In January of 2023, years of stalking a Portland man turned into a horrific act of murder. Detectives in Oregon were called to the parking garage of an office building after a man was found dead inside his vehicle. At first glance, the scene looked almost like a medical tragedy, but surveillance footage told a darker story, with cameras capturing a masked man coating the security cameras with spray paint hours before the murder took place. The case quickly shifted from a mysterious workplace death to a calculated homicide, which was the result of years of stalking... This is the murder of Kenny Fandrich.
