I stumbled upon this podcast while looking for another, and got hooked right away. I was currently playing resident evil because of Resident Evil Lorecast, but jumped on Fallout 3 now. I love the story behind the 1st and 2nd, but don’t like the gameplay. This podcast gives details others miss and keeps it short and sweet. On episode 30 right now, but I’ll catch up soon. This is one of only a handful of podcasts I’ve ever listened to and it is certainly the best. Tom O’R0b0ts is passionate and very knowledgeable about all things “Fallout”. I was hooked from episode 1 when I started listening a few months ago and now I’m all caught up (the beauty of 1.25x speed). This is the only podcast you didn’t know you needed in your life, I was searching for a different video game podcast when the word “Fallout” caught my eye. Up to that point I had played Fallout 3 and some of New Vegas and I have since bought an XBOX one and fallout 4 and between this podcast and Fallout 4 my interest in the series has been fully renewed.

R0b0ts or Tom does a great job of exploring the fallout universe. I podcast at work and appreciate him helping make the hours fly by. He’s inquisitive and has a gentle nudge pushing you to explore the philosophical aspects of the series and setting. Tom has a genuine concern for the community and that comes off in the monthly patreon chats. He also has some great father daughter interactions when Lanie copilots. Thanks for helping me escape the dread and frustration of our current days political climate via guiding us on the R0b0ts fallout tour, Tom. Looking forward to the next 300+ episodes. My friends and I started playing a TTRPG based on some write ups and modifications done by one of them that is set in the Fallout universe. I got my first taste of Fallout with 3. Then my system died and I didn’t really go back to gaming for years. With only a little bit of knowledge from way back when (and watching the tv show), I needed something more. And boy howdy did I find it. This podcast is great. I’m learning so much. Now I want to buy the games and get into them again. Thanks for the great show R[zero]B[zero]TS!!! This is a great fallout lore podcast, I’ve listened to every episode in order up to date in last couple months at work. I love fallout and the lore. Id like make a suggestion on a future episode(s), could u do in depth with all the companions from fallout 4, new vegas, and fallout 3. Maybe the other fallouts as well. The episodes that u already did with a few companions from fallout 4 was great, loved listening to their backstories. Keep up awesome work.

As a route driver who drives and works by myself almost 12 hours a day finding your podcast has been a blessing. I’m currently writing a fallout campaign set in the fallout universe using my home state of North Carolina. I’ve been bingeing your show for 2 weeks now and have made it to episode 72. I look forward to catching up for the next few weeks.

My wife’s favorite game has always been fallout so I started playing 76 a few years ago with her and then the show came out and I found this podcast so my wife wouldn’t have to listen to my sports podcasts and we have so much fun listening on car rides and going places. Tom has an amazing voice and dives deep into the lore of fallout! Also I’ve been trying an unarmed ghoul build in 76 and it is difficult but fun haha!

If you love the world of fallout this is the perfect podcast. I’m late to the party but this podcast adds something new for me. I mainly listen to sports podcasts so this is a nice change of pace.

This podcast has made my workdays so much more enjoyable over the past few months. I have been battling with postpartum depression since having my daughter, and turning this on has allowed me to escape to the nostalgia of Fallout. I joined the discord and Tom made it so personal just by giving a wave. He’s super down to earth and just an overall wholesome dude that has made my love for Fallout grow. I am now at episode 323 and so excited that I have made it this far.

Just started about a year ago and catching up on all the episodes from the beginning I’m about half way and just want Robots And Neospandora that it makes me want to do a pod with my daughter but she don’t think I’m cool enough anyway I love the pod after I get caught up on fallout I’ll start his other pods

Just recently got into the series with Fallout 4 and the TV Show, and I had a TON of questions about the world/lore. So I watched a couple short YouTube videos however the questions still mostly remained. So one day while I was doing some yard work, I decided to look up “Fallout” on Spotify and this was the first podcast that popped up. Immediately it was a podcast that felt super genuine, with somebody who seemed to really care about this series behind it. Somebody who didn’t just give off the vibes of somebody reading off of a script, but instead of an eager person who was just dying to dump a bunch of interesting facts, history, and other neat things onto me. I’m only about 14 episodes in (including the “minisodes”) but already I feel like this is a podcast that I’ll be listening to a ton in the future. Keep up the good work R0b0ts!!

Tom, and/or R0b0ts, is truly an expert in his field. I stumbled upon the Fallout Lorecast very recently, as of October 2024, and listened to each episode from the very beginning. His approach to the lore for the world of Fallout not only allows for seasoned fans of the franchise to leave each episode with knowledge that they may not have known about the Fallout games, but also makes for an easy introduction to new players who want to dive deep into the lore of Fallout. His voice is very welcoming, and easy to listen to. I also greatly appreciate his ability to engage with his audience and really generate discussion on topics covered in each episode (I am one of those people that shouts into their dashboard when names or in-game locations occasionally slip the mind, lol). This podcast, along with the entire R0b0ts Radio Network, has drawn me back into Fallout, and thoroughly convinced me to delve into Fallout 76, after years of declinations to play the game, due to bugs and generally playing a multiplayer based game within the Fallout universe. Thank you Tom for everything you do, and here's to many more years of diving into the gritty depths of Fallout lore!

