Holly and Bridget are charming, charismatic and confident as ever! I loved watching them on GND as a high school girl in the mid 2000s and so fun to listen to their reactions and stories from their time at the Playboy Mansion. Although they spend time reminiscing on their experiences from years ago, they do it with evolved mindsets and humility that all women with life experience can relate to! Love these ladies 💕

I loved the GND back in the day and have been re-watching on PlutoTV. I love hearing the back stories and their explanations of what was really going on. They both loved Playboy and everything with the brand. I also love hearing about their lives now and the fun tangents they go off on. They are funny!

I just watched Playboy Murders episode where they tell about the girl who wrote the tell all book. The way they describe it was the ultimate betrayal but then they do the exact same thing with their own books and this podcast. Maybe Kendra was right all along.

I LOVED this podcast when it first started. Over time, it seems they are providing less and less content for free and is becoming a money grab for their Patreon. They used to really deep dive into these episodes but the regular podcast episodes are becoming more surface level and the deeper info is all on their slumber party. They even used to post cute throwback photos on the IG page but now it seems all of those are on the Patreon. And there’s so many commercials/ads on their podcast now. Between the ads and them talking about random topics at the beginning that have nothing to do with the episode (ex-them complaining about random hate they get online), it feels like the actual podcast is only like 30 mins. In the beginning, it was really interesting to hear their insights into living at the mansion and pulling the curtain back for us common folk to get a peek. Now most of the episodes come off more negative or complaining about everything. I really want to stick with this podcast bc I really wanted to hear them talk about the last seasons of the show/when they all decided to move out but if it keeps going in this direction, I don’t think I can do it.

I love love love the full breakdown, 2 pod episodes, for each GND series episode. Thank you ladies for taking the time to set the scene, and all the behind the scene info. I’m rewatching, and a few GND episodes ahead, so I so appreciate the scene refresher. You ladies are the best!

Was a fan of the ladies since the early 2000’s but I just can’t anymore. They want us to give them our valuable time and money while they actively support people and companies who are destroying our lives and planet. They also believe and spread misinformation. Enough is enough, I’m disgusted and understand now I never really knew them, they are not the women I thought they were. If you believe in science and human rights, this is not the podcast for you. If you are down the right-wing pipeline, you are home!!

I loved the first few epis but I don’t know if I’ll continue: 1. The editing and ad volume makes it really hard to listen. The ads come on at volume 80000 out of nowhere. It’s legit a safety issue while driving, it’s extremely distracting. Btw I couldn’t even tell you the name of one advertiser, so making it louder doesn’t work 2. At least 30 min each episode is spent complaining about how Kendra got a much better edit than H+B. We get it. It’s annoying to hear it every 5 seconds when a) none of us notice or care (many of us GND fans love all 3 women) and b) you’ve already pointed it out a billion times. It almost reinforces some of the stereotypes they showed on GND. I might listen to some epis but skip the recaps. Ladies, all 3 of you are great, there’s no need to defend yourselves when we already think you’re great.

I was a huge fan in the beginning, but unfortunately this show isn’t fun to listen to anymore. Holly seems really irritated all the time and at times jaded. There are so many ads that pop up super loudly and the editing of it all just doesn’t flow.

I love you girls so much!! I’m a huge Disney and paranormal fan, so I feel like I’m both of your two personalities! Holly, hope to run into you at Disney World one day. Bridget, I would most definitely be interested in ghost hunting with you one day and starting up an all female ghost hunters show. All for it! 💖

I enjoyed the GND show back in the day and now enjoy the podcast. It was a nice escape from the political rhetoric. That is no longer the case , Bridget was able to separate the two but she has made her political stance known on their Patreon that she supports the domestic terrorist. It was better when B was not pandering to the looney left.

On episode 26 from this season three, Bridget can be heard on one of her vapid out of touch rambles, whining about how she loves her Tesla but that people are committing “hate crimes” against them. She goes further to say how she is able to separate the car from the owner of Tesla. For one, the hate crime comment is a slap in the face to all marginalized PEOPLE who that term can apply to, not cars. Secondly with the amount of harm Tesla’s owner has done to scores of federal workers losing their jobs, the way he professes disgust for trans people including his own child, could care less for veterans, and is only being held back from harming millions who depend on social programs by brave judges; sorry Ladies, there’s no separation you can justify from an abject monster. Holly went right along with it, too. Seems they’re showing their true colors at this point and I will no longer support them. There’s much better podcasts out there. I suggest everyone tune in elsewhere. These hosts don’t care about your well being in the least.

