Best Podcast of All Time
This is hands down, my favorite podcast ever! And in my humble opinion, the best podcast ever! I’ve been listening to every episode since 2019. Sal, Justin, and Adam have truly changed my life in a positive way. They are very genuine, authentic, and truly care about the fitness industry and spreading accurate information to better people’s lives. They are also very entertaining and funny 😁

LIFE CHANGING
These guys have changed my life. My friend suggested I listen to them to gain knowledge on working out. I have ran multiple MAPS programs and they are all amazing. I listen to their podcast all the time, I really enjoy them talking about their life experiences, fitness, and most importantly, how to balance a healthy lifestyle with being a parent.

My Favorite Podcast
I do a lot of driving and listen to all kinds of podcasts. Always existed when a new Mind Pump comes out. I only been listening for the past year and a half or so, but these shows are not only educational and enjoyable but it also little by little changed my life style to a more healthy and stronger life at 55 years old. Thank you for the show.

My dietician recommended MindPump and it has changed my life. I follow everything they say partly because I trust them but partly because it just passes the common sense test, unlock many others in the fitness space.

Awesome fitness podcast
This show is helping me get stronger and healthier than I have ever been. The guys bring up different topics along with expertise in lifting and I really enjoy the knowledge they bring to the table. The real life conversations aside from exercise (ie family life, nutrition , supplements, current events, personal struggles) make the show really stand out. I love it and it helps keep me focused.

Learn something new every episode
I’ve been listening to this show off and on for years but only over the last 3 months have I been listening every day.
I have to say, these guy know what they’re talking about! I’ve implemented some of their common tips for people into my regular routine and the difference is astounding.

Favorite podcast
I've been listening to these guys for years and they continue provide awesome informational content which often contrasts with fitness advice from most other social media influencers. They even provide a total or holistic guide to overall health, including spiritual and emotional wellbeing. I used to the "Quah" aka responses to listener questions, but now listen mostly for their personal updates and cultural hot takes.

I’ve been lifting for years, but I never really trained—not until I found Mind Pump. These guys bridge the gap between evidence-based programming and real-world application in a way no one else does.
Dealing with a rare wrist condition (Kienböck’s disease) and post-surgery recovery, I thought my lifting days were numbered. But the Mind Pump philosophy—especially from Sal’s full-body routines and focus on longevity—helped me adapt my training, fix imbalances, and stay strong without breaking down.
I’ve done MAPS Anabolic, Split, and Performance (and even mashed them into my own program and every time I come back to the basics they preach: mobility, recovery, and intelligent intensity. No fluff, no gimmicks.
They’re not just about hypertrophy or fat loss—they’re about building a body that can do stuff. And the way they explain training, nutrition, and even mindset is like having 3 older brothers who actually know what they’re talking about.
I’m stronger at 30 than I was at 20, even with less volume, more intention, and no machines—just free weights, barbells, and smart programming.

These guys are the best! They are the only show I’ve truly trusted when it comes to fitness advice.
They have absolutely helped me when it comes to fat loss, I’ve lost 30lbs and counting just by taking in their advice and it has been absolutely amazing journey.

38 years old. Former college athlete and current high school strength coach. Been around this stuff for a while. Mind pump is a great podcast with a group of guys who share such an awesome approach and perspective to training and fitness. The programs have been some of the best I’ve ever tried as well.

The BEST fitness advice
I started listening to Mind Pump in September 2024 as recommended by my coach. These guys have completely changed my perspective on health and fitness. I work out less and have seen better gains in the last 10 months than I have of all my years weight training combined! I love their humor and sarcasm as well as general life advice. But their fitness and health advice tops anything else available on the market! I binge their content as often as I can. Thank you for changing my life!

Fantastic “realistic” fitness!
Been listening for a long time and love what these guys have done for my fitness and health! They give fitness advice that really can be adopted - none of this “No days off!!” and “We all have the same 24 hours why can’t you do it all!” attitude that permeates the fitness space. They give advice that can be incorporated into real life, while balancing jobs, kids, etc. Love what they do!

As a 59 yr old woman I didn’t expect these guys to have anything to help me.
But after doing “fitness” all wrong for a year I had caused more harm than health.
What they recommend really works!
My sleep improved, my strength improved, lost 2 inches off my waist, and feel so much better!

Valuable knowledge
I have learned so much from listening to mind pump. It’s very quickly become my daily go to listening. Not only have I gained TONS of valuable free knowledge, but I also get a good laugh without fail. I listened to this episode while completing MAPS 15 and walking afterwards. The entire episode was great but the advice given to Caller No. 3 was phenomenal! At a time where social media would have you believe otherwise, chasing weight loss as a punishment will not work forever. I loved the support and advice the guys gave the caller and I think it is information that nearly everyone could use!!
