This podcast is the real deal. Josephine shares her knowledge and experience in a way that’s motivating g and encouraging, yet honest about the work that’s required to evolve spiritually. No quick fixes here, and no external entity providing “the answer.” Instead, she gives primacy to our inner knowing and inner resources to guide us forward and help us heal and grow. As esoteric as “Akashic records” may sound, this is really a method for getting in touch with and trusting your own soul. It’s one of the best podcasts out there, always at the top of my gueue. I needed to listen to this soooo badly! It has helped me in my current situation and how I have the power to change it. I have been so stressed and low because of my current relationship and living situation. Perhaps it’s the reverent vibration that I feel when listening to Josephine, but I feel like I am listening to a good friend who is supporting me on my journey. I treasure the absence of ads which gives the podcast the low key feel of being with a counselor face to face. I have listened or tried to listen to many other podcasts of this genre and I find many to be loud and “about the narrator “ as opposed to the narrative.