Love listening to your podcast I remember watching the show back in 2005 when I was a freshman. Don’t listen to these cray baby democrats whining about Tesla and musk being a fascist, they’re secretly a fascist themselves keep up the good work.

You “can separate” Tesla from Musk? It’s not about whether the cars are good, you guys, it’s about not financially supporting fascists. And because I have to explain this to you, I’m out.

The only reason Bridget can separate Teslas from politics and Musk is because it doesn’t affect her. What a luxury. Tone deaf to what the rest of us are going through right now but so glad you get the latest technology inside you vehicle. Time for a Roman salute next I’m sure. Yuck.

Holly and Bridget have always been such an icon and they are FINALLY spilling all the tea but also updating us where they are now. I still love following them. Sometimes it feels like we are on FaceTime with them. Definitely a fun girl podcast. Thank you Holly and Bridget for starting this!! Also all the haters are clearly jealous or delusional. If you don’t like the podcast then don’t listen to it. No one is forcing you too. There will always be different sides. Just move on with your life. I rarely subscribed to Patreons it’s usually not worth the money to me, but the girls next level patreon has sooo much content and I love the slumber party episodes just as much as the main podcast. I love this podcast! I watched Girls Next Door when it aired back in the day on E and remember thinking there’s so much more to these women and what actually happened behind the scenes than what was being portrayed. It is fascinating hearing the reality of what occurred. Thanks for sharing your stories! BTW- I have a beautiful 9 year old kitty named Tuesday :) Bridget - I know you said you want to name a pet Tuesday. So far - she is the only cat that I’ve ever heard of named Tuesday.

I went from loving Holly and Bridget and having the best memories of the show to hating it all. Holly is such an entitled, self-centered “victim”and has brainwashed Bridget to be the same. They recap each episode by complaining about the most minuscule, unimportant things people did or said or how something was edited. They question why production pushed for drama and storylines while they are both reaping the benefits of the show’s success. The show was about Playboy life, the mansion, and being Hef’s girlfriend, not an autobiography of Holly and Bridget’s lives. Editing the show in a way that made it entertaining does not mean the audience was being “groomed” They didn’t show you going to bootcamp because no one cares about that. They focused on creating drama because that’s what people want to see. No one is tuning in to watch you go to school and do arts and crafts. The entire podcast can be summarized as “why didn’t they make it more about ME” while bashing Hef and Kendra. Kendra was 12 years younger than Bridget yet they talk about her like an equal. It’s unfair. And they talk about Hef like he’s a monster. Holding a man born in the 1920’s to 2025 standards - it’s unrealistic and ridiculous. Even the smallest sarcastic joke like Hef doing a little hop when B said her sister is naked is blown out of proportion so badly. Did you want him to run out of the room and cover his eyes?! If Hef was such a creep why did you feel so comfortable having your sister live there for free? He’s a creep when feeding into Holly’s delulu rhetoric but not a creep when you’re all freeloading in his mansion? The negativity and completely delusional attitudes toward the show, sharing opinions as if they are fact, make this unbearable to listen to. Such a shame, I was such a fan of them before this train wreck.

I got sucked into Holly and Bridget’s world after they appeared on the CHD podcast a couple years back! They have a story to tell, but that is just the backdrop for their content. As hosts, their personalities are so complimentary, their friendship is fun to watch, and I find their content very relatable and comforting. They deal with a lot of hate coming at them, and truly they are and always have been two beautiful, strong women. The haters who come on here specifically to rate low need to just click off, it’s not that deep. They are real people, not robot puppet performers. Stop making them self-conscious of their content and general existence. Their podcast career will continue beyond the last episodes of GNL, if they so choose, and I’m here for it.

I truly was a fan of the TV show. Holly was a favorite then. I was looking forward to the podcast but have felt a decline in the content steadily since it’s premiere. I’m time and research it has been revealed Holly is a true mean girl and this podcast is a exhibition of the fact. It’s strange because I couldn’t stand Kendra at all but now find her all the more appealing after all the reveals of Holly and Bridget’s decades long obsession with her. It’s like the Streisand Effect. You ladies need therapy. Holly is the worst. Bridget follows.

