They’re…Okay
Fairly decent podcast. I only watch one or two Bravo shows, so I don’t listen often if I don’t know the people they’re talking about. They do their research, although someone please tell them that a christening is the same thing as a baptism, although it actually doesn’t matter, because when Dina Manzo went back to Jersey in 2017, it would have been for Audriana’s First Communion, as her christening/party happened when she was a baby in 2009-2010 and she would have been seven/eight in 2017, which is the age for First Communion.

Learned a lot
The recent episodes of this “reality” podcast is thought provoking . The topics of insurance and annuities are explained by facts and laws with the legal perspective. These ladies are not judgmental as they attempt to explain crazy complicated legal matters. Angela and Cesie dig so deeply into those flawed reality stars’ lawsuits. It is a fun but very serious look into “that” side of reality through two bravo junkies just like us.

Great pod!
I’m not into legal stuff much but a huge Bravo fan so I love your podcast!

Annuitant
So like most, the first 11 minutes of chatter is unnecessary. My biggest gripe is the incorrect pronunciation of certain words. For example, actuarial. Or annuitant. If this is the first time it happened, I wouldn’t review, but there have been prior episodes where I listen to them mispronounce words that are quite common.

Annoying Uptalk
One of the podcasters has an annoying speech pattern-ending a statement with an inflection like a question. Not a major thing, but still…?

Great show but too many commercials and some tension between the hosts
Pretty much the title! I genuinely love this show so much, and I’m so appreciative of these women for delivering this content. The only thing that ever gives me cause is a) sometimes I feel like the hosts sound a little contentious with each other? They have addressed in previous episodes that they play devils advocate with each other, and that’s very valuable. That said, that is not what I’m referring to. Sometimes the chemistry is just a bit off and they sound a little like they are annoyed with one another. The other issue—and again, I do genuinely love this and appreciate the content—is that there are really a lot of commercials and it’s rather disruptive. I listen to lots of podcasts and I would say that this podcast consistently has the longest number of minutes of ads while also having some of the fewest minutes of content between. I’m so sorry to be even the least bit critical! I love this podcast so much, and I look forward to new episodes. Thanks girls for the great show!

So many ads. Actual content didn’t start until 11 min in.

Fast-forward the ads, people!
Why are there so many reviews complaining about the ads? Just fast forward to skip them. Cesie and Angela put a ton of time and work into these episodes and ads are what supports the pod. The entitlement from some of you listeners is crazy.

Excellent
I learn something new every episode. Quite a few Bravo people have legal issues and I love how they break it down with their expertise.

Corporate heavy poverty
Not a Leah fan, but the analysis was so heavily weighed in favor of defending potential/hypothetical corporate retaliation and discrimination it made me cringe. I understand both hosts defend corporate clients for work, and so that’s their background, but maybe it would be useful in covering some cases to think about an employee’s pov. Particularly in a case where they’re fighting against a major corporation.

Voice quality
As a suggestion can you try enhancing your voices with software - one of the presenters is not on her voice and it is sometimes hard to listen to and distracting. I think both could benefit from voice coach or electronic enhancement of the voice quality in the recording. The content is good

Too many ads
This podcast is awesome and you can tell that the research is impeccable BUT there are too many ads. I can’t follow the podcast with that many interruptions and the lengthy commercials. Not good. Sorry ladies

Way too many ads for the content
This podcast combine two of my favorite things: the law and Bravo! I love the content, I love how deep and detailed they get with every case, I love hearing their perspectives and interpretations of what the lawyers are doing. Unfortunately I had to unfollow because I kept finding myself being so frustrated by how many ads there are. The ad breaks are so frequent and the ad sets are so long it’s just too much. I want these girls to get their bag! But I listen to lots of podcasts and no other one has this many ads.

Perfect for Law Nerds Who Love Reality TV
I really appreciate the preparation that goes into these episodes. Cesie & Angela do an excellent job of breaking down the issues for a variety of Bravo-related legal drama. I learn so much from them. The ad breaks are long — it takes $$$ to obtain court documents. When time is short, I FF through the ads.

Way way Too Many Ads
Constant ad breaks. Great content and very knowledgeable but the episodes are filled with so many ad breaks. The podcast would be half as long without all the ads. I wish they could reduce them.

Ads
I love this podcast but the ads make it impossible to enjoy anymore. I hope that changes so we can keep listening because they are so talented and knowledgeable.

Good but please don’t do accents
I love listening but the accent work is hard to listen to and really distracting. Please just talk in your normal voices, even when reading transcripts.

