I love listening to all the episodes but this might be my favorite episode overall. I couldn’t believe it was over. Please do bring him back for a part 2.

I love this podcast. I have a one hour drive to and from work and listen to it most often in the car. Conan is funny, smart, and so kind. I repeat episodes because I miss things when my attention is on the road. But it’s like repeating your favorite movie- a real pleasure. I can start my day with some laughs and return home in a good mood.

I almost never leave a review but I MUST this time for the Arsenio Hall interview alone. I’ve listened to this podcast for years and have always enjoyed it but today was special. Two legends speaking about their shared experiences of late night television and also the major differences as Hall faced all White executives that wanted to silence him and dial him back. I learned so much about this time period in Arsenio’s life and it left me wanting much more. Pods get Emmy’s now right? This episode is FYC immediately. Hall is Black history that deserves this kind of recognition from his peers.

I submitted a review a while back but I just needed to update after listening to the Ken Burns episode. I come here for the humor and this podcast has gotten me through boring times and down times because of that, but this episode was SO encouraging. I’ve always been confused by Conan saying he’s not worried about the current state of the govt/country because it’s been seen before and we’ll get through it. I haven’t been sold lol. But hearing him and Ken Burns talk about specific moments in history where people really could have/DID say the things we’re saying now (turning point; worst it’s ever been; could be the end of democracy) is just so, so encouraging to me today. I think that’s the second best part of this podcast—1st is the hilarity of just everything you all do and say, I’ve laughed so hard; close 2nd is the perspective we get from you three and also from guests. Thanks for doing this!

This show can be so great, when they don’t have guests it really is a great show because it’s just them talking. But when they have a guest, like Ken Burns, the show can snag because Conan can’t go 5min without making it all about him. Ken Burns is talking about George Washington and Conan derails the conversation by making it about him. This works with some guests but when you have someone interesting on like Ken Burns then let him talk!

This show makes me laugh so hard that I regret ever allowing my ears to digest it. By the end of an episode, my cheeks hurt and I have an eight pack. Only listen to this show if you are accustomed to painful bouts of joy and happiness. Conan O’Brien…. Count your days.

Saw Conan’s travel show he did in Israel, nothing but Zionist propaganda. You would think Sona being Armenian would be more sensitive to genocide cover-up.

I’ve been a Conan fangirl since the 90’s and have followed the pod since it started. It is truly a joy to hear Conan, Sona, Matt, and their crew banter - I would gladly listen to entire episodes of just that! As the show has evolved, I’ve also grown to enjoy the fan interviews even more than the celebrity interviews. I love how Conan uses his humor to positively impact people all over the world. This is my #1 played podcast and probably listen to a few episodes a week. Thank for spreading friendship all around with this wonderful show!

Love the show but since it went to subscribers only and it was put behind the Sirius XM paywall, it had excluded the majority of episodes. Shame on you. Don’t you have enough money? How does this help anyone but corporate interests? Love you Conan, but I’m out.

Every time I start to feel like I should be more mature at 62, I listen to Conan and feel better about my level of maturity (or lack of it). This is one of my favorite podcasts.

This is not a review of Conan’s show. Thank you Denis Leary for describing Stephen Wright so artfully. I would never have rediscovered this favorite from my youth otherwise and I’m enjoying him far more now. I feel entitled to use this platform for messaging other artists since I’m Conan’s biggest fan.

I almost spit my coffee across the room when Conan made a joke about the matador getting a drink in a bar and it just all leaks out his holes! What an instant flashback to watching looney tunes as a child. I actually saw that joke in real time while listening to your podcast .The biggest laugh I’ve had in a long time,and OUT LOUD! Thanks Conan!

I love the show but WHY does Conan constantly derail the interviews with the down to earth normal human being Kevin Nealon by dragging him down those deep dark rabbit holes where up is down and left is right? This is a serious complaint and I am not making a mockery of this, please, let Kevin steer the wheel next time. We do not condone Conan’s buffoonery. This has not been goofy satire; this is real. A day in the writers room for the Oscar’s

Conan and team, I’m a huge fan! Love listening to your podcast and it is one of the things that got me through my chemo so thank you for that. You guys should do a segment where you guys discuss new words that kids use these days.

