Simply enjoyable
I fill my feed with a little bit too much news. This podcast is a great antidote, whether I am familiar with a guest or not. I enjoy the brotherly banter at the beginning and throughout, the fun and lively guest interviews, the listener episodes, and Josh’s songs at the end.

We all choo-choo-choose trains
My favorite bit of the show is when every single person says their favorite form of transportation is trains.
I kind of wish any government official or cashed-out jabroni would listen and realize that America would be rad with trains. (How is Amtrak slow, expensive and not as good as most EU or Asian trains?)

I didn’t know who she was and it turned out to be one of the better interviews. A really fun listen.

One of My Faves
This pod has quickly become one of my weekly go-to’s, and I get a frisson of glee when each new episode drops. The combination of brotherly chitchat and the long form conversations with each guest make this a true delight.

Nat Faxon!
Just finished the Nat Faxon episode- what a delight. I’m sitting in an airport with his end song in my head.

Need more
Only wish this was more than once a week. I find Seth and Josh to be so genuine and love their relationship and close family. What a pleasant change from the news! Please consider adding more, I have listened to every episode now and some a few times over. Maybe do family trips one day and another topic another day each week!
Lynn’s life
Minnesota
I hope Josh wants to retract his rude snobby uneducated comments about Minnesota now. We’re waiting. Minnesotans are putting their lives at risk to hold the line of democracy against fascism. Donate to some organizations doing important in Minnesota today. ILCM and ACLU of MN and many others are good options. Thanks.

Don’t let your kids listen!
Funny show but don’t be fooled by the sweet family stories and think it’s something you can listen to with your kids. Drugs (cocaine, mushrooms, weed, alcohol, “other”) are normalized, glorified and advertised. Apparently Seth’s wife doesn’t let her children use screens or have sugar or plastics but does allow them to have a good laugh about grandma (and many others) using drugs in Amsterdam. Hmmm. Also who wants to explain “blue balls” to their child? Explicit rating for a reason. On a different note I agree with Josh on trying to keep it about family trips.

So much to love - added comment
I could go on all day about this but will try to sum up. I am so grateful for this podcast to get me through my Seth withdrawal during the strike. Seth, you are so smart, funny, clever, unique, etc. And Poshy - the songs at the end (especially the TSA/Boston song and Neutron Dance) are inspired and hilarious!!!! I just love those songs! Keep it up, please, gentlemen. Ok I just finished the Jenny Slate episode. I laughed until I cried while driving to work. Great stress relief. When listening to the Key West story, I was feeling hopeful about Josh’s song at the end. It did NOT disappoint. Perfection, Josh! I just love you both! Ok I just finished the Johnny and Elna episode. So entertaining. Great callbacks, Seth! Josh - the song at the end. You are quite a wordsmith!! Just heard “Burning Down the Ranch”. Omg. So clever.
The songs at the end of the holiday special and the last episode of 2024 are off-the-charts clever! Must add: Josh, the song for Phoebe was sooooo funny. You both are so good with people. 💜

Last year’s Christmas episode
2025 Christmas listener episode was such a disappointment compared to last year’s with Ike Barinholtz and Timothy Olyphant. What happened this year?

Now, THAT’S what I call Pittsburgh!
Just here to say that if the Pittsburgh municipal department for tourism doesn’t reach out to offer Axel a sponsorship contract, it would be the missed opportunity of the year for them. Also, if you’re not stocking up on Enrico biscotti while you’re there, what are you even doing?

Crudup episode.
Way too much about his career and work. Very boring

Want to hear 2 wealthy men talk about their near constant family vacations to Europe, or the Bahamas, or wherever? I know from Late Night that Seth is well aware of the disastrous state of the country, and how is lowly middle class people are penny pinching more then ever as our rights are eroded…so why do you feel the need to record and broadcast every 1%er luxury you and your brother indulges in? Listened to a few episodes before I just felt gross and angry.

