Game changer for my fitness
I have been listening to Mind Pump for about a year and honestly it’s one of the few fitness podcasts that actually keeps it real. No hype—just solid advice that makes sense.
They actually inspired me to get my hormones checked, which led me to start TRT, and I’ve already noticed a big difference in the gym and just with daily energy . Definitely worth a listen if you want straightforward, legit fitness info.

Episode 2820, what an episode! I’ve been trying my hardest to get my mom and sister who are a bit older to get on creatine and than this episode comes out, so good! I always catch myself sharing episodes to those whom I love and I think would benefit because I ALWAYS do! Mindpump continue disrupting the fitness space, it’s much appreciated!!

Honestly can’t say enough good things about the Mind Pump crew. Whether a deep dive into resistance training or talking about current events, I am hooked from the word go. What sets them apart is they’re always 100% on point. Sal, Adam and Justin break down complex health and fitness topics that make sense to all. Engaging, hilarious and a feeling of just hanging out with the guys is how you feel after every episode. I never miss an episode and I’m always ready for the next show to consume.

Quality has changed
They tell stories that are made up. Only care about $. Been listening for a long time, own many MAPS programs. Podcast has changed. A lot of commercials, religion, and pats on the back for themselves as fathers. Unsubscribed.

Life changing podcast!
I’ve been listening to these guys for five years. The have great workout advice and are entertaining to listen to . Their MAPS programs are the best. They taken me from a novice to an experienced lifter. 55 and going strong!

Stumbled on Mind Pump while looking for a podcast to keep me motivated while working out! Never expected the mass amount of information and knowledge I would gain! I’ve worked out my entire life but never with the intensity and focus that I do now. If I ever am not in the “healthy” mindset, all I have to do is listen to an older one and I’m immediately back on track!!

A great podcast that’s an easy listen. Personally, I find it’s a great listen while you’re on a walk or just needing to be in the right state of mind to make good healthy decisions. Plus, it’s just entertaining on top of it all.

These guys are awesome. They bring extensive experience and knowledge to the fitness and wellness space and talk about it in such a way, the Average Joe can understand. My hormones and wellness was wrecked due to overtraining and it wasn’t even a thought until I stumbled upon their podcast. I have been listening for a year and feel like a new person!

I’ve been listening to the podcast for about a year. Before so, I had lifted casually but inconsistently, and in recent years I had gotten quite out of shape. As I approached 40 it was time for a change.
The way they discuss fitness and nutrition has helped me to reframe my own understanding, and I’ve worked through a few of their programs. I’m stronger than I’ve been since college, more energy for my kids, have dropped weight and inches. Feeling really good. Thanks guys!

Feels so dirty
I tried many times to listen to mind pump. I thought the content was helpful, but I couldn’t get over that gross feeling after listening to a bunch of dudes talk about their conservative values and their misogyny. It just doesn’t work in today’s world. They’re out of touch and I always felt like I needed to take a shower after listening.

The Best Fitness Podcast
Sal, Adam, and Justin provide great fitness advice. There different experiences in the fitness space (athletic, aesthetics, bodybuilding and evidence based exercise science) really make for a well rounded perspective. I have been using their MAPS programs for the past year and have made significant progress in my fitness journey. They do a great job of mixing fitness with current events, family life and the occasional conspiracy theory. I should also mention the fourth, and probably fittest member of the group, Doug, who provides color commentary from behind the glass. They couldn’t do the show without him. Keep up the good work guys!
