There’s just a lot hair to let down here :)
I have followed Molly’s career since she qualified in 2021. I appreciate hearing an occasional chapter from her storied journey. I love the Seidel sense of humor. What makes Molly unique is not her flaws. She helps me appreciate that we’re all fighting battles within. How athletes spend their downtime interests me too. The host should not be ashamed of her super power to recognize faces. My power is names. I find people are generally flattered and feel respected when I remember their names. The swearing. I only find it off-putting if someone I’m paying to give me professional advice slips in an f-bomb. Molly has midwestern charm and wields her potty mouth effectively most of the time. Her personality and ability to converse have convinced me that she is a great hire for a brand even if she has already peaked as a runner.

Loved these conversations and I hope they continue!
Please keep this podcast going! 🙏🏼 I have laughed aloud, learned about the raw humanity of professional running, and have been entertained with each episode. I’m sure that I’m not the only one that feels this way. So please keep this going is some manner. Thank you!

Had to stop listening
Had to stop listening due to swearing. Was really hoping this would be a good podcast for younger female runners however the dialogue is absolutely unbearable. I understand “this is the world we live in” however the constant use of swear words make the hosts sound unintelligent.

Frank and enjoyable
The idea is great and the willingness for Molly to share her journey is impressive . Julia is a great host asking open ended questions and leaving time for responses. . Will continue to await the next pod drop!!!

Such a gift amazing talent. A wonderful listen.
The first ever podcast I ever listened to was Molly & Julie prior to The 2020 Trials! I was on a plane traveling back home from MN. Then for maybe a month we were stuck at home (thankfully I live in FL so just a month) and got hooked on running podcasts during that time! Keep doing what you do! This is relaxing, inspiring, and refreshing to listen to.

Thank you!
Molly’s vulnerability about how running can be unhealthy even for an Olympic medalist is powerful and relatable.
