There’s been pockets of okay content lately but man has it gone downhill. Stu’s show isn’t any better. End of an era. Glad to have had it while it lasted.

Chris & Tony, should just appreciate the jobs they have. The 2 Idiots were born on 3rd Base thinking they hit triples. The 2 thinking anyone cares what they have to say, is almost as annoying as Roy mispronouncing every other word. Can’t believe I miss the days of Billy Gil & Stugotz!

We invented football is classic shipping container/Le Batard. I love when Dan is the maestro … but it’s fun to hear the kids go rich man’s Mystery Crate on the main show. Thanks yall.

Stop trying too hard to be funny

I’m just venting into the void but I was a daily listener since the start of the ESPN days. I used to check out the Miami show on the big lead before that and was a fan of Dan when he would guest host PTI with the BAM intro. But this has gotten borderline unlistenable. They rely on Chris cote too much, I refuse to listen after what Chris said about lavonte David’s retirement press conference. Chris was making fun of a guy for showing emotion about his late parents supporting him achieve his dreams. Chris cotes only jobs were because his mom hired him and his dad is friends with Dan and Chris has the nerve to criticize Lavonte David for “babbling”? It’s unhinged that Chris could be so clueless about the real world. Anyway I just wanted to vent and say goodbye to a show that I used to love. Still can’t believe Stugotz stuck with Dan and left ESPN but Dan couldn’t stick with Stu and have his back with GBF and won’t let him do weekend observations. This type of stuff is not the kind of podcast I want to listen to anymore. See ya Gary

This was my favorite show for over 20 years and it has been over a year since the last time I listened to this show. I write the review today because Dan Le Batard’s recent appearance on Nothing Personal reminded me why I stopped listening. The handcuffs of Disney made this show great. The split from Disney and Stugotz makes it unlistenable.

I’m a Trucker and have listed for years. The show dice leaving ESPN has morphed into something almost unrecognizable. I get things change, and people evolve. However, the show has added so many not funny people trying to be funny and has gotten away from its roots. Such as Dan’s thoughtful social commentary for minorities, Stugotz constant scheming (hilarious) and really was the only one besides Billy and Greg Cote who’d push back (disagree) against Dan. Mike has ALWAYs been annoying as on air talent because he always has to be right, display how much he knows and comes off as whiney - even if it’s a bit. Greg Cote is always fun, Billy was mischievous (and funny). Even David Sampson is interesting with his reflection and critique of movies. The new bunch of guys gives a vibe of young frat boys trying to please the boss and be Zaney. Poor Amin is a good friend Dan because you have reduced his basketball expertise to a minuscule amount and predominantly he too is trying to be funny/whacky as a true friend and it’s not what we listen to him for (which is basketball expertise and some black perspective, as well as his African heritage or experiences via Sudan/New York). The show is too big. Go back to the small crew, have Stugotz (who actually has a nice speaking voice) drop in a few days per week, as well as Greg Cote, and Amin. Create a SEPARATE show for all of those other newer people. Current show is hard to listen to and episode titles make no sense.

I will not take your advice on clothes. You don’t wear Amiri not even Fear of God. Tony has way better drip. Luis has more drip and he’s not even on air. Cmon

Miss Stu, but he stopped working. Zaz is better and Samson is great. Jeremy is cringe. Show is starting to get back its rhythm.

The shipping container needs to quit and go do the exact same show without Dan. He is the problem. Let Samson be the co host (as he as obviously been scheming for it for years) of this shell of a great show while the real stars continue to make the same gold they always have elsewhere.

I understand that things change and I believe in a person’s ability to choose their own path. But I think the name of the show should change to “The Dan Le Batard Show WITHOUT Stugotz”. It just reminds me what a poor replacement Zaslow is and how much I miss Stugotz and his chemistry with the crew.

No offense, but can yall get Tysta off the main show. Don’t need 2 Amins. No one asked for this. And Spoelstra is a loser. Spo gotz to go!

I would like to listen more but I am so confused by the episode titles. I can’t tell what guests you’re having or what the episode will talk about. The episode titles are too meta. Please take a look at how Eisen and Cowherd have clear titles and descriptions for each hour, each episode, and please do the same.

