This episode was perfection. Where this podcast (and others like it) really shines is when it’s simply the guys chatting with a friend. When the discussion is more of a formal interview, it bums me out slightly because we can get that sort of thing other places, perhaps a bit better. The riffs, the quick wit, the digressions and tangents where untold stories are shared…it’s wonderful. Plus, it was just so damn funny (even Will said something to the effect of not remembering the last time he laughed so hard). Will be replaying immediately.

Begging them to stop taking bites of food in the middle of podcasting. I’ve been listening to this for years, they are getting a little unbearable. Please just actually listen to and engage with your guests! We don’t need to hear the same anecdotes from you guys every episode, get some new material.

I love Sean’s laugh it is just a delight. I love that Will and Jason are so funny therefore it makes Sean laugh! It’s a never ending cycle! Sean is tremendously funny too but Will and Jason’s laugh aren’t as charismatic so…

Every episode is hilarious! It’s easy to tell how close those guys are. One burn after another, they really are best friends. I can listen to two or three in a row easily. You don’t have to be fans of Sean, Jason and Will, just give them 15 minutes of your time. Pick any random episode, they are genuinely funny.

I had higher hopes, given the top tier talent. It lacks depth much of the time, probing guests to tell stories about a time they were super high or wasted, or hosts endlessly gloating over the careers of their guests. Lots of potential, and there are moments when it's enjoyable, but the sexual innuendos and stupid gay humor digs are childish and take away from what the show could be. Done with this podcast as it takes too many steps trying to get to something relatable, and too often comes across as a trio of celebs telling other celebs how amazing they all are.

This episode was incredible. I laughed so hard the entire time. They were completely unleashed and didn’t hold back. I really hope Colbert stays in the public eye. This was easily their funniest episode yet.

Ugh, 3 men who talk over each other constantly. We get it…..Sean eats poorly, Bateman is out of touch with reality and Will is sad. Blah, Blah, blah. This whole schtick is getting old. Focus on YOUR GUEST and ask questions. Don’t just talk to each other. No wonder Amy Poehler’s podcast is better; she actually asks questions and listens to her guests. Do better.

To put it in one word: obsessed! I look forward to my drive to and from work because it means I get to play your next episode. You guys have me laughing to myself even after my worse work day. The three of you have the best dynamic and always bring different types of guests on so it’s never boring. I love your notes for Tracy (I am Tracy)! Literally keep it up guys!

I have listened to most of the episodes. This one ranks as one of the best. Laughed out loud many times. Four very entertaining guys bringing so much joy! Thanks. Greatly needed in these challenging times

Jason Bateman does his best to keep Arnett and the Sean guy focused but Sean likes talking about himself too much and Arnett rambles on and on about nothing and for so long. Three hosts is too many for the guest to shine. Seriously unlistenable.

I've been with this since the HBO Doc and it's been a pod staple until the last year or so. I find myself fast-forwarding through the opening banter or ignoring it. Can't put my finger on what changed but it's often boring and muddled. I haven't been excited by a guest in some time (although, surprisingly, Kris Jenner gave a great interview and I learned things about her I did not know). Seems like depending on how high-profile the guest, these 3 tend to interrupt, ask bad questions and miss the mark more often than not with (I suspect people they are less interested in or have respect for) allowing their guest some room to set the tone.

You guys need to start bringing back your good friends for second visits even if they have nothing to promote. The John Krasinski episode is such an all-time great because it’s so clear that you guys are just wrapping out about old stories when you were coming up together. I know the podcast has reached such a size that people want to come on to promote their stuff even if they don’t know you three very well but every once in a while, just bring a buddy on. And bs about nothing in particular. Love the show fellas.

But Kris Jenner? Sort of disappointed as I think you are all so much more intelligent, witty and creative than that.

The dynamic between the 3 men is so much fun to witness and the guests are great but, honestly, I listen just to hear Sean’s laugh. 🤣

I’ve been listening to this podcast pretty regularly since it started and it’s usually a pretty fun listen. Some episodes fall flat for me but overall not too shabby. That being said, whoever decided to book Kris Jenner very much embodied the title of this podcast. 🫤

I enjoy hearing the guests and the casual interviewing style. However, all three hosts can’t complete a sentence without repeating half the sentence within itself. The stumbling over their words gets annoying.

Funny and witty. A fine actor as well. Enjoyed “Is This On” and really liked your role in “The Madison.” Good to see….

Listened to the rerelease of the Emma stone episode and my daughter just happened to get the hiccups that evening. She tried Emma’s method and lo and behold it worked!

I’ve been listening to podcasts for maybe a little over year now maybe longer, but this podcast got me into it. I still cant accept that it’s been this long but I have to honesty say and pay you guys the accolades you guys bring to the industry. You guys changed my life and I think it was seeing Sean in ‘Is this thing On’ that made me write this review. Free Wily has always been the most relatable for me cuz we are playa mentality but Sean is really the hero and and and JB is Italian mafia status. Thank you and LFG!