PK Lawsuits
This podcast was very hard to listen to. The fake accent in “PK” voice was unbearable. I couldn’t listen to the rest of the podcast. You’re definitely showing bias regarding Blake Lively/Baldoni lawsuits.

Very informative
I always look forward to a new episode and I am so excited to hear you will have weekly episodes going forward! I love that you give unbiased, informative, yet entertaining coverage of the league issues. I also really enjoy your camaraderie!

Ads
I used to love this podcast but it’s impossible to get through with the ads. I can’t even follow what’s going on because there are long ad breaks every few minutes. Disappointing.
Heyyyyyaaaaaaa
Ads have ruined the listening experience
This used to be one of my favorite podcasts. I love looking behind the curtain at all the legal drama in the bravo universe. However the ads have become so long and frequent that they have made the listening experience unenjoyable. Every ten minutes there are more ads, more than any podcast o listen to. I’ve had to stop listening because it’s completely ruined the experience. I’m also not sure why five episodes were devoted to the baldoni/lively lawsuit when the podcast is meant to be about reality tv. I hope they return to the original formula.

Awkward is an understatement
Cesie is clearly NOT a fan of Angela. They claimed on a prior episode that people who have commented they don’t like each other are wrong, but her constant digs and rude rebuttals cause Angela to scramble and backtrack everything she said is soooooo awkward.

Good podcast, so many ads
I enjoy the legal take on bravo scandals. I struggle to keep listening bc of how frequent the ads are though. Loved the episode with Angela and her husband (spin off?)

Good content, way too many ads
I used to really love this podcast but honestly the ads have started to get to be too much. I’m at minute 23 of the latest and we’re at the 3rd ad break - the ads to open the episode were over 4 minutes. I usually don’t mind just skipping them but having to do so every 5 minutes is pretty irritating.
Mcok1
Too many ads
I tried to listened to your PK episode and I couldn’t get through it. More ads than content. Such a shame.
This Is The Name For My Review
Wanted to love this
This pod was recommended in a subreddit I follow. I started with the Erika & Tom Girardi/ Marco Marco episodes and could barely get through any of them. I want unbiased straight to the point. Instead what I got was a lot of opinions and rabbit trails. Stick to the facts of the cases and dumb down the legal speak when it gets deep but keep these side conversations and personal opinions out. Disappointed because this had the ability to be a great way to inform and educate fans of Hollywood scandals etc.

Ads
As a retired lawyer and Bravo fan, I really, really love you guys and your show. That being said, I have stopped listening to podcasts that interrupt the content throughout with ads. I can’t stress this enough: doing so is so disrespectful of your listeners. I know you need to monetize and that’s cool but it’s possible to place ads before and after the main content. Interrupting no my listening says to me that you don’t care if we’re annoyed because you need the money.

SKIMS Advertising?!?
Sorry will no longer listen until you’ve taken your ads for Skims off of your platform. If you know, you know. Do better.

Strangest Takes Ever
Angela does a great job being unbiased and looking at the actual case. Cesie is straight up unintelligent. Kissing on a romance movie is not sexual harassment. If you don’t want to kiss someone on camera, don’t act in that movie. She blindly sees Blake’s clear lies, and is delusional and desperate to have the woman be a victim when she’s clearly not. Even Angela seems confused by her takes.
JessCT2021
Love Baldoni/Lively coverage… and of course all the Bravo episodes!
I really appreciate the rational clarity of your Baldoni/Lively coverage. Your intelligence and curiosity have made for a very thorough and objective explanation of the case so far. On an unrelated note, what’s up with Cesie? She doesn’t seem to have a sense of humor and seems smug and snotty. It feels like she’d just rather not be doing this and she gets mean to Angela. She seems to refuse to engage in friendly banter or normal back and forth in a conversation. I don’t quite know how to explain it. Maybe she just isn’t witty or is socially awkward or something. You can tel Angela likes to speak and play with language. Cesie seems kind of basic with her language. Maybe that’s all it is?

Mostly unbiased- TOO MANY ADS
I think this podcast is mostly unbiased. Thank you for just sharing the facts! I have loved listening for the Baldoni/Lively lawsuits because I really wanted to understand but didn’t know where to start. However, I do get lost in the story with the frequency of the ads. It’s like every 10 minutes it feels like. A bit much?

