I don’t know if the one girl is her sister, I think, but she speaks in very monotone, boring voice, and just repeats everything that has already been said, brings nothing new to the conversation, literally just repeats the same thing over and over again, most of the time these podcasts are about current events or headlines that are viral right now, so we pretty much know the background, we just like listening to a podcast, giving opinions, so please stop going on and on, and on, repeating the same thing over and over or repeating, literally everything, Annie just said, or repeating yourself, like honestly, it makes it incredibly boring and zero desire to continue to follow

I used to love this podcast. But recently it feels like Annie isn’t doing basic research. Half of the info about the Duggar charges are inaccurate. When additional charges were added they said they were in no relation to the original arrest. That’s just one example. In past podcast she has also misread/ misrepresented facts the police have come out with. Unfortunately I think I’ve listened to my last podcast from her. I wish you the best of luck but please fact check!

I get so sick of hearing about her guest political views. If I wanted to listen to brainwashed news I would tune into one of the many hundreds out there. First off I’m so glad you have Dr. Leslie Dobson on your show. There are some sheep who Want to leave reviews and maybe they should open up their mind a bit more and stay in the know. Better to know than for Someone to say “I told You so” And - Please 🙏🏻 do a pop culture pod. It’s fantastic. Today I’ve been going back into your oldies that I haven’t heard yet and the one about Jennifer and Joseph fostering Millie and Layla, I had to cut it off. I have two little girls myself and I just can’t imagine the guilt and anguish their mother must’ve felt. It’s nauseating that someone could do this to a child. And yet there are so many crimes against children everywhere …. Sick $h!t! You are amazing at what you do and I look for your new episodes daily - If not I’m in your archives or catching dateline.

I feel weird about how you discussed the wayfair trafficking conspiracy then do multiple wayfair ads. I know it’s a conspiracy, but I feel like it’s icky and maybe you don’t care about anything you’re really saying. And glp-1 ads. Idk I think i have a bad taste in my mouth after the Epstein deep dive.

Those two episodes were cringeworthy, and very little of what was said was verifiable, I tried to check. So it was another National Enquirer episode. On the most recent episode Annie made a comment that too much insulin is deadly for a non diabetic. To make it perfectly clear, too much insulin is also deadly for a diabetic.

Normally I love your content but the stuff with Leslie Dobson is trash. Is she really a doctor? She comes across as conspiratorial. Epstein as a Russian spy.. REALLY?! REALLY?! I laughed. It’s hard to listen to her. I know you were rolling your eyes too Annie. I could not get through the second deep dive. Also if she’s “helping” the government with the investigation should she even be talking about it on a podcast? Seeing other reviews, I guess I’m not the only one who felt this way once listening!

I hate the “this is full of murder for hire, an affair with the nanny, betrayal by her best friend, and guns and drugs. Let’s get into the story.” You killed it. It’s not exciting or twisted anymore. You told us all the exciting parts so now it’s a boring puzzle and not a gasping mystery.

…The word is CAPACITY not “compasity”.

Annie and her 10 to Life and Serialously podcasts are among my favorite true crime podcasts. I am fairly picky about my podcasts and latch on to a handful of podcasters/YouTubers (especially in the true crime space) and find it difficult to get interested in any others once I have my favorites. Side note: After the most recent extra episode related to Secret Lives of Mormon Wives, I wanted to add that I would definitely be interested in additional episodes (wherever they may “live”) about pop culture related things. I have to break up my true crime listening with lighter topics and pop culture drama is one I enjoy listening to, even though I don’t always watch the shows discussed or know the details of the drama prior to listening. It helps to listen to celebrity drama and such that are typically not such heavy topics sometimes.

I usually enjoy your episodes for the most part, but, for the love of GOD, his name is AARON! Arron! Not Arone… it made me cringe every-time you said it. Did you not do research?