Jon Chu
I just listened to your podcast with Jonathan Chu, and was surprised when her referred to his childhood tap teacher as an “old lady at the piano”… Especially considering that she was probably younger than the age he is now!
For 3 generations Mrs. San Juan touched thousands of lives with her extraordinary talents as a teacher of dance. The fact that she utilized her skill at the piano was an added bonus, because she could follow her dancers at any speed, encouraging, ever patient and perpetually smiling. She was a treasure to so many people, but to none more so than to me, her daughter. She was my hero.
I’m proud to say her legacy lives on - the studio still thrives and countless children & adults continue to benefit from the warm, safe and artistic “home” she created in the early 1960’s. I know she is smiling down from Heaven, still playing her piano and proud of having been a small part of Jonathan’s life… “Old lady” or otherwise.

Ke Huy Quan
An inspiring, touching, and funny episode. PS UNHCR is the refugee agency of the United Nations and current slashing of foreign aid budgets is making it harder if not impossible to help families like Ke Huy Quan.

Stay for the song!
Love this show. So fun to get these family stories from people and think back to your own childhood vacations and time with family. This show is funny and warm and the song at the end is hysterical.

Jay Duplass Episode
The Jay Duplass episode was PURE GOLD!! More of that please!!

Ke Huy Quan
Outstanding! I love your podcast so much. It never fails to make me laugh. What an interesting and incredibly inspiring Ke was on the show. To go through so much trauma in your childhood and to come out as such a positive person is amazing. Josh I think you are so brilliant with your songs and this one had to be so meaningful to Ke and his family. Thank you both for putting so much light and laughter into our world.

Mary Elizabeth Ellis
I had never heard of this actress, but I’m very familiar with Laurel, Mississippi because of the HGTV series, Hometown hosted by Ben and Erin Napier, a series I’ve watched for years. It was nice to get to know someone who also grew up there. Love the podcast! Look forward to the new episodes every week.

Love the dynamic between Seth and Josh. Always a fun listen!

Too much brother talk
The first 10-15 min the bros talk. Enough already! Get to the guests sooner!

Jason Schwartzman
Please have Jason back! Musicians (male) who share his birthday (re: the last anecdote on the episode) — Gilberto Gil, Mick Jones, and Chris Isaak. But also non-musicians Sean Hayes, Aubrey Plaza, and Nick Offerman.

Pure Joy!
Seth and Josh, you are one of the brightest lights in this dark world!!! You and your families bring us so much joy! Thank you!!!

Love this podcast
My parents weren’t good with money and didn’t have a lot of it.
It’s good to hear of others’ trips.
Married now, and only places to vacation were the both of parents, either lakeshore of Michigan or South Dakota because it was a place to stay. I am grateful. It’s great to hear Lake Huron waves as drifting off to sleep. South Dakota’s countryside smelled wonderful in the summer.

Bob Odenkirk
Poor choice of guests. I love this show and for the first time I was totally disappointed. Odenkirk talked about himself and his career more than anything-certainly not family trips. Too self centered. I’m sure Larry would agree with me.

Your Father Has Point
1) not enough guests bring family trips
2) Or get side tracked
3) Or guests not selected with having family trip in mind
4) Some seem unaware of the Family Trip focus of podcast. Either don’t care, have not been told (I know it’s in the Name), or they’ll agree to anything to be a part of your precast ?
Suggestion For Team: Choose guests with likelihood of having gone on family trips OR would come with something related (Ben Stiller, one of the Wilson brothers, Kate Hudson, Conan O’Brien, Justin Theroux, Colin Jost, Michael Che, Marcello Hernandez, etc - I don’t know - obviously this is too wordy and Naive. I really look forward the podcast each week, Thank You. But your Dad Has A Point.

Josh’s songs at the end are the best!!!!
Josh, you are genius for all song parodies that you’ve written and performed at the end of every single episode! Other podcasts fall flat for me without this way of ending episodes! Hands-down my favorite podcast for that reason and so much more!! I have listened since the beginning and enjoy every episode thoroughly whether I am familiar with the guest or not. I often drive around smiling and/or laughing out loud (sometimes even to the point of tears). It feels like Josh and Seth and their family are my friends now with such a level of familiarity after listening. The format of this podcast is just so smart with this focus on such a generally universal topic of family trips. All the stories shared are so relatable. And I love the theme song by Jeff Tweedy and how Seth intros to it have evolved over the 100+ episodes.

