The best podcast I’ve ever listened to!

I am sorry to see the S and the X go away. I do feel that part of the reason for this is that the 3 and the Y have gotten so good that there really is less reason to have these vehicles.

It used to be fun to listen to, but now Its so pessimistic it just makes it not fun anymore

I appreciate the news, updates, and the occasional Tesla executive interviews. Some people say that Ryan rambles, which is true. But I think it’s more accurate to say he’s sometimes painfully repetitive. He’ll rephrase things that don’t need to be rephrased, as if we didn’t understand plain English the first time he said it. Ryan, you’re great, but you don’t need to use every synonym for a particular word; please just say it ONCE. Or he’ll make a point, then rewind in his own brain and make the same point 3-4 more times.

Super enjoyed the long rant on the S and X discontinuation, great to hear another long time fan discuss historical context

Ryan is an awesome and down-to-Earth host. You can tell he is passionate about EV’s and fostering a healthy community.

As a passionate TSLA investor, the episodes with key Tesla personnel are worth a listen. However the normal episodes have about 5 minutes of news that is spread out over an hour or more with a lot of ads and unintelligent speculation.

I’ve been listening to this podcast for about a year, Ryan does a great job every week delivering Tesla and EV news every week.

I can't get enough Tesla info, I'm constantly looking for more, sometimes Ryan even has info I haven't heard already. Keep up the great work!

I hate Tesla, its “founder”, and everything about the Teslabro bubble. I drive electric but not this brand. Why Apple keeps recommending the show to me despite my continuous downgrading it to “show less” is an annoying mystery. C’mon Apple get this overhyped bollox out of my feed.

Ryan has gone off the rails and is now political . Of course you can guess his angle as he lives in San Fransisco . Listen at your own risk of being indoctrinated. It’s a shame as it used to be a good show .

Not sure why you thought bringing Larry on was a good idea. He added nothing and his personality is insufferable.

Great podcast to keep up with Tesla news, but not the most efficient way to get info. Tends to ramble a lot resulting in long episodes If you have a couple hours to kill it’s great.

New to the podcast but really enjoyed the episode on the design leadership at Tesla. Sounds like great people working on really cool stuff! Best possible match to evolve thinking behind futures mobility designs. However, I am baffled about calling CyberTtuck a truck frankly. Seems very boring and average losing the opportunity to take the design & the target use to the next level by creating a transformer category where the backside is detached into a 2-seat 3-wheeler making the derrière, face of a sexy playful urban transporter ;~] Many thanks for this opportunity to learn

Ideally this show would branch away from solely focusing on Tesla.

I want to like this podcast. The host is such a Tesla/Elon fanboy the show can be hard to listen to. Elon could kidnap his children and he would say, “l respectfully disagree with Elon’s actions.”

I enjoy the width and breath of topics covered and the owners that call in with advice or information on their experiences. Very up to date info. Thanks

This is the one and only Tesla weekly podcasts. Not only is Ryan very passionate about Tesla and this podcast but he’s been able to foster his own Tesla community that is bigger than the show. It’s the best.

I’ve been listening to this podcast for almost 6 years now and have never missed an episode. Ryan does a fantastic job of getting the latest news, answering owner questions and giving his insight on all things related to Tesla vehicles. Highly recommend this podcast for any Tesla fans or owners.

If you have any interest in Tesla, you have to listen to this Podcast. Ryan does an outstanding job of keeping you up-to-date on all things Tesla. The “Tip of the Week” segment is especially helpful to new and old Tesla owners alike. Keep up the good work!

Wonderful and very informative show about Tesla and its products. The host is amazing and knowledgeable on the subject as well.

I was searching for another car podcast more on the electric side. I found this one! It said hosted by Ryan Mccaffery. I was like hmmm no way it’s not the Ryan Mccaffery from Xbox unlocked. No way must be someone else with the same name. But as I found out it is you! So excited long time listener of Xbox unlocked and you are an excellent podcast host who could prob do one on any topic.

Ryan was born to do this kind of thing.

I’ve enjoyed Ryan’s podcast for several years. Those who rave about it are correct that he is a very enthusiastic and positive host. My chief complaint is that he takes far too long to get a point across. His shows are over an hour each week and I’ve come to realize that equates to charitably 15 minutes of content. Ironically even the calls ins can’t be concise.

You can tell Ryan is passionate about the show and puts a lot of work into it. Best Tesla pod out there, it’s fun to listen to and doesn’t make me feel like I’m listening to a script like some other pods out there.

Ryan has a great attitude that comes across in his show.

Not only have I never owned a Tesla (yet!), I’ve never been driven or driven one. I’m a fairly longtime shareholder and future customer. I subscribe and listen to a few others but this is BY FAR the best Tesla podcast out ESPECIALLY since Ryan does it solo which I believe is far more difficult. Cheers to him and everybody who not only drives electric because we’re killing ourselves with this many ICE cars, even though I’ll never get rid of my ‘66 Sunbeam Tiger, without a doubt my future is Tesla.

This is the best.

Ryan is exceptional and I love his enthusiasm! He is so entertaining and informative!

The podcaster provides good Tesla information and news. He’s articulate and presents news clearly with good pacing. However, he’s not a good interviewer whatsoever (the interview with Frans was a star struck mess that I could feel unease from the interviewee). If you’re looking for looking for a subjective look at EV or Tesla news, this ain’t it. It borderlines on tunnel vision and shuns any Tesla competitor which defeats any claims of wanting to reduce the world of co2 footprint or bettering the world. It just makes him look like: yeah I want an EV life but only Tesla. I come back to this podcast 2~3 times in last 12 months but it’s still insufferable at times. If you want a podcast with EV coverage that covers the gamut of mfgs, I’d recommend EV News Daily.

Great show! I love all you do for us, Brian! That being said, an audible fart can be heard from Steve Downes right when he announces the title of the show, “Ride The Lightening”, in the bumper in the middle of the show. I thought it was pretty funny. 😂😂😂 Check it out!

This is the best electric car podcast. Yes it is focused on Tesla but that is why it is the best. Tesla is leading the charge on sustainability. Listening to this podcast is the most fun way to stay updated on all things Tesla.

Ryan’s podcast is simply one of my favorite podcasts I’ve ever subscribed to. How he articulates the news is exciting and fun. He gives you the good and the bad about Tesla enabling listeners to understand more than one side. Though I don’t agree with everything he say’s I genuinely appreciate the level of respect he affords perspectives that are different from his. I really wish news reporting was as respectively neutral as he’s managed to be with all of his episodes. This podcast is often one of the highlights of my week.

In this time we are going through difficult period you are a bright spot. Don’t change, be yourself and please continue to be gracious host.

Although I WANT to like this podcast, I cannot stand listening to this timid, annoying, non-car guy, Ned Flanders-meets-Pravda cheerleader. There is NO WAY I can believe that this guy is not being compensated by Tesla somehow. The endless, shameless ‘rah-rah’ butt-kissing is nauseating!

Ryan does a great job on this podcast. I find myself waiting for the next episode on Sunday with anticipation similar to waiting for a batch of cookies to come out of the oven.
