As a long time fallout fan and was overjoyed to find that someone makes a forecast for it! R0b0ts does an amazing job of keeping the lore interesting and fun. I find myself agreeing and debating things while I listen at work. I found the podcast about 2 weeks ago and have listened up to episode 223 so far and plan to get through the rest. Keep fighting the good fight!

R0B0TS with zeroes is living my dream of talking about Fallout and the fantastic lore surrounding that fascinating franchise, and doing a better job of it than anyone else I’ve ever heard. I’m still working my way through the episodes but I can vouch for the first 250 and they are excellent; well worth a listen if you’re into the games or even just curious about the series after watching the show. I’ve been a certified Fallout nerd since the second game and this is the first podcast I’ve found in the decades since that scratches that itch.

I started listening to this podcast about a month ago and it has been something I put on every night to go to sleep. Thank you for giving us the best fallout podcast ever.

Started from the beginning, I love the lore, but mother of god there is no reason for there to be 8-10 minutes of the host just talking after the lore is over.

I am only writing this review in response to the the episode where the patreons take over and discuss episode 3 of the fallout show. The patreons need to to button up their professionalism! I believe the gentleman who hosted needed to giggle/ laugh after EVERY time he talked. This became incredibly annoying trying to listen to the episode but feel like I was transported back to middle school. This review is only for that episode, Tom is amazing, but ultimately needs to hold his patrons to a higher standard if they take over the show again

As someone who has been a fringe fan of Fallout for a number of years I finally decided to take on the daunting task of learning the lore. It’s oftentimes hard, between work and gaming for myself, to dedicate long stretches of time to watch convoluted YouTube videos. Thank Atom for Tom and his bite sized, easy to digest and easy to retain Lorecast. I already feel more informed just ten episodes in and from the time of this review there’s well over 300 episodes. I look forward to work now thanks to this show because it gives me something to enjoy while grinding thru these 10 hour days. Thank you, Tom, for making it comprehensive, fun and enjoyable. I hope it’s not too late to say, keep up the great work.

I’ve always loved Fallout and have been a huge fan of the games and all that has came after. Last year I lost my grandpa, grandmother, my dog, and our family dog all within six months. It’s been a hard time and this podcast along with replaying Fallout Four. Mixed with my students I teach being amazing has helped me through a dark time in my only 25 years of life experience. The mental aspect of “War never changes” should be considered when one goes through a major life change. These can drive people to do and believe things with bad intentions.

Finally swapped to iPhone so I can review this amazing show. I’ve been into Fallout since I first played New Vegas but I never delved into the lore. There is so much to learn about these games and it’s fascinating. Thanks Tom for starting this amazing project.

I’m one of those perfectionists. I collect everything, I 100% the games, and I thought I knew everything. Well… you proved me wrong lol. I live the podcast and binged it in a month. I’m finally caught up. Loved listening to your predictions on things that came out already for me and some were close and some would have been better than what actually happened. I do have a suggestion for a new segment, rare items and why they’re rare. I did say I’m a collector but I never could find why certain things are so rare. Like clothing, or plans that have a .002% drop rate. Is there lore behind it or just a dev choice to give us those white whales? But thank you for sticking in there and giving us so much. I know how hard it had to be in the beginning. We appreciate you.

I drive all day for work going all through North Carolina and I’m constantly trying to find podcasts to get into. This show has had me stuck for the last 2 weeks. Informative,nostalgic and more than anything entertaining.

I stumbled upon this podcast while looking for another, and got hooked right away. I was currently playing resident evil because of Resident Evil Lorecast, but jumped on Fallout 3 now. I love the story behind the 1st and 2nd, but don’t like the gameplay. This podcast gives details others miss and keeps it short and sweet. On episode 30 right now, but I’ll catch up soon. This is one of only a handful of podcasts I’ve ever listened to and it is certainly the best. Tom O’R0b0ts is passionate and very knowledgeable about all things “Fallout”. I was hooked from episode 1 when I started listening a few months ago and now I’m all caught up (the beauty of 1.25x speed). This is the only podcast you didn’t know you needed in your life, I was searching for a different video game podcast when the word “Fallout” caught my eye. Up to that point I had played Fallout 3 and some of New Vegas and I have since bought an XBOX one and fallout 4 and between this podcast and Fallout 4 my interest in the series has been fully renewed.

R0b0ts or Tom does a great job of exploring the fallout universe. I podcast at work and appreciate him helping make the hours fly by. He’s inquisitive and has a gentle nudge pushing you to explore the philosophical aspects of the series and setting. Tom has a genuine concern for the community and that comes off in the monthly patreon chats. He also has some great father daughter interactions when Lanie copilots. My friends and I started playing a TTRPG based on some write ups and modifications done by one of them that is set in the Fallout universe. I got my first taste of Fallout with 3. Then my system died and I didn’t really go back to gaming for years. With only a little bit of knowledge from way back when (and watching the tv show), I needed something more. And boy howdy did I find it. This podcast is great. I’m learning so much. Now I want to buy the games and get into them again. Thanks for the great show R[zero]B[zero]TS!!! This is a great fallout lore podcast, I’ve listened to every episode in order up to date in last couple months at work. I love fallout and the lore. Id like make a suggestion on a future episode(s), could u do in depth with all the companions from fallout 4, new vegas, and fallout 3. Maybe the other fallouts as well. The episodes that u already did with a few companions from fallout 4 was great, loved listening to their backstories. Keep up awesome work.

