Genius best pod ever about sports cards!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love how they run there show this is and amazing podcast I recommend it to all

You guys are terrible. You are pompous and do absolutely nothing to help this hobby succeed. You guys do nothing but cry about this and cry about that.

My guys, how do you talk for 40 minutes largely about the best of the year with no discussion of the Caitlin Clark effect? Never mind the prices of her cards (astronomical) but she opened the door to the card market for women’s basketball. People collect WNBA now. Who cares about rich people bounties relatively?

The show used to be a lot more fun and upbeat but lately has taken a turn of being very hobby negative. Geoff’s greatest assest is his positivity and to see the show turn negative like the rest of the content out there is disappointing.

Talk about a product, make a cool video, share it on social media, and make money when people buy the product. It’s what content creators do. This is that, but sports cards. Keep this in mind when listening, and proceed with caution! - Coming from a 20+ year Sports Cards and Pokémon collector

This show used to be great. What was once an informative, entertaining show has now become sensationalist click-bait. Especially disappointed in TPott, because even his solo data-driven breakdown show has become infected by this as well.

It said say your favorite pc so I really like a John Elway epic legends material 7/20 with player worn jersey disco parallel or sum like that I don’t know the comp because it’s kinda rare ig also have Micah parson rated rookie some kinda parallel graded gel mint 10 also gem mint 10 saquon Barkley rated rookie or sum like that but yeah also the show is really good and ide can’t wait to meet Geoff if he ever came to Washington state👍🏼👍🏼

Great podcast but needs to focus more on one sport per episode. My favorite are the top 5 pods and J can never find football. I am a kid that has been collecting for about 4 years and would love to see these changes.

The amount of double speak that occurs on this podcast is the only thing they should chart.

Super helpful even for someone like me who’s very up to date (mostly in baseball):) keep it up best out there

I think the podcast is great, I really do. But, I think they could be better at giving us a better perspective of what they are talking about. It’s not a video.

This podcast is amazing! 5-stars! The only thing I would change is them breaking cards on the podcast and telling the listeners what they get.

I just stared collecting 1 mouth ago and this has help me get in to the hobby.

For the most part, if you do the exact opposite of what these noobs say, you’ll be fine. This is a money grab, they are scamming other inexperienced noobs who don’t know any better.

Cmon man. I could have given that tip Geoff. Waste of time. If you would have listen to this guy the last 2 years I’m sure you’d be broke. Lonzo ball and buying the peak of trae young hype. I spent 2 minutes on this review. I’m done.

Super slick production. Surprised they haven’t been enjoined by the Arrow yet on that intro. Total hype machine too. That silly looking cartoon Ali card is supposed to be the hottest Cassius card. Are you kidding? C’mon. The 30 minutes of whining about the PSA pause was the last straw for this listener. How could he not see it coming?!? How can he not see the value proposition in the pause for PSA? Other podcasters certainly did. Even worse than the ringer’s offering.

I feel bad for the new comers to the hobby that believe this guy is what the hobby is all about. This guy's purpose is nothing more than a sales ploy to sell his database platform. True seasoned Hobbyist know better and you should too. There are so many true podcasters in the hobby whom are truly passionate and genuinely love the hobby. Most of this guys takes are common sense and not original ideas or takes. Hobby people enjoy collection and making money, is just icing on the cake. do a podcast for the love not for the sale. Please reconsider listening to this podcast its not authentic and lacks true love & passion for the hobby not to mention his Intro is dreadful to say the least.

This podcast has two distinct feels to episodes. One I feel is excellent. The 101 series on different card markets. The shows covering card grading and how that whole system works are really insightful and interesting. Great guests who bring a lot to the podcast. They are worth going into the history and listening too. However an increasing majority of the shows cover trending cards of the week, “my worst/best investments,” and segments of similar topics. I find little value in these. I feel like I am listening to a podcast on how to flip houses.

Is this a sports card podcast or sports podcast? Didn’t love today’s pod - there are way too many sports information pods already - don’t need that on your pod. But love the sports cards info .

Geoff is the best in the hobby at creating content around analyzing sports cards from an investment perspective. I tune in for every episode

Good production value, but something about this podcast really turns me off.

Geoff is so helpful, knowledgeable, and professional with his information about the hobby. I fell back in love with collecting in early 2019 and this show has helped tremendously in the investing aspect.

I’ve been looking for a good podcast on card collecting since I got back into the hobby in 2016. This podcast is great. He gives great insight and perspective from a high end mindset but with very practical and frugal applications.

If you’re brand new to the hobby, this is a great source of information. If you have any experience, it’ll just be a rehash of what you already know. The Soccer episode was disappointing. “Expert” didn’t touch on earlier sets like the UD Manchester United sets with Beckham and Ronaldo earliest autos. Also didn’t discuss that most Soccer products are 50% under MSRP for the majority of products. And the market is not good unless you have Ronaldo or Messi cards. Could be much more than basic information.

If you are into sports cards for investing and collecting you need to listen to this podcast. Geoff is very insightful on the industry and what strategies go into card investing. Well done.

I also just got back into cards after 20+ years , I can’t relate to so much that’s on this podcast , so many tips and tricks to help me out , and good advice on players some who I also thought might be a good buy and was afraid to pull the trigger , I understand a lot of stuff is a gamble but this podcast also gets into analytics and graphs and shows you proven stats .... love it couldn’t be happier and twice a week!! AWESOME
