Like the stuff in the cans, this podcast expands my horizons! It keeps me loving, or reminds me why I love, HVAC. White Shirt - Manifesto is spot on!

Lots of valuable information for the new and experienced hvacr techs/mechanics. The white shirt podcast is a good listen and something new techs should be aware of that they don't tech in trade schools. My first job was residential while going to school and I hated it. The employer cared about upsells and getting a salesman in the door. I was good at resolving/fixing the customers problem but was not good at selling. I was threatened with termination weekly for not meeting sales objectives. Anyhow, I moved to commercial refrigeration where mechanical and technical skills are wanted and awarded. Love what I do now. People interested in this trade should definitely be made aware of how many residential hvac companies do business so they know what they are getting into. If you like fixing and solving problems then residential is not a path you'll enjoy. At best it's a stepping stone into the commercial side. Sorry for the rant but no one talks about this. Appreciate you diving into it a bit.

My career goals within my company require me to acquire more technical knowledge and your podcasts are so helpful and enjoyable to listen too. This is the extra reinforcement that I need while trying to learn.

As a newer tech to the field this podcast has helped me. As I work I listen to to this and have actually passed on to management to tell other tech just to listen. This is great keep it up!

I am really grateful for the positive and humorous approach Brian and his guests take to expanding on the HVAC field. I’ve got them playing in my ear a lot of the time while I’m thinking through service calls. Excellent information about doing things right and avoiding inevitable headaches.

I’m not in HVAC was just looking to learn a little more about electrical and this podcast has been amazing for that. He’s a great teacher even without the visuals.

Ok that’s an inside joke! I am a one man show in oregon who loves knowledge. This podcast is fun, engaging and best of all it has provided me more real-time knowledge. and Make me truly think. Learning things i never new. Relearning things i’ve became complacent in. the tips, the people this podcast i feel has linked together in the industry is huge. seriously amazing work. Never give up, don’t settle for less than the best for you, the work you do or the value you hold in yourself. this podcast won’t disappoint weather you are coming up in the trade or even a seasoned pro or somewhere in between.

Ok, I’m one of those maker/diy types that like to learn about basically everything, and this is THE podcast to learn about all things HVAC. I’ve leaned so much, even with 80% going right over my head. Getting acquainted with some of the terminology and fundamentals is interesting and likely helpful when I build my new house and have equipment that will eventually break down. Brian is world class.

I stumbled on your pod cast and now can’t get enough of it! Thank you for passing on your knowledge to us new guy. I only have 15-16 month in the trade and am loving it! Thank you and keep them coming!

He danced around the chemical name but he was talking about Teflon…. They have to go back to ww2 blood draws to not find that chemical in the blood of people. There’s a documentary about teflon on how DuPont was dumping it into the river system and the birth defects, cancers in the workers.

I still remember the day I found out about this podcast, it was 2017. I had recently started working for the company that opened the doors for me to this awesome trade. I can say I learned a ton from Bryan and his guests, from Erick Kaiser, Eric Mele, Trevor Mathew’s, Ty Branaman, Genry García etc. It’s hard to mention them all. If you are just starting your journey to this trade this is the best source to get educated. Thank you Bryan and thanks to all the guests that take the time to participate.

It’s not bad. There is some really good stuff contained within these talks. The problem is that it’s becoming harder and harder to find the gems within the ‘cast as a whole with so many fluff episodes. I would recommend this to someone who’s running an HVAC business, but for the boots on the ground tech? Not really.

I’ve been doing eating eating heat ventilation and air-conditioning for 18 years plus recently a electrical company came in and did a pressure test for the duck work and the pressures are way off now they didn’t tape up none of the registers the supply they didn’t seal up the return was like a piece of cardboard in the hole cutting it with the flex running through it they weren’t 15 feet off the measurements were wrong the other the readings were off the charts so I will leave that all they did it incorrectly and there’s anyway I can join podcast and get down on it with you let me in I got some questions fellas

Hey Bryan; I like your show because you are always gathering the greatest hands on deck people there is on the HVAC industry. Ross, let me tell you very good job on this software. I constantly used Right@suite manual j and autocad all day everyday. I work for a company they do plenty of production houses new construction and HVAC remodeling. I am always looking for a way to speed up the production process for my department and think you got what I need. This podcast is one of the best HVAC podcasts I’ve listened to! They put tons of practical and theoretical information. I’ve been in this field for 15years and I’m still surprised by how little I know when I listen to this podcast!

Just getting into HVAC a couple of friends who are plumbers recommended this podcast and youtube channel. I am super interested now having listened to a few to get into this field.

This podcast is great! I’ve been in the field for 11 years and once I found this I listen while I’m working. Like he says In the podcast you will learn something we forgot or never learned along the way. Great guests and information delivered in a way that anyone can understand. I would recommend this to everyone.

Always an enjoyable and educational podcast from the very basics to the advanced. My only complaint would be there’s not enough dad jokes...

If you want a deep understanding of your job, this is the right podcast. Almost every episode has perfect sound quality so it’s great to listen to between calls. The amount of knowledge I have gained and been able to pass on to the technicians I work with is unbelievable. Thank you for this podcast and thank you for making the trade a better place.

Been listening since I started trade school but through the HVAC/R app, decided to check the podcast app and I’m not disappointed, beyond that though I just spent 6 hours of window time listening to Brian and his guests and there’s things I’ve been dying to ask older techs about that he covers quite in depth.

I am new to podcasting. The Hvac/r podcast is a great way to stay on the cutting edge of the hvac business. I enjoy the mix of technical and business podcasts. Everything is pertinent information that you can put into practice the next time you are on the job. It has definitely helped me improve my skill set as a technician.