I am late to the game. I just discovered your podcast and I have gone back to the beginning and I’m listening to all episodes. You guys are fantastic, you make my work day fly by. Job well done!!

I adore these 3 and this podcast. I do feel like they are constantly interrupting and talking over their guests, but I think that’s all part of it. I love the inside jokes and how they all rag on one another. I usually only listen when there’s a guest I like. Although the preshow banter is usually the best part of the show. I will not be listening to anyone in the kardashian family. Let’s just say there’s a reason why Amy Pohler won best podcast- there’s more warmth and thought in her questions, while still being hilarious.

I’ve been a listener since the beginning and honestly am really disheartened to hear you guys doing advertisements for AI companies. You can’t need money that badly please rethink these sponsors.

Enjoyed the show during early episodes, but a little tiring to have them talk over guests and sometimes feel like the guest is almost ignored. I was sad they had Kris Jenner- it finally made me unsubscribe. Won’t make a difference to anyone but it felt good to leave a pod that promotes people that make society worse.

I haven’t heard an interview with Kris Kardashian that I can recall. I didn’t know much about her. Such a fun, entertaining, and positive episode! I never miss an episode and enjoy them all but I really enjoyed this episode, hearing her back story and how she parents and manages her daughters. I agree with Jason Bateman this episode flew by!

Love the friendship and honesty between the three dynamically different personalities!! I find myself cracking up each podcast! There is one item I noticed is that sometimes their conversations amongst the three can get sidetracked leaving the GUEST on the sidelines at times…. Love how sean reels it back in connects the guest back in the conversation. Other than that, thanks for making me laugh when we all need to laugh these days with all the negativity and hate going on. The podcast name is spot on. These guys are lazy, dumb & dull— just a bunch of privileged old white guys phoning it in. Waste of time.

I’ve listened to this since day one, and usually, the “three white dudes with first world problems” bit can be entertaining. But now I think it might have jumped the shark. I mean, Kris Jenner? These guys once interviewed Kamala Harris, and when the world is LITERALLY ON FIRE, they air an episode with Kris Jenner? Good Lord. Maybe they need Tracy in Wisconsin to vet their programming decisions to make sure they don’t stray too far into Hollywood delulu-ville.

I have enjoyed several episodes of your podcast, however the interview with Kris Jenner makes me realize, sadly that you are indeed,less smart. The Jenner/ Kardashian family? They represent a large part of what I consider to be a very long-term devolving and disintegrating factor in the social and intellectual decline of this country. I say this based on the obvious lies they all consistently tell in social media etc…. “oh, buy my products and your lips/face/whatever… will look like mine!”… “oh me? I haven’t done any plastic surgery “) as well as obvious MAGA political leanings that I find extremely odious. ( Kim at Trump’s Whitehouse? For real?) I get that Kris Jenner is bright and enterprising. No quarrel there at all. But, what about the social and political values that have contributed to the decline of culture and truth? Does nothing matter to you guys other than getting hits on your podcast episodes? Really disappointed that you would stoop so low. Would love a real episode that considers this. But then you may not be friends with K. Jenner anymore……

I could listen to this pod for hours. The guests are great and I love how the three of you, joke around all the time. Oh and Will, Flaked is one of my favorite shows ever. Need a season 3 my man.

2 stars for 2 white men talking over their guests. Jason & Will should take notes from Sean… he listens to guests and asks provoking questions. I wanted to like this pod, but find myself rolling my eyes the whole time. Hard listen.

As the title reads longtime listener, huge fan of the show, always good for a laugh. Will, bravo, Is This Thing On was so good and I really hope you play more roles like this. It was like you playing Will Arnett in an alternate universe. Pretty sure I was the only person laughing out loud when Sean and his partner were in the kitchen to smash some ice cream in the middle of the night, and I loved the Liverpool shirt. Nods to who you are outside of your character are neat.

Most of the episodes are good. The funnier the better. Wasn’t a fan of the Brian Cox episode, though I know he is an amazing actor. He just was bursting with anger it seemed. Not the smartness vibe I enjoy. Also I would love more episodes with female guests. Love you most of the time!!!

You simply cannot find a better podcast than this one. Without equivocation, there will never be a better option to make your Monday morning an outstanding start to your week!

Their banter is so funny! However, this podcast has shown me most celebrities are dull and incredibly boring.

I started to listen to podcasts on my daily walk to pass the time. When I was adding some podcasts to my queue I found Smartless and gave it a listen for my next walk. It was laugh out loud funny, with the best comedic timing & sarcasm I’ve missed. Now I listen to their podcast in my car, on planes, around the house. My favorite!

A lot of actors are funnier when they have a writer who is providing the jokes.