As a millennial who was a teen at the time, I was obsessed with Girls Next Door and Playboy and the whole vibe of that time. Later in life, I read Holly’s book and loved her in a whole new way. Now, I am obsessed with this pod and binging it hardcore and feeling so thankful to be able to get a nuanced view which allows for nostalgia/joy and also a closer and more authentic view of what was actually going on bts. I appreciate how candid and open Holly and Bridget and how they don’t shy away from asking guests to do the same (in a non-pushy way). TLDR: 5 stars!

I am an ‘88 baby. I loved the girls next door, I actually had sneak and watch of my struck parents would kill me. But I wanted to be both of you , the glamor the humbleness. Everything I thought a the perfect women would be . I still were playboy Brandon cutesy shirts/ clothes . And literally today a lady walks up to me and how gross it was that was representing a man that was so cruel to women. And made me think, I have never associated playboy with Hefner I have always thought of the two of you. So weird I thought that it made her think of Hefner. Came all the way here just to share. Thank you for everything you both do you are a symbol of a generation of women who wanted to be hot glamor, sweet and caring. I’m headed over to the girls next level merch site :)

I was a fan of both before the podcast. After listening, this has made Holly insufferable to me and dragged Bridgett along with her. The show has become a Kendra bashing session and all they do is speculate and it’s all negative. Awful! Just awful!

I watched The Girls Next Door when it was on, I bought the DVDs, all the issues of playboy when they posed, I was a huge fan. I was so excited for this podcast, however it feels like Holly’s one mission is to make Kendra look like the bad guy. She has to point out all the bad Kendra moments & how she was made to feel less than to her, etc. it’s every single episode! Let it go, it would make the podcast so much better & you wouldn’t have to split the half hour episode reviews into 3 one hour podcasts.

Girls, I’ve always loved Girl’s Next Door, but have never been into re-watches. I just discovered the podcast a few months ago, but you guys are my go-to for a laugh and an easy listen. I’m just now starting the podcast from the beginning and loving it even more now that I understand the back stories! <3

This podcast is not good or insightful anymore. It has turned into complaint sessions and Kendra bullying. Now that I’ve learned about Holly’s political leanings, I simply cannot support this podcast anymore. She’s not a person I would want to listen to or associate with because it’s clear she doesn’t understand or support women’s issues.

Absolutely love the podcast and the show. Holly. I love you and I mean this with all due respect. but I feel like you bring up your spectrum diagnosis so much for everything it’s almost insulting to Bridget who made the same decisions at the mansion as you. I love the podcast just feel it’s become more of a play by play on the episodes vs extras of what we don’t see. Either way I’m still going to listen!

I loved watching Girls Next Door when it was on E!. And also Hollys world! And I always thought Bridget was so cute when I’d see her hosting gigs. I started watching reruns when they put it on free tv and I’m still obsessed. I never was into Kendra or followed her after the show even tho she was entertaining, I always thought Holly and Bridget were the most authentic of the girlfriends. So glad they maintained a life long friendship out of their unique bond through Hef and Playboy. I wish them so much continued success and keep spilling the tea!! My millennial regression is fiendish for this content 💕

I, of course, loved Girls Next Door back in the day but it was sort of off my radar until my 25 year old daughter told me about this podcast this summer. I started listening in July and just yesterday caught up to the current episode! I neglected Bill Maher (haha), This American Life, Radiolab, and the rest of my regular podcast rotation for the last 3 months and fully immersed myself in this. I cannot begin to tell you how much I have loved this show. Why do I love it is so much? I could say it’s the inside stories, and they have been tremendously satisfying. I could say it’s the nostalgia—the world of Juicy Couture, Ed Hardy, and Pete Rose signing autographs in Vegas— those little details have been amazing! (I’ve been berating myself for getting rid of my turquoise Primp rabbit tank top ha!) But I think what keeps me enthralled is the banter — the shared memories— like the way it feels like when my friends and I get together—when you can’t finish a story because of the tangents! I love the tangents so much. The evolution of this show is also notable. I think Bridget and Holly are evolving in front of our eyes. I think as they are revisiting, dissecting and interacting with guests they are seeing things even they haven’t seen. Keep it up ladies! Love you guys so much!
