The Classic Factory 5⭐️
The best part of the NBA isn’t trade season or the playoffs or free agency, it’s the Drop every Friday from the Jones/Starters/No Dunks crew. While my interest in the league can wane depending on the Heat season, No Dunks keeps me engaged and enjoying NBA content year round. Best in the business, even got me listening to 2 hours pods on movies I haven’t watched with the Thumbs Up power couple. Shout out to the photoshop boyz and Clifford the normal size dog. Turn up, love you guys. Awesome

Started listening just before starting med school. Now I’m a doctor in ATL and the classics keep coming. And at the risk of being sappy, when I moved here and didn’t know anyone it felt good to know my earbud bball buddies were nearby. Thanks guys! PS, snapped a pic of Trey Kirby at Jeff Weiss’s book signing to send to a friend and realized podcaster paparazzo might closest I’ll ever be emotionally to his book. 5 stars!

Good Idea
Love the No Dunks pod, but I need to file a formal complaint after a recent episode. You guys talked about being passive-aggressively shamed by someone saying “Good idea.” Well, congratulations — you've officially ruined my Sundays. I’m an awful recreational soccer player, and this past weekend I decided to take a shot from way outside the box. The keeper caught it like it was laundry. Then my teammate, out of nowhere, yells: “GOOD IDEA!” And that was it. My soul left my body. I’m seriously considering retiring from soccer. So… thanks, No Dunks. I can never hear “Good idea” again without spiraling into a shame vortex.

These guys are unironically my good friends.
Over the last eleven years, I have stayed connected with the show and it has been almost a routine to listen to the guys every morning. Love every single one of them. Thanks for the great laughs and analysis. Best in the business!

I listen everyday for the fun vibes and good basketball analysis. Love the show, but can’t Danielle just have a painting hobby without having to monetize it?

The Perfect Companion to a Busy Architecture Student
I discovered this show during The Starters days when I first got into the NBA back in 2016. I am so glad I did, because 9 years later I am a 3rd year college student with so much work to do, per usual, and this podcast has been alongside me throughout. I tune in live every day, and at night time when it’s time to grind I have been relistening/rewatching old Beach Steppin’s, Happy Hours, Poppin Packs, etc. These podcasts make the hard working nights feel less lonely and make the work easier to get through. The only downside is when I’m listening in public, it’s hard to hold in all the laughs! I can get weird looks sometimes as I am silently dying of laughter! Amazing freakin podcast, and you guys are amazing people too, and I hope to see y’all live one day.

Just finished my playoff bracket…
I want to say you guys would be proud of me, but I picked the pistons to beat the Celtics en route to a conference finals appearance! I have never even been to Detroit but I am cheering for them, BIG TIME. Oh and, we haven’t had a seven game finals series since 2016, 9 years! Maybe OKC vs Cavs will be the first time since? Love the show!

Super Sad
Not entertaining. Not informative. No insider news. No analysis. Still counting wedgies as 50-year-old men. Disney adult energy.

❤️❗️
Slowly possibly becoming my favorite NBA related podcast. Used to watch their nba youtube weekend whoopsies videos as a tween and have gotten more and more into them in the past year. Always wondered where “The Starters” went and thankfully found them again. The consistency of daily pods and sense of belonging, the feeling of genuine friendship between the guys, and astute insight with their ball knowledge culminating into a good way to start every morning.

Bring Back No Brakes
Been listening to the no dunks crew podcasts since I met you all at the 2015 NBA all star weekend in NYC. Easily my fav nba related podcast. My one request would be that we bring back the No Brakes podcast. It was a lot of fun learning about F1 together with the crew, as a bunch of the other f1 podcasts can be very technical. Turn up. Love you guys. Awesome.

Toilet man gets paid
This crew is definitely the best daily watch out there! They give great and funny analysis and aren’t afraid to call out when they’re wrong. There’s always something new to catch up with on the daily show. Whether you watch for the Paris travel vlogs, the Whitehouse inside reports, or just for a toilet man with great hair, you won’t be disappointed you tuned in. And just remember, like summer league and Olympics performances, good preseason hair doesn’t matter, you gotta bring it in the regular season.

THE basketball podcast
Almost gave them four stars because of a recurring dream I have in which I run into Skeets, Tas, Trey, JD, and Leigh sitting outside Satriale's deli from the Sopranos. I walk up to say hi and tell them how I've loved their show for years. They respond with some of the meanest, most hurtful things anyone's ever said to me, and I walk away completely defeated. But because this show has been there every step of my journey towards becoming a sicko, I have to give them five stars. I'd recommend this show to anyone, regardless of their level of interest in basketball. It's pure fun, and it's top-tier hoops talk.