Why is Chris Cote yelling at me to "LISTEN UP!!" At the beginning of every ad read he does? It is a podcast FFS.

Ravens agree to trade two first rounders for Crosby on 3/6. They have a deal on the table for their All Pro Center Linderbaum that will make him the highest paid center in NFL history that they assume he will sign. On 3/9 the Raiders, who now think Crosby is off their cap, offer Linderbaum $5 million more per year than the Ravens record setting offer which he signs. Now, the Ravens have a huge while on the offensive line to fill with no first rounder. So they find that Hendrickson is willing to sign and veto the trade on 3/10, sign Hendrickson and now have their first rounders back which can be used for an offensive lineman, and stick it to the Raiders by sending Crosby’s contract back in their cap for overpaying for their Center. My take is this, if the Raiders don’t sign Linderbaum, Maxx would still be a Raven. I’m not saying it’s right, but I understand.

The Chris Cote era of this show has been a poorly managed, horrifically planned, and intellectually mind-numbing failure. The best of the cast has all moved on, the audio audience all but left behind, and the kernals of truth that once justified the attempts at comedy have all but evaporated. It becomes clear when Dan takes time off and his show improves in his absence that the failure to effectively produce it's namesake has left the show an unrecognizable abomination drenched in gambling money, with the guiding hand of David Samson (for some inexplicable reason) left to course-correct a man who is presumably uninterested in anything beyond manufactured conflict and the economics of the greater media industry as a whole. It's time to retire when the best you can do with your massive following in a time of literal fascism (that you are uniquely qualified to speak on) is to merely aggregate your Reddit page as if we all aren't terminally online at this point. Give the feed to Mike. He's the only one left in the building who seems to understand the assignment.

I’ve always loved this show, but man has it taken a turn. Zaz trying to hard to be Stu. Krysta sounds like an animated character. David has to be the reason Stu and Billy are gone.

Still a good show however, Dan anytime you have a guest, shut up for a while, can’t stand when you filibuster, but that’s what you are like with guests!

Now it’s just dan whining about sports media because someone is telling him stephen a conversations are interesting when they just aren’t. I’m done listening unless greg is on but i can’t even make it through his shows when samson is on. Oh and remember when dan would complain about how poorly ESPN covered ESPN issues? Well he’s doing the same thing with Stu and it’s pathetic

Podcast is borderline unlistenable with how intrusive and often ads are played. No other podcast I listen to (and there are many) is as amateur with ads as Meadowlark (I believe Cyntia is in charge of ads) Go to wherever they stream video for a better experience.

Wouldn’t say Amin is the best part of the show, or even the worst part of the show, but maybe he’d be more tolerable in lower doses.

Getting harder to listen to. Sonically (Jeremy’s voice makes me wish I was deaf) and content wise. The soul & personality of the show are gone. The smart cast members replaced with witless try hards. Ugh I miss the old show.

Amazing chemistry with the crew this week. Hit on some serious topics but still able to keep things upbeat, energetic and entertaining. Having the guest hosts in studio seems key for the chemistry. Amin, Dave and Zas work great together. Getting Foxworth back in the mix as guest host is my only note. Love the show.

Love the Show!!! But for the love of everything please no more Dave Dameshek. Or at least not all day Dave. Just can’t stand that rambling fool. All of the other additions over the years have been awesome - and even Jeremy is good dude, but Dave - come on bro. Dave co-hosting while Dan is out this week is just too much. First time in over a decade I am skipping an entire week of shows.

It's still a habit to listen, but now there are segments I just skip over now. It's less fun, less sports and more angry political commentary. They seem out of touch and losing long time staples of the show.

No Dave and I’m from Pittsburgh. Bring back Stu.

I hate saying this as a decade plus listener. But this is just a sports show now. That would have been an insult to the previous version of this show. Your long time listeners are crossing their fingers that the show will return to its old form. It won’t. That ship has sailed. This is a new show. Rebrand, and change the name so that we don’t have the expectations of the old show. No, this isn’t a product of the show evolving. It’s a completely different show.
