Would love a season 50 podcast!

Not having a season 50 podcast was a real “Miss” on Survivor management. This is your Super Bowl and you’re not covering it .

Not making a 5 min episode to tell us there is no season 50 podcast series is rude and disrespectful. From 5 stars to 1 star.

Jeff & Jay, we need our post-episode podcast! We love dissecting the episodes with you guys (and the guest host!), and being assured that it’s okay to be obsessed with this show! Please come back! PS - I have to say, Season 49’s open was THE BEST! Kudos to the composer and everyone who worked on it!

Seriously so sad!! I have gotten so used to the pod with the show it’s just not the same. And you know there won’t be time for everything to be said in the finale the pod provides a place for that!! 😢

Love this podcast and I didn’t realize there would be none for season 50! This is the one season we need a podcast!

As a couple we’ve loved listening to this podcast and have been anticipating this season particularly. We were extremely disappointed and we do not understand why this choice was made. Without the podcast this season will not be as amazing as it could’ve been. 🫤🫤🫤 You’ve really lost a chance at extended viewer engagement.

Why no podcast for Survivor 50?

Huge failure. The producers decided to “let the story unfold in real time and talk about it on the final episode” is a tremendous cop out. Feels a whole lot like laziness. Totally dropped the coconut.

No podcast for the most epic and anticipated season?? So so so disappointed!! I have so many questions that will not be discussed!! Not only could I not get to the idol because of a blizzard, but now I can’t get the podcast. Bummer. Seriously

I love this podcast, but I need you to do season 50!

I was a little late to the party in this podcast but as devoted Survivor fan I can’t tell you how much I love it. Season one tells you lots of behind the scenes facts with Probst and a producer who seems a bit out of her element, but season 2 and beyond brings a former player into the mix and that’s the secret sauce this show needed. The best is to rewatch seasons with the podcast as a companion. Honestly, nothing has made me want to apply to be on Survivor more than this podcast! Comeback for 50! The premiere was FLAWLESS and I need to hear everything asap!

Season 50 just isn’t the same without the podcast. It’s tainted now. I am sure there was a good reason to cancel the podcast. Yet, to make the choice NOT to let fans know was unprofessional, especially because there was plenty of opportunity to do so during all of the pre-season interviews. I am much less excited about 50 now. It’s just a big disappointment all around. Meh.

This is a fantastic podcast and I was really looking forward to it for Season 50. Who made the decision to not have it for one of the most highly anticipated seasons!? The need to be reprimanded. Bring it back! The live finale will not Compare to this podcast.

I absolutely love the podcast. I always feel that the podcast helps unpack the episode and allow me to digest it. I’m so disappointed that there isn’t a podcast for season 50. It just seems like such a loss not having it for such a special season. I really hope it returns.

This podcast has been a “Must Hear” experience during the last 6 Survivor Seasons! I sure hope for this momentous 50th that the tradition will continue!

Where is season 50’s podcast?!

I am sad there is no podcast for the 50th season!! I was so looking forward to hearing the insights of each episode!! I know Devens is on this season but can you have a fill in!? I love learning as much as possible about each episode!!!

Are we getting a season 50 podcast?

Proving that networks and/or Jeff still don’t get it, without any communication to the listener community, this podcast just stopped being updated. All the marketing hype, including the cringe celebrities, made the cut for season 50. But a cozy podcast that took questions and responded to fans, offering unique insights? No. That community was thrown away like unimportant trash and left on the side of the road without so much as a word.

Jeff Probst is a magical reality tv host. He manages to be compelling yet neutral, combative yet caring, and somehow he hasn’t aged a day since season 1. But there is one arena in which Jeff is mediocre-at-best: game design. He has soooo many bad ideas about twists, advantages, and the like, and he stays super disconnected from the nerdy part of the fan base that is constantly trying to tell him this. This podcast is full of Jeff interpreting his own blah twists as hugely interesting successes, which makes it really hard to listen to, regardless of the small amount of “behind the scenes fun” stuff

Is there going to be a podcast for season 50? Please? C’mon guys - time to dig deep!

This podcast is amazing, I’ve been listening after every episode. I love the insight it gives and the things I learn. Last night, after watching the premiere of season 50, the first thing I did was come to listen, and it’s not here. Please tell me it’s coming back for season 50!

Great concept for a podcast with the fan the producer of the player. Will be shocked if there’s not a season seven for season 50.

survivor began when i was about 21. i should have watched it from the start, but i didn’t. i ignored it for 25 years—big mistake. i denied myself something special. about a year ago, though, i finally got curious and gave it a chance. i haven’t been able to stop watching since. i spent almost all my waking hours watching seasons 1-49 (loving every second of it), finishing with about a month to spare before 50 starts. then i found this podcast, and it’s great!! it’s answering every question i’ve had about the show. i’ll be done with the podcast tomorrow, the day before the 50 premiere. i’m so excited i’ll be experiencing season 50 along with the rest of the world and then listening to this podcast to extend and enhance the experience. thanks so much to everyone involved with survivor, especially jeff—you’re the best!!!
