Having been a long-time super-fan of I’ve Had It (and recommended it to all my friends), I was super-excited about IHIP News, and was at first an avid listener. But as time goes on, there seems to be more hysterical name-calling then there is actual news, which has really been really disappointing. Hoping the girls can tone it down a little, so they can keep new fans.

You must be careful when listening to these ladies. They generalize, name call and entertain those that want to create vitriol energy. Don't get wrong, we need some of this energy to get Americans to fight for their rights. However, if you listen to this too often you stop being able to have open talks with the maga followers to show them the truth because you will be alienating them if you repeat any of the language these ladies use. Without the fear and anger these ladies are not saying anything that is valuable to the fight. If you can't tell us the truth about what's going on without the vitriol then you haven't mastered the art of persuasion needed to get the truth out there. This show may be perfect for some and not for others.

Get up to date news both honestly and with quite a bit of colorful language. I never thought gals from OK used all the bawdy language like we do here in NJ. I didn’t even think they knew what the words meant. (well…I sure was wrong. ) Truly a great podcast with some great guests. I learn a lot from these ladies..including a few new “words”. I listen to all of them and I have also read their book which I would recommend to all of their fans.

I love both of your podcast so much! But, I’m in a quandary about buying your book because shouldn’t we all be boycotting the big mega contributing businesses such as Walmart target and Amazon? It doesn’t seem like we should be going there to buy your book.I just think that this should be addressed because it just seems like a contradiction. Still, after the flash food in Texas, I think, she was referring to Cloud seeding, a weather modification technique used to enhance precipitation by introducing tiny particles into specific clouds. These particles act as condensation nuclei, encouraging the formation of larger water droplets or ice crystals, which then fall as rain or snow. The goal is to increase precipitation, mitigate hail, or disperse fog. Rainmaker had seeded clouds in the area southeast of the flash flood. They use weather-proofed drones, send them into clouds, and disperse chemicals that can create rain or snow. I had just listened to a podcast with Augustus Doricko, and he explained what his company does and where, usually in the Southwest states like Colorado and Texas, I think, and states on the West Coast too, like California. So her tweet didn't seem that crazy to me. I believe Florida has banned cloud seeding in their state, so she was probably calling for a ban too, but I don't recall Doricko talking about seeding clouds in Georgia.

Ladies, I live in OKC and can say your IHIP updates help keep me sane in this time of uncertainty. I’m glad to call you my neighbor because I avoid my other neighbors purposely so I don’t tell them to eff off. My wife is afraid if I do, our kids will become a target and she is probably right. One thing I did want to mention though is that on your recent show about Zohran and AIPAC you said that the US funds social programs in Israel like the ones they refuse to do at home. That is not correct. The funds the US supplies to Israel is 99% used for military hardware, missile defense and other like programs. It’s funny that Israel turns around and spends that money with US defense contractors though. So we are, in a sense, subsidizing those US firms! Anyway, perhaps the fact that Israel doesn’t have to fund these things on their own it frees up funds for their social programs, but the US funds are not allocated for these specific programs. I realize it is a minor difference but telling 100% truths is what sets you apart from the magats. Love you all and hope our paths cross at some protest some day. I would love to trade hugs!

Stop comparing the war in Gaza to the torture of Holocaust victims just because you see images of hungry Palestinian children. You also said Jews are less safe around the world because of Israel’s provocations but seemed to forget that Hamas started the war. I genuinely believe that some people hold racist or ignorant views without seeing themselves as “bad people.” Due to a mix of lack of self-awareness, implicit bias, and sometimes outright denial, they don’t recognize that their actions or beliefs are wrong. While they may fear judgment, that fear doesn’t necessarily mean they understand or accept that what they’re doing or saying is harmful. For example, many in the LGBTQ+ community stay in the closet out of fear of judgment from family, friends, or society—but that doesn’t make being LGBTQ+ wrong. Likewise, simply stating facts doesn’t excuse harmful behavior. Something can be true and still be wrong or immoral. Take people who sincerely believe (such as some Christians) that they are doing the right thing by trying to “save” others. Acknowledging their sincere belief isn’t the same as condoning or excusing the behavior itself.

I am so appreciative for the multiple times a day that I get to unleash my righteous fury alongside Jenn and Pumps, it’s a balm for my hurt and angry soul. I also wanted to weigh in on the debate on whether racists actually believe they are bad people or not. I think Angie has good insight into these types of people. I think they censor themselves around people who would call them out or beat them up for spouting racist epithets because they fear the consequences to themselves rather than because they think it’s wrong. There was a woman recently interviewed by Piers Morgan who demonstrated this entitlement perfectly. She was very explicit that she believed she has the right to say the “n” word and did not care if that made her racist. I believe this represents the majority, that they deep down believe they have the right to say whatever they want and only keep it at bay to stave off any consequences (being publicly “cancelled,” losing their job, losing their friends, losing their housing, etc.) They don’t agree with others that it’s fundamentally and morally wrong because other people are the wrong ones for being too precious or too “woke.” They want to return to a time when they had the “freedom” to say whatever they feel like without consequences and would do so in a heartbeat if they could snap their fingers and make it socially acceptable again. There is a very fine line between censoring because you know it’s wrong and censoring because you don’t want to deal with consequences that you know could be frustrating at best and fatal at worst. They are self-preserving at their core but do not believe they are wrong for what they believe and have been indoctrinated to believe their entire lives. It’s that very cult programming that would allow them to pass a polygraph.

I agree with Pumps! I think white evangelical magas know racism is socially unacceptable, but not that it’s morally wrong. If given truth serum, they’d proudly call themselves good people even when confronted with their bigotry. They see the bigotry as a part of their goodness, not in conflict with it. They believe it’s the natural order of god. They censor in public out of self preservation (e.g. not getting beat up or so people will patronize their businesses), not moral guilt.
