Great moderator. Smart enough to ask thoughful questions but really lets the guests speak and get it out.

This podcast used to be a really valuable source of info and advice for Product Managers, but over the past year it’s degraded to just be shilling AI products and inviting the snake oil salespeople to sell their products. Lenny’s lost the plot with all the AI hype—go back to fundamentals, talk about AI only when it’s relevant, and stop inviting unrelatable corporate execs to build their brands.

Cutting edge and actionable content

Gets caught up in obvious hype too much. Wish he’d ask more probing questions.

Not a fan that Lenny allowed an idf terrorist on the show. Shows that he clearly lacks humanity with the ongoing genocide in Palestine.

This is such a wonderful podcast. I’ve learnt so much and still learning even more. I highly recommend it.

Lenny’s Podcast revolutionized my approach to work. It’s not just theory; it’s a practical playbook. It’s not often you can say that each episode will help you grow. But this genuinely will. I’ve applied countless insights to practice. The end result is that I’ve accelerated my career. Each episode offers new insights. If you’re in product, startups, or leadership, this podcast is a competitive advantage.

I always enjoyed lenny’s content. But one of the episode on tiktok, the guest Ray Cao has been in a hot mess right with multiple sexual harassment charges and the case is very well known. This episode was shared on several posts which kind of damaged Lenny’ brand. You will never know what guests you are inviting truly but maybe could do some periodic review to remove some negative ones.

Absolutely fantastic content for those of us in the product space.

I’ve been in tech for decades, the consistent quality of these episodes has made it my favorite podcast of the last few years, please keep it going!

Absolutely love Lenny’s podcast. I don’t have much time, so it is the only one I listen to.

Lenny ships the best product, growth, and startup podcast and newsletter out there. I love that he pulls in guests that aren’t necessarily just CEO’s who are pretty disconnected from the tactical day to day details but brings in a lot of the key operators that actually have actionable tips to share. I do wish there were some podcast or audio versions of some of his best newsletter posts (ex: growth and PMF series).

This is surely one of the best product podcast there is. You can also pick up lots of other gems. It’s a great all round podcast. Lenny and his guests are very knowledgeable and willing to share their great experiences. Lenny asks great questions and represents the viewpoint of the inquisitive listener well.

This is hands down the best podcast for product managers out there, especially for those of us working as solo PMs. It is clear from the quality of every episode that he really did his homework on the guest and isn’t just reading a list of questions, and that he is devoted to his craft. If you’re new to the podcast I recommend you start with his conversation with Mihika Kapoor, where he gathered stories from her colleagues on what it’s like to work with her, followed by Carole Robin, who will teach you how to be an all-around better communicator in both business and personal relationships.
