Ignorant racism

Carlos, I am a young, educated lady of color & a huge fan who has been listening to you for years. Recently, I’ve noticed a substantial increase in the use of the n-word. I find it extremely offensive, I cringe, & my heart breaks every time it is said…which is way too often. It means a lot to me to be able to support & champion your success…the last thing I want to do is unsubscribe. So, I thought it fair to share my thoughts & feelings with you. Please respect those of us who have not embraced the word (I never will). IMO, that word has a deeply painful & traumatic history that denied Black people their humanity. I cannot listen to any podcast that forces my ears to hear it against my will. That hateful, loaded word was a tool used during abuse, murde**, lynch**gs, ra**s, beatings& racist violence. Thank you for your consideration.

Carlos!! I love the recaps of RHOA with the trio but I really really need the echoing to stop before the new season comes out so I can listen again!! It sounds like you’re in a large glass room and it’s distracting

Please, please, please stop with the unnecessary cursing. I now cringe where I use to look forward to hearing Dustin’s opinions. His mouth is atrocious and his cursing doesn’t mark his opinions truer. And now I see you starting to slowly introduce cursing into your feedback. Please don’t. Claudia a Blue get their point across with bout a curse word in sight. There was a time one could listen with children around, while doing chores or driving with kids in the car, but no more now with Dustin and his potty mouth caution has to be taken to protect the innocent around you, children and the elderly. Thanks Dustin for ruining a good thing.

Adding Dustin and Claudia was the best decision. You all have a great chemistry and you make me laugh out loud. You all also have very strong opinions but are very respectful of each other in a very humorous way. I had never heard of Dustin before this podcast and now I’m a big fan. He’s very sharp and witty.

I love my Carlos don’t get it wrong. But I can not deal with Alexis and Monica. Monica is great if she wouldn’t smack her lips and use “ok hunny” every other word. Alexis just…no. It makes me miss some of my favorite recaps bc I just can’t stomach them. But Carlos and his usuals are still my fave. Just my little ol opinion. Love you King!!!!

Carlos used to have good insight and the tea, but now he’s just lost it. His read on Dorit is so full of hate and he supports grifter PK. The misogyny is strong now. And the rant about white people. I never liked Jill and she deserved to get fired - but your rant is so different. Gross. So I’m done listening.

I used to really enjoy listening to this podcast, but recently most of the episodes of just become white versus black. Yes I am a white woman however I do have a black brother-in-law, and I have a half black nephew and niece and grand nieces and grand nephews of different races Hispanic, white, and black I just feel it's too much for me.

As a White woman, listening to you and your crew take out the toxic & despicable -Nill- Zarin was music to my ears. Jill was always a Long Island Republican, and just as bad as Ramona. Monica has great opinions to offer but her cussing ruins it! I tried to listen AGAIN, quickly moved on.

I agree with only about 40% of this show and often have to take breaks because I can’t believe what I’m hearing but I keep listening!

Jill Zarin episode- You went on a rent against ALL white PEOPLE!!! You said ‘the sun hates them and that white ppl share their DNA with monkeys. You all went on to put all white people down. While I am not a fan of these two women, what we learned about you, Carlos, and the vile ways by which you and co- hosts, described white people, revealed your true colors to us. What a disgusting podcast. Preach what you pray, hypocrite.

I’m going to have to agree with Amanda, even though I really do not like her personality at all, and I would never be her friend, but I do not let people talk to me in a way that is condescending, degrading, or just downright mean. I have put several people in their place and it actually earns the respect from others and they never approach me in that same awful way again. Keep doing what you’re doing. I like Monica, but please stop screaming and comparing your experience when on the show and trying to vindicate yourself. It’s exhausting to hear. You do really great calling out the BS, and doing the recaps, but I tune out when it’s like “but when I…..blahx3” …we get it. They are hypocrites, but stay neutral and I totally see you going far with this.

Please, Carlos, recap the BH franchise alone! Whomever this is that’s recording with you derails the conversations to talk about herself and give baseless opinions on the topics. It’s a waste of time, and I leave each episode knowing more about her life than I do about the ladies’ stories in that episode. Why is Monica recapping SLC? Seems there’s clearly an agenda and you should be honest with her… taking up for Meredith will not get her back on the show. She’s not needed in the cast because she wasn’t transparent about something publicly devious. There was no unjust crusade against her, they didn’t “attack and ostracize” her for no reason, she was part owner in an anonymous account that was responsible for trolling the ladies. They don’t trust you the most, Monica. Please stop attempting to rewrite history. Also, it’s quite telling of her character that she has the desire to put a criminal, someone she stalked and helped get incarcerated, placed back on the show. Unusual.

I really enjoy the housewives recaps but Monica’s yelling is too much to suffer through any longer. This last episode I just turned it off 16 min in. It’s too much with her being the main commentator.

I love Carlos and wanted to love this podcast but his audio is so bad. It always sounds like he’s recording in a kitchen or some other tiled room because the echo is so bad it makes it really difficult to listen. I had to just turn it off.

I loved your show and love Claudia and Dustin but I can’t listen to Monica or Alexis anymore. When Monica is on I know all I will hear is about heather on and on from Monica what happened to being partial and it’s the same with Alexis and with her Tamara is an angel and Shannon is the devil and always making comments against Shannon

I enjoy the content and Justin and Claudia are great regulars. But the sound quality is terrible. Can we have a serious conversation? Please get some high quality audio equipment and/or studio like all the professional podcasters to improve the sound quality. I basically listen only after all my other favorites, because it sounds so bad.

Do better. Also- if I did a shot every time you mention that you are a producer and mansplain basic and obvious concepts, my internal organs would be pickled.
