The 2 Robbies are the gold standard for Premier League podcasts. They are never overly negative about players or teams that many European pundits can be. Great work guys!

Love the premiere league recaps and discussion but I’ve come across multiple episodes with sound issues. One has an echo and another only plays through one channel/earphone. I know it’s the pod and not my equipment as well because I’ve tried other pods. Came back to review again because the sound quality is getting worse. Can they not afford a proper sound engineer?!

Love both Robbie’s but Earle needs to stop talking over Mustoe. Happens on every episode.

The premier podcast for all of the inside football analysis surrounding the Premier League. The two Robbie’s provide meaningful commentary because they have lived the life of Premier League players and know everything there is to know about this beautiful game.

These guys are smart and talk good football when they want to, and used to be good to listen to. Still decent from time to time, but they’ve clearly embraced the role of pushing propaganda and talking points that don’t align with reality. Praising city for net spend is a joke detached from context. Pushing “AI research” as if we can’t just find net spend numbers is obviously pathetic, but they’re paid to do it so they’ll push whatever they are told to. Not a big surprise as integrity is clearly lacking in their field. Still disappointing.

A great show and the two Robbies have a genuine rapport that shines through.

I love these guys and their review of the epl week to week. But my god it sounds like they record on a Nokia 3310 in a tin can. You’d think NBC could get them some better mics and production.

Great commentary and analysis spoilt by poor sound production and inconsistent volume between the two Robbies. One sounds like he’s blasting into the mic and the other sounds like he’s in a deep well.

I just love these two. I look forward to hearing this podcast every Sunday, and they never disappoint.

Love the pod but stop saying you didn’t see the game before nearly every game you talk about. We know there’s windows and obviously you can’t see every game but you do it too much

Good analysis and I like the Robbie’s, but unless you follow City, United, Pool or Chelsea don’t expect to hear much about your team

For an EPL show, I think you’d be hard pressed to find a better one especially for an American audience. That being said, audio has been a common issue which really should have been solved long ago. I can’t think of any other podcast I’ve listened to that has this problem, especially one backed by a a media giant like NBC. I find the analysis overall to be quality, but it lacks depth. With 20 clubs, you can expect them to focus on the larger clubs (if you support a smaller club they may talk about them for 2 minutes every once and a while) but they tend to miss a lot of what occurs at the clubs. I notice their game analysis often misses the mark in regards to my club and many others. I watch the EPL closely and get analysis from multiple sources and the 2 Robbies tend to miss what others see. Again, it’s a lot to cover, so I appreciate the effort. It is a very solid podcast that just misses the final product but I do recommend it to any EPL fan. A diehard fan of any club could dislike it though. Adding at the end that audio is STILL an issue. I still don’t see how this isn’t fixed. Podcasting 101

Entertains and educational. They see things that I miss, making my viewing more informed and more enjoyable. Great work, keep it going!

They riff off one another and offer truly unique insights….the secret sauce is how well they listen to one another. Amazing dynamic established by these two smart, wise, and kind friends.

Top 6 focus and then the remaining 14 get about one minute each max if you are lucky. I just fast forward to the part where my club played and forget the rest. If they are playing a top 6 club and win, forget it. The story is the crisis at that other club and a cursory mention of the winners.

I like both Robbie’s. But they often take way too long to say what it is they mean to say. Especially Earle. He hems and haws and it’s getting annoying. I rarely have the patience to listen to the entire podcast like I used to. Too much needless verbal tiki-taka. Be more direct, mate!

While I have the utmost respect for the Two Robbies, I am very disappointed with the audio quality of their podcast. It is WAY too low. Every time I listen to this podcast I find myself cranking up the volume. Come on guy, you can do better than this.

The only way this podcast would be better is if they had Rebecca Lowe as a frequent guest. But seriously, I love it! The 2 Robbie’s are awesome. Only problem is that I can only listen to it after Arsenal win…I have to skip the episodes they played poorly.

Great content, very difficult to listen to. This is the only podcast I consistently cannot hear during my commute even with the volume maxed out. I’ve had to change podcasts multiple times because of that issue. Love the podcast, would love it even more if these audio issues were addressed.

I love the content but the audio often makes it unlistenable. How can an NBC podcast with two people talking not figure this out. Bizarre. Maybe if more people give this one star they will fix the audio. How hard can it be???

Love these guys, but often the poor audio that sounds like it’s coming from an iPhone 5 connected to dial-up AOL is so frustrating I have to stop listening.

I like the football insights from the 2 Robbies, but this is objectively the poorest sound quality of any podcast I listen to.

Great show! Love the commentary but sometimes have to turn it off because the audio quality is so poor. Surely NBC can afford to get Earle a better mic.

I’m a college student in the U.S. I look forward to listening to the two Robbies discuss football and the analysis of it. It’s refreshing to hear a solid and intellectual breakdown of the players and clubs each week. I feel like I actually learn a lot too which is another reason why I always make an effort to listen. I love listening to the between game and post game analysis on the weekends with premier league games too with Tim Howard and Rebecca Lowe as well which is how I found this podcast! Keep it up guys!

I wish both of you would speak closer to a microphone. I enjoy listening while at the gym and I have to have the volume all the way up. Usually it’s RE who speaks away from the mic, but the most recent episode RM sounded like he was 8-10 ft away. I hope others will speak up on this issue. I do enjoy the podcast (5*!)

Robbie Earle’s microphone level is too low. Please fix.

Love listening to these guys chat about soccer. They do a great job of covering the league and providing insights for upcoming games. I just the audio quality was higher. It can be hard to hear, background noise (computers / phones beeping). I also think the sports book segment doesn’t add much to the show. Regardless, I can’t wait until next season!

Love the show, knowledge, personalities of two football pros with authentic friendship. But please improve production quality - mics and volume level! Sometimes impossible to listen to this podcast while driving, and must switch to another show with higher gain.

I really enjoy listening the Robbie’s talk. Their insight is great and they have good chemistry. However I feel like their scope is too limited towards the big 6 clubs and no one else. It feels like the subject of the podcast is controlled by a major corporation when it shouldn’t given the Robbie’s natural interest in all clubs

Amazing show. In depth analysis. I truly appreciate their years of experience. Can someone please buy Earle a better microphone?? I was thinking about you expecting this season for a producer to buy Earle a better microphone. It’s driving me nuts.

You guys are great, you get 5 stars, but is there any premier league podcast that just talks premiere league anymore? It doesn’t seem like it would too difficult to have a separate podcast about the women’s’ leagues and various other political stuff. All I’m saying is this is a great premier league podcast and strictly PL focused pods are disappearing. Robbies, don’t disappear!
