This podcast gives me the energy needed to trudge ahead in an oligarch’s world. I could listen to takedowns of the Harvard Business School and the idiocy of the elite all day. I would also LOVE a second podcast by these folks on financial literacy for us dummies who can’t wrap their heads around basic investing, retirement funds, etc. Kudos also love the family vibes!

The topics are well researched and could be very interesting if it weren’t for the incredibly annoying hosts. Their commentary makes middle school drama performances look good. If there wasn’t the dramatic nonsense I’d be a devoted listener.

I find most business stories to be boring but Becca and Adam make them fun, engaging and relevant. I learn so much and I’m never bored. I love the dramatic intros and all the voices Becca uses. I started with the current season but I’ve been binging old seasons too. Going to figure out how to vote my proxy!

i followed the tiktok for a long time and always loved when a video would come across my fyp. finally decided to take the plunge and listen to the actual pod and was not disappointed. i’ve always loved scandal/fraud focused books like “Number Go Up,” but never found a show that talks in depth about these kind of topics specifically until now. I’ve gotten so many great book recommendations from this and love the content! also thanks for the solid production at the top every time! keep it comin’…

This is my favorite podcast. Becca and Adam are smart, witty, and have great hosting chemistry, balance, and rhythm. I can finally talk with my CPA wife about corporate fraud because Adam and Becca break it down in such an accessible way. Producer Mike talks wayyyyyyy too much, and it doesn’t seem to add any value or humor. He disrupts the flow and balance of the two dynamic hosts. Otherwise, great great great podcast!

Came for the millennial screeching, but stayed for the Platsky’s preaching. If Bloomberg Businessweek and Bravo had a love child, this podcast would be it! Every episode is so well researched, very informative, funny and full of shocking scandal. If you’ve always wanted to take a peek behind-the-scenes of some of the worlds biggest corporations, the Corporate Gossip podcast is a great way to do just that.

Business journals are so dry, this is such a fun way to learn about the corporations around us and places where we’ve interviewed. One of my favorite podcast recs!

Love this podcast! I listen to the show as soon as the new episodes come out. The hosts do an amazing job at laying out a well research story but also keeping it extremely entertaining to listen to. Plus the seasons keep getting better and better!

Gave this a try after hearing about it on plant money. OMG So good! I binged the first 3 seasons and so happy 4 is out. I recently Moved to California so the PG&E episodes were gold. I appreciate the research to learn about these generally terrible companies (with good mixed in) but still with some humor and great analogies. The whole team is great (dad included). Wish we were all actually friends in real life because it’d be so fun to hang with everyone, haha.

Last summer I binged all the episodes. Now I’m closely waiting for each episode to release. What a great show to dive into corporate shenanigans that are too unbelievable you can’t help but laugh.

Came here on an NPR recommendation but this is a ridiculous podcast - just a lot of Millenial screeching. Listen to Acquired to get thoughtful, in-depth insights on the major corporate events of the day (and yesterday).

This show is funny but also super informative. So kinda perfect.

Each season gets better and better. I really enjoyed this podcast since the first episode of the first season, but each year the stories seem to get wilder and wilder. I highly recommend subscribing to this podcast

… for the next season. I love biz gossip. And this team nails it. All the dirt on the people we love to hate. It’s awesome. With Boeing in the news so much I think back to that episode when I thought “it’s obvious more planes will have issues.” You guys called it. I am wondering if you will bother with my favorite story of corporate greed, Uber. I also called that those A-holes would raise their prices once the cabs went out of biz. But the cab guys were kind of jerks too. Anyway, keep it up and can’t wait for 2024 season 👏.