Conan needs to keep on interviewing his staff like Brian Kiley. That’s when the podcast is at its best. Need more Chris Christie jokes. Mordecai!!!

I love how all the staff reviews are just Conan listing his bits he has for each of his employees.

Just listened to the podcast with Denis Leary! Laughed out loud so many times. Really enjoying the banter and quick wit. Hoping at least one nun was listening!!!!

If light, sly, highbrow, and nuanced is your dessert you must then understand why everyone else would be left at the table hungry without the main course. Conan O’Brien could do comedy at a funeral as long as he had something to make him work. Thanks Sona. Perfect podcasts don’t pay the bills and obviously they need to make a killing in order for this to be free, (for Sona haters presumably.. I subscribe.) Showbiz, ‘Murica. Peace out, Tupac.

Conan is great… I will always be team Coco, but he really just needs to stick to having Sona as his assistant… although she doesn’t sound like she’s a very good assistant… perhaps she would better serve as an acquaintance. On the podcast, she forgets that Conan is the star of the show. She steps on everything he says. She talks over him. She has a sense of humor of a 12-year-old boy and she has no impulse control. She always takes everything way too far and gets way too vulgar and just plain gross. She can never let it go; she just has to keep on and on. Her reactions are over the top and she’s overly sensitive. From beginning to end, she’s just an obnoxious distraction and ruins the show.

This is one of the most delightful podcasts out there and will have you laughing out loud to yourself like crazy BUT no one ever told me Matt Gourley is a zaddy. Everyone knows wha Conan looks like, Sona is just as hot as you think she is but Matt Gourley is a surprise zaddy and good for him.

The new Kevin Nealon episode is great as always. Conan is still at the top of his game.

I do love the show, but , I’m sorry, but the woman in the background, laughing too loud at everything needs her mic turned off. It takes away from the show and Conan.

As the conversations evolve each podcast discovers shining and funny moments. Conan’s podcasts are like good improvisational music. You know who the players will be, but you never know exactly what will happen. I look forward to each one! Additional note: Does Matt realize what a funny reference this is: “Cook, cook, where’s my hasenpfeffer?” I shout this out before dinner on a weekly basis!

Ok love the show and y’all manage to make me burst out laughing at some point each episode. I know your business is famous successful folk but let me tell you about myself. Grew up in Norwood Ma. Spent 3 years as a Journalist in Spain while in the Navy. Had a very successful career behind the scenes in broadcasting and at 50 while living in Atlanta became a film and television actor. Did bits in Homicide Hunter and Netflix’ Red Notice. Now this year. I’ve been fired from my survival job, wife left me and I’m driving an uber. Fired my agent because all I got were auditions for Chinese one-minute soap opera shows that pay less than 200 a day. Success or failure in life? I’m feeling stuck and very down.

Dear readers, this is my first podcast review. It has been years since my first episode of Conan O’Brien Needs A Friend, and I’m sorry for the episodes that I haven’t reviewed previously, of which there have been many. Here are my favorites for a good laugh when you need it, which can be about any time these days. Think of it as a cute kitten video with swearing. Any episode with Paul Rudd is a fun listen. Michelle Obama, Amy Pohler, Jack Black, Bill Hader, Bill Burr among other celebrity guests are good standouts. Conan Needs a Fan episodes are always interesting - a recent fav was the interview with the coffin and urn guy from Washington state. Sona and Matt really do a fantastic job co-hosting and keeping Conan within a loose timeframe and structure while adding their own sorta flavor to the series. I really enjoy the Star Wars and history nerdom hitting up against that SoCal chill mom vibe they’ve got paired with Conan’s humor. Thanks all ya’ll for your levity and humor, and willingness to share ridiculous things to remind us all that we’re all just silly humans sharing one planet who really just want to laugh and have fun. <3