After finishing my regular podcasts and Catching Up, I realized I was on the lookout for someone with a voice that didn’t sound like every sentence ended in a question… or like a robot… or super high-pitched (sorry 😅). That’s when I stumbled across this beautiful human on Serialiously. I could go on for days about Elise, but in short, she’s amazing. She says everything I’m thinking, and I constantly find myself nodding along with her. I’m sure I look like a total weirdo doing it at work, but honestly… who cares. I love when you give your opinion and say what’s on your mind, because as your true-crime bestie I’m usually thinking the exact same thing. So (bleep) the ones who don’t get it. 💁‍♀️

While I like much of the content, you need to do much more research. EXAMPLE: I am currently listening to the case from southern Ohio about the Stacey Holston case. I am from that area and remember this case being all over our local news. The murder’s name is Arron and it’s pronounced like Aaron, which should have been obvious. It’s not “errone” like you said every time. Every damn time you pronounced it wrong, I wanted to scream. I know there are other examples, but this one is the proverbial straw. Please do better!

Miss Annie Elise is THAT girl. She’s really about this life. I love her dedication to covering everything and keeping us informed. There’s other ladies in this space that occupy a similar vibe but they seem to do it for clout and fame, not Annie! Whenever I see an update on a crime or there’s a new intriguing case I say to myself, what does Annie have to say about this!?

But she is not smart. This podcast needs an editor / better producer if it is going to keep existing. Keeping in you asking Siri to do math for you is insanely lazy. There are so many facts she doesn’t have that are so easy to verify before you hit record. It feels disrespectful to the audience. And her vocabulary… it’s embarrassing. Some of her sentences are literally not English. I don’t mind about it her being a political. Of course she is a wimp. And what could be worse than hearing her opinion on politics. Big no

I can’t with the made up words. You’re reading from a script so you wrote it, reviewed it, and somehow still say things like “infactuation” and “especial needs.” Or they “cooperated the story.” Girl, it’s CORROBORATED! I’ve only listened to 3-4 eps and that’s really enough for me.

This episode, over 9.5 minutes of non-content banter before starting the episode. This is not how the show began. Having to fast forward, it seems more and more each episode, is just irritating. For those who just want to hear the facts/information about the topic, the banter is obnoxious.

All the censorship! I’m here to listen to true crime- which, by its nature sometimes contains unpleasant and offensive content. It’s so annoying to have so much dead air when “triggering” words are censored.

I’ve been listening to Annie since her YouTube days and when she did the pipeline from YouTube to podcasts I of course jumped on it quickly. Annie keep doing what you’re doing and stay true to who you are. Please don’t bend over backwards trying to please anyone. The reason why I liked you so much was because you got straight to the point and your deep dives into cases. I don’t need outside noise I just want to know about the case. You’ll never be able to please everyone. As long as you’re happy with your work is all that matters.

This has been my favorite podcast forever. This “doctor” guest was horrendously biased. She left out some very key things, in order to get her point across. Very frustrating. 2 star rating for this episode only. I appreciated Annie trying to keep things on track.

Very disappointed with this episode. Very tabloid and ridiculous content. I was hoping for better and I gave up half way through. May need to rethink being a paid subscriber.

In this day and age, if you’re talking about true crime but can’t talk about the atrocities happening in our country because you don’t want to be “political”? Maybe you need to get out of this space. You clearly just do this for entertainment and it’s not respectful. Had to unfollow today after the Epstein ep because she can’t outright say Trump is a rapist. I’ve been obsessed with Annie and her gift of journalism & storytelling for about a year now. Annie confronts hard topics with ease, and tells victim’s stories in a way that is completely respectful and kind. Every minute of any episode is engaging and doesn’t lack in information. No other true crime podcast compares in my opinion! Loved the recent episode talking about the Epstein files. I loved Dr. Leslie and her perspective on the topic, as well as the fact that it was a topic! Please do a part 2! There is so much evidence and information. As always, thank you for producing such a great podcast to honor victims stories and experiences!
