Today is a very special bonus episode where I get to talk to one of my favorite bands in the whole world, Joseph. They have a new album releasing tomorrow, April 28, called The Sun. It is an album full of honesty, compassion, joy, and it also just sounds rad.

Today, I talk with the sisters about what it’s like being sisters who also make music together, what you can do to help develop healthy relationships among your kids, especially twins, and how they process singing their personal stories so vulnerably from stage.