Which One?
I go back and forth, almost daily, on which Meyers brother is the handsomest.
Love the podcast.
The Other Jackie
Love it!!!
This is one of my favorite podcasts, I have always loved listening to podcasts but cold never find one I loved. The first episode I listened to was the one with Andy Samberg I was obsessed with the episode, two of my most favorite comedians in one podcast?!? So I listened to all of the episodes and now I can not stop listening to the.💕💕💅

Trip comparisons
Great to reflect on and compare our families 1977, 6 month trip to Europe (mostly by car) with some of the adventures of the Meyer’s brother’s guests. Family travel can be hilarious.

Anxiety busting
The best trips are an escape from routine. If you can’t take one yourself it’s still fun to hear other people talk about it. Not all guests had wealthy upbringings in fact most of them have very relatable childhood memories. Like all shows some guests come better prepared than others. But the Meyer’s brothers are professionals and make the art of chat feel effortless with a wide variety of personalities. As others have said, these are not PR prepped interviews. It feels genuine and what’s most refreshing to me: hyper normal. This along with Poehlers Good Hang are my most recommended anti-news anxiety busters. Thanks for making it.

Brothers Rule
I love the show! I’ve been listening since the beginning and it’s always worthwhile. Love the banter between the brothers, enjoy most of the guests, and I’m really digging Josh’s ending songs. The Nick Kroll/Wild Side parody was brilliant!

Love this podcast but I have one small note lol.
I love listening to this podcast and I usually listen when I am working out at the gym. I look forward to it every week. One small note though… I am 71 years old and sometimes I am not familiar with your guests. It would be so helpful if you would give a short sentence as to why I might know them, such as movies or TV shows they are in or the characters they played, if they are a chef, a rocket scientist, meteorologist, whatever it is, just a small blurb at the beginning of the podcast. Thank you!

So positive, funny, enjoyable
I love listening to this podcast and hearing all about nice family and travel experiences. Seth and Josh are also so quick witted and enjoy the banter. The personalized songs at the end of each episode are a special touch. All around so positive and fun.

No thanks
I like Seth Meyers but this show is more Caucasian than I can handle. Side note, their anti religion ads are just strange. Not sure what they are getting paid to do those but they feel out of place and off-putting

They get fresh and funstories
The best thing about this podcast is they get fresh stories from their guests. A lot of entertainment interviews get canned responses. But here the stories feel fresh and fun.
Good example for anyone doing a podcast on how to offer something you dont get anywhere else

Thanks for the info your rich!
So amazingly tired of you guys playing off your life as being so normal. Most people don't have nearly the moolah and incredibly wealthy friends you have. Just comes off as douchey...obviously your rich, but please just have an episode where you don't talk about your lavish vacations and how difficult it is for you guys taking vacations with your family when the majority of us will never even have the opportunity to go to a ski resort (then you complain about the trip the whole time???)

Took a dip but came back
This pod started out great and was a 5 star for quite awhile. For a stretch they stopped introducing Jeff Tweedy and it really felt like a 4 star pod at best. Thankfully the Tweedy introduction came back and it feels top tier again! The only thing that could make this pod better would be if Josh would interrupt more trip stories to talk about his days at madtv.
Mateo Bendejo
love you guys
8 minutes of ads per episode is unacceptable. seriously

Great Road Trip Pod
I listen every week. I love the introduction conversations to the song at the end. Recently on a road trip through New Zealand I introduced my 2 traveling companions to the pod. We laughed our way down the South Island. One suggestion could you post what shows (etc) the guest has been in? I’m old I haven’t heard of many of them.

Josh’s songs are amazing
I love the pod, love the Meyers fam, but I cannot wait to hear Josh’s epic songs at the end of every episode. Truly the highlight for me 🙌🏻 Thanks for the laughs!

Laugh Until You Cry Good
I love this pod so much! It is hilarious. They are both great at getting the guest to feel comfortable sharing. The Meyers family is really special. The parents brought up two fine men.
