I could not get past 2 min because the fake voice is cringeworthy and insincere sounding to me.

Listening to your calmness helps me calm my thoughts. I enjoy listening to the anecdotes and the self reflecting thoughts after. The only thing I would add is maybe some background noise/music to better immerse yourself in the story, but I’ll keep listening either way. Thank you!

My explanation for ... only three stars ... is as follows: ... I think it's ... a good podcast ... but the pauses ... with occasional lilt ... after three words ... really distract from ... the point of ... a continuous sentence. I appreciate that the story is told slowly but the syncopation breaks up my comprehension and gets to be more like an "ear worm." I have to speed up the playback to shorten the pauses so not to focus on the phrasing over content; but the speed change also ruins the peacefulness.

I listen to your podcast 5 days a week. I appreciate what you do for your listeners. Keep up the good work. Just in case you are charting your demographic I am 53 years old. Keep going!

I enjoy these podcasts but I struggle to hear anything after the intro on the newer episodes. :( Maybe it’s an ASMR whisper?

I love the story format, but if I just read or heard the stories I would not get anything near what I get out of her compassionate, nuanced take on them. The host shows a deep understanding of the range of humanity and in every talk conveys humility, lack of judgement, and an invitation to go ever deeper into your own spiritual practice and understanding.

I find these talks very helpful. I like the simplicity of the format and the host does a wonderful job choosing content and explicating. If you like to hear things that bring light and perspective do give this podcast a litsen.