As a route driver who drives and works by myself almost 12 hours a day finding your podcast has been a blessing. I’m currently writing a fallout campaign set in the fallout universe using my home state of North Carolina. I’ve been bingeing your show for 2 weeks now and have made it to episode 72. I look forward to catching up for the next few weeks.

My wife’s favorite game has always been fallout so I started playing 76 a few years ago with her and then the show came out and I found this podcast so my wife wouldn’t have to listen to my sports podcasts and we have so much fun listening on car rides and going places. Tom has an amazing voice and dives deep into the lore of fallout! Also I’ve been trying an unarmed ghoul build in 76 and it is difficult but fun haha!

If you love the world of fallout this is the perfect podcast. I’m late to the party but this podcast adds something new for me. I mainly listen to sports podcasts so this is a nice change of pace.

This podcast has made my workdays so much more enjoyable over the past few months. I have been battling with postpartum depression since having my daughter, and turning this on has allowed me to escape to the nostalgia of Fallout. I joined the discord and Tom made it so personal just by giving a wave. He’s super down to earth and just an overall wholesome dude that has made my love for Fallout grow. I am now at episode 323 and so excited that I have made it this far.

Just started about a year ago and catching up on all the episodes from the beginning I’m about half way and just want Robots And Neospandora that it makes me want to do a pod with my daughter but she don’t think I’m cool enough anyway I love the pod after I get caught up on fallout I’ll start his other pods

Just recently got into the series with Fallout 4 and the TV Show, and I had a TON of questions about the world/lore. So I watched a couple short YouTube videos however the questions still mostly remained. So one day while I was doing some yard work, I decided to look up “Fallout” on Spotify and this was the first podcast that popped up. Immediately it was a podcast that felt super genuine, with somebody who seemed to really care about this series behind it. Somebody who didn’t just give off the vibes of somebody reading off of a script, but instead of an eager person who was just dying to dump a bunch of interesting facts, history, and other neat things onto me. I’m only about 14 episodes in (including the “minisodes”) but already I feel like this is a podcast that I’ll be listening to a ton in the future. Keep up the good work R0b0ts!!

Tom, and/or R0b0ts, is truly an expert in his field. I stumbled upon the Fallout Lorecast very recently, as of October 2024, and listened to each episode from the very beginning. His approach to the lore for the world of Fallout not only allows for seasoned fans of the franchise to leave each episode with knowledge that they may not have known about the Fallout games, but also makes for an easy introduction to new players who want to dive deep into the lore of Fallout. His voice is very welcoming, and easy to listen to. I also greatly appreciate his ability to engage with his audience and really generate discussion on topics covered in each episode (I am one of those people that shouts into their dashboard when names or in-game locations occasionally slip the mind, lol). This podcast, along with the entire R0b0ts Radio Network, has drawn me back into Fallout, and thoroughly convinced me to delve into Fallout 76, after years of declinations to play the game, due to bugs and generally playing a multiplayer based game within the Fallout universe. Thank you Tom for everything you do, and here's to many more years of diving into the gritty depths of Fallout lore!

What can I say that hasn’t been said literally hundreds of times before?! I stumbled upon the lorecast by accident, as I didn’t really listen to podcasts before, on Spotify as a suggested listen. I hit play and was immediately sucked in! Mr. R0b0ts really does an excellent job of researching and presenting the lore as well as posing questions that give different perspectives and ideas about many different topics of the world of fallout. I wasn’t a fan of the format change to being a cohosted show at first but by the time Laney moved on I was sad to hear her go. I could go on and on… Great, Great, Great show! ~ xX-sloth____

Fallout Player Name: Jake-SlabCheese. I’m 62 years old, and never played a video game on a console before. I cut my gaming teeth on classics like Marathon on a Mac back in late 90’s. When Covid hit, I got a PS5 and and bought 2 games… Fallout 4 & Fallout 76. Fallout 4 was great, but really fell in love with the community on Fallout 76. Currently I’m Level 1180. I LOVE the lore aspect of the games, but like ,many players I don’t read all the terminals or dialogues. Listening to Tom go over all the gritty details that I always wondered about is fasinating! I love his delivery, detail and Invitations to think deeper about each scenario. I hope he goes over Fashnaut, may favorite event. I have one question and/or suggestion for an episode… What’s the deal with the poor guy being chased by a chicken??? Keep casting Tom!
