Getting lost in the world of toys and enjoying the hilarious banter is exactly what the doctor ordered. The support from our Facebook group, which has many members facing similar challenges, has also been incredible.
Even though John can’t verbally tell me, I can see he’s caught a bit of that action figure bug too! He loves spending time in the toy room the podcast inspired me to create.
Thank you for all that you do!

The Perfect Narrators for Your Midlife Crisis
Wrestling with the 2 D’s of middle age—a dad bod and disposable income? The Major Wrestling Figure Podcast is here to help you have a great time dropping both. Cardona, Myers, and Sterling are the perfect narrators for your midlife crisis—and while they might not turn you into a Thousand-Dollar Broski (which I’m sure Cardona has trademarked), you just might become a proud Dozen-Dollar Dadski.

Back after two years!!!
Got into the pod early during the first few episodes before Mark was even a regular. And then became a Patreon subscriber when the first season of FWF started. Listened devoutly until about June 2023 when my passion for collecting and even prowrestling started to decline. I didn’t collect any figures before the pod but by 2023 had more AEWs, Ultimates, and Gundams than I knew what to do with. Collecting, like anything else, goes through peaks and valleys and in summer 2023 I just wasn’t feeling the itch. But I knew it’d be back eventually, so while I sold my ultimates ,I held onto my AEW unrivaled collection and all the HARD foundation cards I had up until that point. Sure enough, for no reason at all, July 2025 I’m not only getting that figure itch but I’m also getting back into wrestling again (think I’ll order my first TNA ppv ever for tomorrow’s Slammiversary). Came back to the pod and it’s almost like I never left, although I am glad to see D Freedom playing a bigger role and do wonder what really happened to Super Gabby (who I oddly enough spoke to via FB while selling my ultimates). My wife and I should be buying our first home at the end of July, and once we do I plan to become at least a HARD foundation subscriber again. I can’t wait to rejoin the Facebook, catch up on the two years worth of cards I missed, and listen through the backlog. Did you all ever do FWF Live 3 or 4? I think I have the vhs of 1 and/or 2 somewhere. Anyway, I’m back and getting itchy to decorate my new office in my new home with the countless of figure I’ve missed being out of this fandom for just two years. This is still the best collecting podcast around regardless of if you like wrestling figs (but it obviously helps). And if you’re a wrestling fan, you won’t find a better insight into the industry than this pod.

Addicted to the Pod!
I’ve been a listener since the pod’s inception. I just turned 40 and I love that my friends and I weren’t the only 17 year olds with fig feds. Keep up the great work and thank you for all of the content and nostalgia that you’ve brought back in my life.

Podcast? Community.
So I thought about writing a song parody, or dropping in an AI-generated review, but I decided to just write a genuine, honest review.
I love this podcast. It helped bring me back into collecting (even beyond just wrestling figures); it’s given me a chance to make friends I probably wouldn’t have met otherwise; and it’s allowed me to interact on a very real level with a number of professional wrestlers.
When Matt, Brian and Mark talk about this being a community, it’s not just talk. There’s a real connection that’s been built up around this podcast. When you add in all the available bonus content and the fact that the pod itself never misses, you can see why so many of us are proud to call ourselves Major Marks.

Found a lost love #MajorReview
I stopped collecting years ago. I’ve always been a wrestling fan, but hadn’t gotten into collecting again until I started listening to the podcast. My favorite 80’s cartoon was COPS which had a short lived toy line called COPS & Crooks that is hard to find. Thanks to the show I’ve started collecting, and fallen in love with an old friend. Thank you for helping me find my childhood again, thank you for reminding to dig through my old toy box and find the big rubber guys.

Thanks Guys!
Leaving a review to let you guys know how much I look forward to all of your content. Been following/listening for years, but just recently on my 40th started collecting figs. As much as I appreciate your content, I wanted to thank you guys for getting my two youngest sons into wrestling. They are 11 and 7 and I’ve been trying to get them into pro wrestling for years. I broke the ice and purchased several ultimates to begin my figure collection and my boys are WAY into it. We now watch all the YouTube content together. Dipped my toes into the WhatNot water a couple days ago and purchased a Shawn Michaels and an Ultimate Warrior from Kanick. Thanks for all you guys do and for sparking an interest in wrestling for my boys.

In the spirit of The Genius
As an English major and wrestling fan, I review this in the spirit of The Genius Lanny Poffo
I pen this verse with pomp and pride,
Of three bold men with ringside stride.
A podcast born from figure fate,
Where toys and tights collaborate.
Matt Cardona, the Deathmatch King,
His shelves adorned with every ring.
From Hasbros loose to minty fresh,
He will fill his new house with plastic flesh!
Brian Myers, the Most Professional,
His takes are sharp, confessional.
A vet who's chased the rarest line,
With a Sharpie he'll never sign.
Smart Mark Sterling, legal knight,
Who's equal parts brain, brawn, and bite.
He produces the show, deleted D’s extra pauses ,
And uploads fig hunts that draw likes and applauses.
From Figure Feds to Live Show Vibes,
They preach to all collecting tribes.
With merch so wild, absurd, elite--
You'll buy a crate just for the tweet.
They've launched their brand, they've made a name,
In wrestling figs, they changed the game.
From Major Bendies to BRGs.
They've brought our Wallets to their knees.
Their Facebook group? A kingdom vast.
Where trades are made both slow and fast.
And FWF? That fed is prime--
A throwback thrill that beats old time.
So if you're lost in toy aisle haze,
Or need a laugh on mundane days,
Subscribe, my friend, don't live in doubt--
The Major Pod is what it's about.