I hit play and was immediately sucked in! Mr. R0b0ts really does an excellent job of researching and presenting the lore as well as posing questions that give different perspectives and ideas about many different topics of the world of fallout. Fallout Player Name: Jake-SlabCheese. I’m 62 years old, and never played a video game on a console before. I cut my gaming teeth on classics like Marathon on a Mac back in late 90’s. When Covid hit, I got a PS5 and and bought 2 games… Fallout 4 & Fallout 76. Fallout 4 was great, but really fell in love with the community on Fallout 76. Currently I’m Level 1180. I LOVE the lore aspect of the games, but like ,many players I don’t read all the terminals or dialogues. Listening to Tom go over all the gritty details that I always wondered about is fasinating! I love his delivery, detail and Invitations to think deeper about each scenario. I hope he goes over Fashnaut, may favorite event. I have one question and/or suggestion for an episode… What’s the deal with the poor guy being chased by a chicken??? Keep casting Tom!

This show is so good, I recently subscribed to the Patreon. I never do that - But as a property manager for a self-storage company, my job is 8 hours of down time or autonomous working, and Tom (or R0B0TS) helps me fill it with Fallout, a series I adore and am addicted to with over 5000+ hours of play time, primarily in New Vegas, 4, and 76, though I also love 1,2, and 3. I’ve been binging the whole show since late 2024, and am currently in the mid 2020 pandemic era, around the New Plague episode. I will catch up soon, but keep it coming sir. I pretty recently started listening to the Fallout Lorecast, starting way back at the beginning, and Tom does a fantastic job. I can’t recommend the Fallout Lorecast enough for Fallout fans of any level, and frankly, all of the Shows on the Robots Radio Network are phenomenal (Special shout-out to The Witcher Lorecast, which I just started this week.) Tom’s style of podcasting does a wonderful job of explains various topics within Fallout lore, teaching me knew things and reminding me of things I had forgotten about, but Tom takes it up a notch past average lore in a way that keeps my ADHD Buzz-buzz-brain engaged and entertained. Whether Tom is just giving fun commentary, interesting hypothetical questions and scenarios, or finding ways to relate crazy events in Fallout down to their most basic human aspects, Tom never fails to disappoint. 11/10 my friend!

A great podcast! I listen to it every day. If I get annoyed at all I just pop in an air pod and I’m calm. One suggestion I have is that you make a lore episode on fig crawler or an angler.

This host is really into himself. A 30 minute episode has about 10 minutes of ads, the host trying to sell you his other shows for 5 minutes, and him repeating himself REPEATEDLY. All in all there’s probably 5 minutes of actual Fallout lore during the episode. The host doesn’t seem to do his own research and doesn’t even write his own podcast. literally just reads off of Wikipedia then goes on some diatribe trying to sell you his other projects. “You didn’t earn the knowledge for yourself, so you don’t have any respect for it.”- really reads true for this podcast.

Ok I lied this is the best podcast. Power armor is way too easily obtained in 4 and 76 just hop on down to the closest responders base close to the vault meet lane then walk towards the cooker and it is there

This is an amazing podcast, I love to listen to it when playing basketball or doing chores and even studying. I loved the one episode about power armor and how it was made and the history of it, it was also cool how you would imagine the people in the power armor and how they would feel and react to certain things. Started listening about 2 Weeks ago because I was looking for something to listen to other then music while I was at work. I have made it thought about 100 episodes and let me tell you R0b0ts nails it when it comes to the lore describing the vaults and factions. I started late in the fallout series with fallout 3 but have fell in love with it since the moment I started playing it. R0b0ts has helped me learn more in depth about certain areas of the games that have made me go back through Fallout 3, New Vegas, and Fallout 4 and play through with a different light on things and really immerse myself in the story line and side quests with the new found information I have learned. Look forward to episodes to come and really makes my work day not so mundane and makes it go by quicker! Thank your R0b0ts again for the amazing content and will be becoming a patron supporter soon.

I asked Tom on Twitter which one I should start on and he replied very quickly. He told me to go with Fallout 4 and when I get home I plan to start playing

I love this podcast. I’ve made it to episode 85. So far my favorite has been the Deacon episode and the one about Piper. Not just because of the back story but the thought provoking questions. I love how Tom really makes you think about how this game can relate to real time events in our world. I love sharing this podcast to include with the Nuka Gals Fb group and even a random person in line to ride Chariot at Busch Gardens lol (he had a fallout shirt on) Keep producing great episodes. This podcast is great Tom’s voice is one of the better podcast voices I’ve heard, and he tries to cover everything about a topic

So in the fallout universe is Australia just there not destroyed by nukes because they don’t have the resources to manufacture nuclear weapons and they haven’t done anything to anyone else to provoke being nuked
