Amazing
Have been listening for about 1 1/2 years. It’s the first thing I look to listen to in the morning before hitting the gym. Your programs have gotten me a tremendous amount of gains. Have recently started the 15 performance program and I get a bit more sore than I would have expected. Currently in phase two. For my lifestyle atm the program is much more suited for me right now. Phenomenal show
The guys are so funny and informative. Since I started listening to the show I have made a lot of improvements on my own fitness journey, started my personal trainer certification, and just been inspired while I went from 300 to 194, I fully believe I couldn’t have done it without the relatable and engaging content. Sal always has all the science that I crave and all the guys make me laugh!

Mind Pump, pumps up the mind!
Mind Pumps pumps up the knowledge that you want about health and exercise. Love to listen to them while lifting and running. I have learned so much in a few weeks from them then I did with me diving into the info myself. They give it to you in an easy to understand bits for the people who have very little back ground in exercise science. FYI this is coming from someone who has a strong back ground in exercise science, kinesiology, and human movement.

I was roped in with the free fitness advice but this show is much more than that. They consider the whole person and incorporate family, parenthood, stress, sleep, etc. Having purchased many of their programs has changed my way of working out after 20+ years in the gym!

I wrote a review awhile back and I had said if I won a shirt, I would give up CrossFit and do their workouts… well, I never did win one, so I did it anyway! Not disappointed. I had honestly been feeling pretty beat up, I had been doing CrossFit for a year and hit a plateau. Was feeling weak, drained and just down right exhausted. I also wasn’t getting sleep, so that didn’t help. But either way, switching to their program made a huge difference. I started with maps anabolic, but I just switched to maps 15. Due to lack of sleep and having a pretty physically demanding job. And I LOVE maps 15. I am in an out in 20 minutes, feel amazing and have way more energy! Also, Sal, if it wasn’t for you, I wouldn’t have begun my fight against pornography. I have struggled with it for years, I have tried many times to quit but always fail.. you have inspired me to be a better man, father and husband. So thank you. Thank you all! Love you guys and all the crew!

Hey Guys, Just fyi, as a previous customer of Fatty15, I can tell you that their customer service is non-existent! Also, there aren’t third party independent studies on their product last time I checked. But they’re great at marketing.

My Favorite Podcast
I do a lot of driving and listen to all kinds of podcasts. Always existed when a new Mind Pump comes out. I only been listening for the past year and a half or so, but these shows are not only educational and enjoyable but it also little by little changed my life style to a more healthy and stronger life at 55 years old. Thank you for the show.

This show is helping me get stronger and healthier than I have ever been. The guys bring up different topics along with expertise in lifting and I really enjoy the knowledge they bring to the table. I've been listening to these guys for years and they continue provide awesome informational content which often contrasts with fitness advice from most other social media influencers. They even provide a total or holistic guide to overall health, including spiritual and emotional wellbeing.