Loving this
I love your deep dive into the Baldoni - Blake conflict. Don’t let all those folks who are Team Baldoni (for literally no reason) get to you. You’re killing it with facts and reason. Bravo 👏

Overall enjoyable. Also please go touch some grass.
I enjoy this podcast. It’s one of my go-to’s. I need people to stop complaining about ads. Just fast forward. We shouldn’t be demanding these ladies provide unpaid labor for our enjoyment. Soon every good podcast will be behind a paywall because of this and I’d rather just have the ad and the option to tap fast forward. Not a big deal. The trigger for everyone to get mad over a lack of instant gratification is worrisome. My opinions of the pod: I like that they distinguish when statements are the law and when it’s their personal or professional opinions. They’re a good balance of each other. I was planning on skipping the It Ends With Us saga simply because I wasn’t interested but when it played it was interesting to get the breakdown of the madness and how complicated it all is. I didn’t hear it as biased, I heard as a taking turns for everyone’s side of the story. That’s how judicial system works. That’s also why it’s so many parts. I just finished part 4 and it’s barely beginning. This isn’t a TikTok take or recap. This is the break down of the literal case and actual law.

Fair and unbiased
I think the complaints about the Lively/Baldoni coverage show how easily the public can be swayed and influenced by social media and the media industry as a whole. I value their expertise in breaking down these complex legal issues, how things unfold and how things actually work in the courts. I have found them to be as fair and as unbiased as they can be with the information that is out there. Each side of a legal conflict has a bias and will argue their perspective. The truth is not always something so straightforward and I think this is what the hosts try to highlight and work with.

Downturn
This podcast used to be much better. The hosts, understandably given their work, do not release episodes in a timely manner, but they choose to cover popular trending cases. It just doesn’t work. They insist that they’re impartial, but litter their opinions throughout and come across as pretty gullible. Their gut takes are usually wrong. Example: dozens of other podcasts have already dissected every line of the Lively-Baldoni documents by the time they got around to it, then they open the episode with disgruntled comments about having not read ___ before their last episode. The release of episodes is just way too slow for the cases they’re choosing. They should stick to cases that are fully resolved and in the past, or record/release episodes more quickly. The ads are very annoying in both frequency and length, but I can understand that being a bit of a learning curve.

Are you two really lawyers?
Thanks for your biased reviews of Blake/balding case. Are you on Ryan and Blake’s payroll ? Sure feels like that

Usually good but lately biased
It doesn’t seem like y’all fully researched the Baldoni/Lively case. It was really frustrating listening to how one-sided this was. I usually enjoy your podcast because you all don’t take a side and just present the facts.

Enjoy content but not ads
I have pretty much listened to every episode of this podcast and I must say I really enjoyed it in the past but not so much recently. I was re-listening to some old episodes and I noticed that they were regularly over an hour long with maybe 2 ad breaks and at least 30 minutes in-between. It seems like in recent episodes they are much shorter with double or even triple the amount of ads which is outstanding. I’m very happy that they are being sponsored by so many companies but it just feels like I am listening to commercials with some legal discussions in between. Additionally, I really like the hosts but sometimes the ads sound really patronizing.

Unlistenable
Complaining, cranky hosts, along with the the frequency, length and cringe subject matter of ads make the pod unlistenable any more
-so sick of it
Used to enjoy
I used to thoroughly enjoy this podcast until the Lively/Baldoni coverage. It was so biased and poorly researched that I had to turn it off. I am crossing this off my list of go-to podcasts

Sooooo many ads?!?
I used to really enjoy this podcast but since they got a bigger name behind them it’s become nothing but ads. Every 5 minutes is CRAZY.
bravovravobravo
What Happened?
I used to enjoy the podcast. The content is no longer neutral and balanced. You go out of your way to say you are treating each filing and fact while reading the case. Then you argue against the presented facts while reading the filing and arguing for the side you obviously have a bias towards. You are no longer neutrally presenting the cases, you are acting as the arbiter of truth, which you cannot know as these cases have not been tried. What gives? Also agree that the amount and timing of ads really takes my attention from the content of the episode. Which may be a good thing because it’s become unlistenable.

I wanted to love the show
I really wanted to love the show, loved the concept but the content just isn’t worth sitting through ads every 3 minutes. The ad segments are also unreasonably long. Also one of the hosts has such an odd vibe, comes off somewhat mean girlish? Idk
ylime0022
Love this show but the frequency of ads is awful
I love the content of this show, and the creators are so smart and funny, which is especially impressive given that they are often discussing complex legal topics. I am a huge proponent of podcast creators using ads to support themselves. When I listen to a podcast that began its production without ads, particularly one by independent creators, I get so impressed when I finally hear them have an ad sponsor, because it’s like, “oh! They made it! People are willing to pay them for this! Amazing!” But I have listened to dozens upon dozens of podcasts, and have never come across another one that has an ad break almost literally every five minutes. They don’t necessarily need to reduce the number of ads, but they should consider consolidating the ads significantly.