OLD and GOOD
While I have been listening to these loquacious lads since their last lingering days in the great white north, it did not dawn on me how much time has actually passed with such consistent basketball insight, analysis, and larfs until my 19 year old son reminded me that the resurgent Detroit Pistons had not won 6 games in a row (now 7) since 2015 when he was 9 years old and we started listening, together, to the BEST basketball podcast to ever grace ipods, cellphones, and daily father and son drives to swim practice EVER! Taco, The REAL Greek Freak, Steve Nash, The Man Who Makes The Magic Happen- You brought a father and son closer together, 5 stars indeed! Jason “DETROIT BASKETBALL “ MI

Rated 2/5 Persian Rugs
Update: these guys have lost a step or two. The homer takes on any west coast team are bad and their home bias of Atlanta and knowledge of only east coast teams shows. Tas cant say anything positive about the Clippers without giving a backhanded compliment in the process. It’s clear they really don’t watch any games in Pacific Time. The emergency pods have been clutch. Covers the depth of the season and off season. Watching on YouTube is even better but that isn’t possible sometimes for me.

I’ve been listening to these guys since 2016 and they never fail to disappoint. Great takes, and just enough randomness to make it interesting. This podcast gets me through my college classes and work! But the hate on the Jazz has to stop🥲🥲 even when they were good they never got talked about. Skeets, Tas, Trey, please give me a reason to stay a Jazz fan.

The Best Show Out There!
An essential for any basketball sicky wicky. Can’t keep up with 15 games in 1 night, then come to No Dunks and get everything you need. From in depth analysis to cutting edge critiques on the dunk score, these guys have been doing it all for so long. I am so appreciative for all the info, laughs, and memories over the many years. Here’s to 19 more!

To the No Dunks Gang
It’s cool to feel like I’ve got something so great all to myself but man, I would love to see No Dunks really blow up. You guys have been so consistent and so good for so long. It pains me how many people are sleeping on No Dunks. I feel there’s probably a lot of people out there from the Starters days that don’t know about you guys rebranding. I was one of them. Keep it up fellas. Our lives are better with your bball coverage. I’m rambling for sure but I just really appreciate you all still being so dedicated. Thank you. - Jeff (from MD)

Consistency is Key
I’ve been watching/listening to you guys since 2016, and I’m not positive I’ve stuck with a program quite like this one. You have been through late high school, college, my first job, my first fan title (Bucks in 21) with me. I’m now married and own a house…but the one thing that hasn’t changed much in my life since 2016 is this group still getting daily play. No Dunks is the best, thank you for nearly a decade of hilarious and informative shows. Can’t wait to see how you guys continue to improve.

Trey Kirby the Take Lord
There’s a trillion reasons no dunks is an easy five star, the reason I chose is Trey Kirby has the best takes around (except for early Cade Cunningham)! I’ve eagerly waited for someone brave enough to say arrival should be talked about how interstellar is. TK being the man to finally do it was incredible for me and not surprising at all!

From casual to sicko!
While all my friends have stopped watching the NBA due to the common grievances, this podcast has kept me hyped season after season. I loved The Starters on NBA TV and was so sad when that ended. I had no idea they also had a podcast until way later. I found No Dunks right after Leigh Ellis left (also sad). These guys help me love the game more than I would on my own. Aside from their great analysis, Skeets, TK, Tas, and super producer JD seem like guys I would be friends with in real life. This is, in Leigh Ellis’s voice, “A very solid pod!” 👍🏼👍🏼

More Classic than Winterland ‘73
This pod helped me re-fall-in-love with the NBA. I was an NBA sicko in the mid-2000s as a kid but fell off in my college and early adulthood years in the 2010s. Then in 2022 my formerly sports-averse wife (she’s a sicko now too) got hired as a graphic designer with the Memphis Grizzlies and I was BACK. My media intake and the larger landscape shifted greatly in the years since I was last tapped-in—no more sitting and watching hours of ESPN coverage on my parents dish cable package—and I didn’t know the best way to engage with the league and its place in pop culture. That is, until I found No Dunks. This podcast is the liberal arts basketball podcast—3 funny, smart, and media-savvy buds breaking down, celebrating, and critiquing the league all with an appreciation of the NBA as piece of pop culture. Looking for advanced stats and Sloan or Fast and Furious references? Then No Dunks is for you. It’s been the perfect show for my wife and I as we share and discover a love of basketball together. We both learn and share a lot of larfs every ep.

Listening with lifelong regrets in my heart
I saw Trey Kerby outside of the United Center after the 2020 All Star Game and I was so star struck that I didn’t yell “AYO” but simply said “hey, The Starters!” and hi-fived him. It is the second biggest basketball related regret of my life right under the time I forgot to add protein to Dwight Howard’s “Jamaican Jammer” smoothie in the summer of 2008, consequently leading to me cursing myself throughout the 2009 NBA finals as my beloved Magic fell to the Lakers because just a little more muscle on those ginormous shoulders (and/or one lay-up by Courtney Lee) could have made the difference. Anyways, I love the pod.

Lovingly disappointed
Best podcast out there, NBA or otherwise. Slightly disappointed in the skibbidi Ohio rizz references. I teach middle school and am on Thanksgiving break so hearing those words gave me involuntary body shivers. Let me forget about that nonsense for a few days before I’m back to work!
