The constant platforming and lack of push back against Hasan Piker is the last straw for me. He sat there and said he’s for the greatest harm reduction, but supports Hamas. That makes zero sense. He’s a terrorist sympathizer and Crooked is normalizing dangerous idea with this.

Morally bankrupt to have Piker on and not push him on his support for Hamas who murdered over 40 Americans on Oct 7, raped women and hostages, kidnapped and brutally murdered a baby, a toddler and their mother. He has said racist things against black people and Asian people. Disgusted.

Normally I listen to this podcast to get a different point of view than the one I usually subscribe to. I have no problem with them stating a view other than the one I believe in. My problem with this podcast specifically is how smug and condescending they can be to people that share a different point of view. It feels like they implicitly suggest that anyone that doesn’t view the world like they do is inherently stupid or a racist. Frankly it’s lazy politics. I personally believe the proper way to persuade the masses to your point of view is to take your opponent’s point of view and dismantle it point by point with the facts. Most of what they do is suggestive and opinionated and not grounded on facts.

Gave a tougher interview to Bill Maher for saying schools shouldn’t hide a transitioning kids from parents than to Hasan Piker who has said things like it’s okay to date rape a billionaires daughter.

You are spot on. We need more democrats who think like you. The biggest problems with the Democratic Party is they don’t know how to brand, they need to be more inclusive and not elitist, and we need to consistently hear democrats on podcasts, interviews, etc. and not just during election years. On another note. Man! You were really tearing into Booker. I don’t think you were listening to what he was saying. He wants tax relief for the working class as a start to financial relief. Then once ppl have more cash in their pocket, they can listen and support other solutions to big problems that we have.

As a subscriber, I really have come to expect the regular episodes out on Tuesday mornings. Having poller coaster is not a replacement for the regular Tuesday show.

Love every host of this podcast but the interview of Piker was not morally serious. Allowing him to equate Oct 7 with Nat Turner was indefensible. We desperately need a more just world but minimizing the murder of innocent children- on either side of the conflict- is not where it can start.

Listened to PSA for the better part of the last decade. It’s been entertaining if not always accurate news, as the hosts slowly become less and less relevant to current events. Could make a drinking game out of the longing look backs to the Obama years. Final straw was the decision to platform Hassan Piker. If we’re going to call out shows for platforming hate like Fuentes on the right, then we need to have the moral clarity to call out the hate on the left and refuse to give it equal billing.

I used to really enjoy listening to Pod Save America, but over the last year, they have shifted toward extremist views on the left. They are now no different than Maga supporters - they just hate different groups, and preach different hate. They just had Hasan Piker on the show who has stated that we deserved 9/11 and that he 100% supports Hamas’s massacre on Oct 7 knowingly Hamas brutally raped and murdered young girls and women, tortured and murdered children and their families, and so much worse. Imagine if a Podcast brought KKK leaders and gave them a platform to justify their murders of black people. The show has become disgusting beyond disgusting.

I was very disappointed with this podcast. platforming this individual, not correcting his dozens of factual misstatements and obvious bias against Israel was beneath this broadcast and demonstrates just how far it has been captured by the progressive left of the party.

Appreciate the pod’s honest takes about Israel and Palestine and that you don’t tow the party line when it comes to having certain voices on your show like Hasan Piker. Really enjoyed the last episode and that conversation.

SO glad you had Hasan on. I’ve been a Pod Saves listener for a long time, but have only recently been tuning into Hasan streams, and I have grown to appreciate the Venn of the two shows and how they help me learn about, understand, and debate what’s occurring domestically and globally. I’ve all but abandoned mainstream news sources in favor of these two more clear-eyed perspectives. I’m also quite concerned that the Democratic establishment isn’t seeing the shift in the left (and populous for that matter) towards views like Hasan’s, and are going to bungle upcoming elections and policy takes trying to uphold some outdated status quo. The more we give weight and voice to the brave few like Hasan speaking up and out for the many who feel this way, the better!

I cannot believe they gave someone like Hasan Piker a platform. Women are disappointed and disrespected enough by Republican men, and it doesn’t always improve much on the left. Thanks for reminding us about where we stand, guys!

If you are trying to engage newbies you sometimes need to explain who you are calling out.

I generally enjoy this show a lot and have been a listener for years. Recently I’ve been saddened by your discourse on Israel and the almost glee you take in talking about how democrats don’t support Israel. You’re important voices in the party and you know that so many of the Israel critiques are born of antisemitism. Israel is bombing hezbollah, because hezbollah is bombing them! It’s just a crazy double standard - if Mexico started bombing us we would respond forcefully. You have to add more nuance to those conversations or I’m out.

Had always heard about Pod Saves but never engaged until 2026. It’s been so helpful to digest news in this way. Is it tough that it’s just white men? Sure. But they do a great job of researching and presenting the news in a manageable way that feels reliable and I also like the length. Feels like they can really take the time to dig in. Great conversation with Cory Booker. His strategy for reestablish credibility for the Democrats is the best I’ve heard. His tax idea is both simple and has the capacity to impact people who rightfully see the system as completely rigged.

Timothy Snyder’s explanation for the Iran war right now is much more insightful than the blather I’m hearing today. Jeffrey Sachs has pinpointed the problem recently along with a handful of others who get to the heart of the issues with Trump.

This podcast cuts straight through the politics of it all. They are practical and understand the internal dynamics of the WH. They make me smarter and somehow they make me laugh in these horrific times.

These guys are some of the Smartest and Well-intentioned Political Folks I Follow! I couldn’t tell if from Yesterday’s episode if they knew Trump was referring to former FiveThirtyEight pollster Journalist Harry Enten, who moved over to CNN. But I am also certain DJT took his poll way out of context of course. It’s a great show and part of and even greater group Crooked Media - give them a listen 👍🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

First please know I appreciate the work you all do especially the addition of Alex Wagner. But …. Yes there’s a but …you all don’t push back and call out the democratic establishment enough! There is a reason democrats are polling so low. They continue to piss off and underwhelm even their core democratic voter’s. They talk down to us and around issues like we are stupid. We are not! We see how so many of them are comprised by their corporate entanglements. Examples Schumer is overly invested in Israel and under invested in serving the American people. He is part of corporate capture and sucks at communicating. Jeffries definitely has a corporate capture problem and sucks at communicating. Then there’s one of your most recent interviews with Corey Booker and he won’t even call Netanyahu a war criminal. I would have liked to see more push back and hope to in the future because the democrats listed are just a few of the elected democrats responsible for low Democratic Party polling. Basically the Democratic Party is out of touch with even democrats. And the way I see it is they need to change their ways if we want to not just regain but retain our democracy. But the Democratic establishment is not going to change without a ton of push back from the American people and political commentators like all of you.

Senator Booker interview only exemplified and solidified disdain for ineffective Senate Democrats, his eloquence is representative of empty lip service coming from Schumer/Jeffries and the like. HE NEVER EVEN MENTIONED THE EPSTEIN FILES!!! His double talk on US policy to nation-state Israel was a big do-loop of circular logic and in no way disavowed taking AIPAC money. He no way addressed the entirety of Israeli war crimes in their region and their country. Finally, Lovett won the debate completely regarding Booker’s advocacy of raising standard deduction. Democratic Party becoming an anti-tax party coming to end income taxes only aids Republican anti-tax platform chipping away at every other tax that is the fiber of US economy (starve the beast).

No push back on Corey Booker as he does his Israel shill bs, this guy is never going to be a leader and cares more about Israel than the US.
