Iv been listening regularly for 2 years now and Connor Newcomb is a great host and brings phenomenal insights on the Orioles every episode. 10/10 great listen if you like the O’s.

I was born in Baltimore and grew up an O’s fan, but took some time off after moving away. Over the past decade, I’ve gotten back in, in part as a way to reconnect with my hometown now that life has me planted out west. Connor has been key to rebuilding my connection to the team. He’s smart, supremely informed, levelheaded but outraged when appropriate (and oh boy has it been appropriate in the 2025 season!). I’ve learned a ton listening to him dissect trades and advanced stats. And, now that I’m back in to the sport pretty deeply and have sampled a variety of podcasts on the subject, I can say that Connor really is an MVP in the field.

Connor and Luke do a great job with the news and analysis of the Orioles. I have a long commute and I make this show a daily listen. I specially enjoy the metrics analysis. Keep doing a great job guys!

I listen to tons of podcasts for all my sports teams. Connor Newcomb is by far the best host. Very knowledgeable, prepared, entertaining. Love to listen even though the Orioles are disappointing. Keep it up Connor!

Connor does a great job covering all the content and breaking down the info that seems most relevant. Mostly objective and presents fair analysis and honest opinions. I’d like to see the Orioles offer him the opportunity to have players come in the show for short interviews from time to time.

Thanks, Connor! It’s hard to watch the O’s play right now, but I never miss one of your podcasts. Your analysis helps me to understand … and to cope. It was clear to many of us before, but it should be clear to all now, that the problems the Os are having are not going to be fixed by replacing Brandon Hyde. I think the problems grew out of the last offseason’s failure to procure ace starting pitching.

The Orioles aren’t fun to watch this year but Connor’s recaps and analysis are still fun to listen to.

Connor (and now Luke as well!) does a fantastic job! He perfectly mixes a lot of baseball knowledge with advanced stats and in depth discussion of the team with fun anecdotal review of the team as a whole. I’m a life long O’s fan now living down in Atlanta. I grew up in Rochester, NY going to cheer for the Red Wings at Silver stadium. I watched Ben McDonald, Mike Mussina, Billy and Brian Roberts play 2B, Craig Worthington at 3rd and many many others. Thanks for giving this transport a hometown feel and helping me follow the O’s!!!

Despite the cringeworthy branding, theme and interstitials by the parent company, Connor is a gem of a podcast voice and journalist with tons of baseball expertise.

Informed about the team but Connor is incredibly rude, condescending, and arrogant. Believes he is the only person who should have an Orioles podcast and tries to sabotage and dismiss other aspiring bloggers and podcasters any chance he gets.

I would give it 6 if I could because this is by far the best orioles podcast out. The host Connor is very knowledgeable and very in tune with the Orioles. Unfortunately, he seems to be apart of the woke mob propaganda machine. He’s a typical leprechaun libtard which is unfortunate. Great podcast I’d recommend to every Orioles fan or baseball fan in general but just don’t make sure he’s broadcasting in his safe space.

Everyone is welcome. Political opinions and indoctrination are not. The host mischaracterizes and what otherwise is a good baseball podcast is marred by his / her / they / its political opinion.

This Yankees team believes they can intimidate the Orioles by hitting them with baseballs. Boone is a bum. He is the cringe manager, the type of guy who is always wrong when he’s trying to call something. Idiot.

I'm going to give you the 5 things you need to know about how well done this podcast is, but first....

I’m an Orioles fan living in California, and Connor really knows the Baltimore Orioles well. Highly recommended for oriole fans! Congratulations on your 1000 podcast.

Connor can do a decent game review, but he also comes off as arrogant and a know it all. Don’t EVER disagree with him on X or he will get all pissy with you. I’d probably like the show more if it had a different host. I’ll stick to more fun and lighthearted banter like the guys on the Exit 52 Podcast provide.

Let people pick their own rating. It’s a decent podcast- 3 or 4 stars in my opinion, and I am deducting a star for him constantly asking me to give it five stars.

Excellent podcast. Connor delivers a great product and his knowledge of the team is second to none.

It’s been a long time since I have played or interacted with baseball but this podcast has made it easy to find that love for the sport again! This podcast is the answer to people who find it hard to keep up with the long baseball season!

Connor does an awesome job covering the O’s every day of the week. He has a “five things you need to know” format that is entertaining and efficient. He gets into the numbers but also explains what the stats mean which is very helpful if you’re newer to baseball but want to understand what the deeper analytics show. Give him a shot, you’ll listen every day!

Connor does a great job. He knows what kind of topics I want to hear about. He would never waste my time by making the podcast about him. There is no stupid banter about his personal life or his children’s little league team or other such stuff that fills other podcasts. I like that he has firm opinions, but presents things much like a scientist, very factual and informative. Love to start my day with his podcast. Connor, know that you add a very nice start to my day, thanks, keep up the good work.

I love getting updates about the O’s but everytime I try to jump back in, I’m reminded about how insufferable the host is. Always inserting his own beliefs into the show and acting like whoever has a different opinion is an idiot. Go start a political podcast and let someone else come in to handle the baseball.
