I’ve never had confidence when it comes to money management and budgeting. I did OK until I got married and then handed over the responsibility to my husband. This podcast has made me realize the importance of financial literacy and has made me confident in my ability to understand a realistic budgeting strategy that works for my life. So grateful for the Budget Besties! 💕

I think you have a lot of good advice and help with mindset. But, anytime you have “get ahead” it’s always based on multiply paychecks per month. I’m a teacher and I get 10 paychecks, once per month for 10 months. How I do I get a paycheck ahead? Thanks.

Before finding this podcast, I was an occasional podcast listener… this one I binge listen to! As soon as a new episode is available I listen because I always find something new to learn or help validate my progress with budgeting! I bought the budget system in March and actually have found it surprisingly fun to use and got 2 of my friends to become Budget Besties too with me!

This podcast offers relatable, sensible information and insights for real life. The podcast intro spoke to me immediately with - do you make good money but have nothing to show for it ??!

I stumbled across this podcast on my finance journey. I personally love their energy and how info is presented. It helps keep me motivated and provides tips to help me along. I haven’t bought their program, but have implemented many of their methods. It’s exactly what I needed.

Hands down the best Podcast about finances. Vanessa & Shana have real life solutions for your financial health! They are funny, smart, relatable! The budget worksheet keeps you on track with your finances over the month but also allows you to dream and pay off debt! We’ve been able to pay off $65k since we started less than a year ago! Before I found them I had no idea where our money was going! Now, we have a plan, a purpose, goals and a great community to cheer us on! I highly recommend it!

I absolutely love The Budget Besties! These ladies helped me understand budgeting in a way that finally works for my family. I’ve tried other systems before, but I could never get behind the whole “envelope” thing—I don’t like carrying cash and prefer using my debit card. Their approach makes sense for real life, and for the first time, I actually know where my money is going each month. I have been listening to this podcast for over a year. I think the hosts Vanessa and Shana are really kind and supportive of families and their circumstances but overtime I realized that this podcast is not for me, and possibly people in my circumstance. Their advise falls heavily on people who are making money but aren’t spending it in ways that will put them ahead. Unfortunately, I am a single parent, and yes, I have listened to stories on the podcast about single parents doing well but that is not my case. I do not have a job that pays me well, I also have other factors that limit my time. Unfortunately, this is not really for people who are lower class, yes some tips can still apply to you but overall they have a specific audience they are targeting. I say, give this show a try, I learned great tips but overall it isn’t the right fit.

Found this show and was so excited but after a few episodes felt like it was such empty fluff! I want the DETAILS!! To say “high earner” means nothing! Kansas high earner or California high earner? “A lot of debt”. So subjective!! Wish there were some real hard numbers to back the chatter.

This has been such an amazing podcast for me! I discovered it by accident on a morning walk last summer and it has changed my life. I mention it to everyone who might be interested, especially my sons, nieces and nephews who might enjoy Shana and Vanessa's straight forward and easy BUDGET SYSTEM that has truly brought joy into my life around money. The BUDGET SYSTEM is easy because they lead you through it, holding your hand, and have many ways that you can reach out for help.

And when our business had a significant downturn at the end of the year, it was the money that we had set aside in our own savings that kept us from falling apart. I tried to get into this podcast and they offer some good info but I just couldn’t get past their voices. I found myself double checking the speed I had selected (“surely it’s at 1.5x right?”) but no. It was at normal speed, they just talk so fast that it slurs their words together and are hard to understand.

Wow! Love this judgment free zone. I’m a big Dave Ramsey fan but I’m also a sensitive soul. Vanessa and Shana strike the perfect balance between no-nonsense and real life.

The good I was really enjoying this podcast, hearing all the success stories on each episode was giving me lots of hope for my finances. The bad Then I went to see about a coaching call and was blown away at how much 2 one on one calls a month would cost me… over 4k. I truly feel like at that cost this podcast is sucking money, if you truly cared about seeing people succeed at getting their finances under control you wouldn’t want to over charge. I am leaving this review with a loving heart in hoping that you will be mindful to your cost and how many more people you could truly help if you wasn’t trying to over fill your own pockets. With that said I wish you all the luck in the world and I pray while God continues to send people to your business that he will lay it on your heart to lower your prices to much more affordable and fair price so you can continue to do God’s work inhelping people.

I really love the information they discuss and they have helped me so much get control over my finances. Always loved Dave Ramsey but this is much more practical to implement and gives the steps to accomplish it without a class. They are so much fun to listen to and they seem to really compliment each other.
