Alex never asks good questions or follows up on things we really want to know about. And then we have to hear her say like a million times. I was shocked when I heard Alex try to claim the amount of research done on guests and questions. Not able to play with the adults.

This episode was so relatable and hit hard. Thank you for taking the time to talk about the struggles of keeping your relationship with you parents while reversing roles. The escalator metaphor had me sobbing

While I do appreciate this podcast and Alex’s interviewing skills, I do not appreciate her redundant potty mouth. If you want to sound educated don’t cuss all the time!! However I did love her conversations with Alex Warren and Dove Cameron- they were very moving.

I love you Alex but for the love of God please stop saying LIKE every 5th word

As a prosecutor for 3 decades, this interview is spectacular. The grace and understanding shown to DV victims and to women in this episode is incredible. Wish more people could address these issues with the eloquence and compassion as Alex. CHD nailed this. Thank you

The number of times Maas says “like” makes it impossible to listen to this episode.

If you’re going to repeat a podcast from 2024, be transparent about it.

I love love Sarah J Maas and anything she writes so I tried to give this podcast the benefit of the doubt and listen but holy smokes she’s a bad bad bad interviewer. Like omg wait stop Sarah omg everytime she would start to talk I couldn’t take it. In fact this episode almost made me not a fan of Maas I’ve been waiting for the announcement of the new ACOTAR for EVER. This did not get me excited in the least. Bad choice by Maas

I love most of her guests and get excited when she announces them… to then be disappointed and unable to finish the podcast because the lack of depth. Alex never digs deeper she either just agrees, laughs it off, and already has a different question lined up. Such a let down. I wish she’d slow down and actually listen to their responses versus rushing everything.

THANK YOU FOR BRINGING ON SARAH J. MAAS. Her episode was EVERYTHINGGGG!!!!!!! Best way to announce the books/ loved getting to know her and cried along with her as I resonated so much with her personal stories. Please have a part two at some point!

Sorry, the one star is not for the show but the guest. There is no way this woman SJM wrote these books and says “like” every other word. I couldn’t listen for more than 5 min.

Stop the cliche, i think she has smart questions and great convos but i do not fully listen to a single episode due to the long song to introduce a commercial, the constant daddygang gang talk is sooooo not her current audience and or nor foes it match with her guests demographics. She will have a great convos then the commercial nonsense and daddygang constant talk it turns me off each episode and all my friends agree!!! Grow with your show and audience you turned it from a total sex talk show to a cool modern show with great topics! Lets match the brand!!!!otherwise im Out!

Just listened to the episode with Michelle Obama and I feel refreshed. It was cathartic to experience that conversation. I urge everyone to listen.

I wasn’t a big fan during the early days (the random screaming and rants were not for me) but lately I’ve been an avid listener! The only thing I would say is please stop trying to sound seductive on the ads haha! It doesn’t work for you and just comes off as super cringe and not cute - you don’t need to do that! You’re great just speaking normal 😂😂😂

We do NOT need two flashbacks a week. Especially for fans who have been with the show forever. Original content please, this is just lazy.

I know that this is a popular podcast and have therefore listened to a few episodes and I just don’t get why people like it. Michelle Obama is just the most unlikable, out of touch person ever!

The Michelle Obama interview made me want to be a better person to not just everyone but myself. What an incredible woman, Alex did a wonderful job in this interview.

This show can’t even break the top hundred of top episodes anymore & Big Mike Obama didn’t even make any list because no one cares about them anymore or want to hear her say she hates America. No thanks!

Alex is so funny! She always makes me smile with her questions and jokes. She does a great job of saying “If you’re not comfortable answering you don’t have to.” She asks great questions that you never knew you needed an answer to. 10 out of 10.

Alex does an amazing job at actually interviewing her guests, letting them take the reins without running the context. One of the only podcasts I can actually listen to from start to finish.

I just listened to the podcast with John Mayer. I enjoyed the podcast with one big exception. There were too many F bombs dropped by the host for my enjoyment. If this is the typical format, I will not be following the show any longer.

I am several generations beyond yours, but I truly enjoy listening to you. I love how supportive you are of other women, your guests and your interview style. Also just watched your documentary!

I suspect Alex is an incredibly intelligent woman, but her trucker mouth ruins her credibility and makes it too distracting to listen. Clean up your act.

Fun listen overall, though the commercials feel a bit subversive. Especially when Alex goes on about her love of Domino’s, Hidden Valley or Arby’s roast beef—as if she actually eats that toxic stuff. That always amuses me. She’s the picture of health and clearly isn’t eating that GMO junk. Still, she sells it with everything she’s got—and does it well.

Feels like a catch up session with my crazy friends. I love everything Alex stands for and is.

I do not understand the hype. Alex is a horrendous interviewer, missing so many opportunities to actually have meaningful conversations.

You know what “yeah, hell yeah”. The Sunday episode was something I didn’t expect but absolutely loved. This topic was spot on too. I’ve been reviewing my relationships lately and will be going DND for a while in the new year. I’m tired of being the “go-to” person.

An excellent way to make a grilled cheese sandwich is to first obtain sour dough sandwich bread, and then add a combination of Gouda, provolone and pepper jack. Put the stove on medium high and slither with butter. Apply sandwich with caution for 2 minutes then flip and burn for another minute. Remove from skillet and enjoy!!!

You really dug deep and Bethany responded with vulnerability instead of the constant bragging. But now I think the reason she brags so much is because she’s still looking for validation. Really well done!

The things Bethany had to go through with her divorce I am going through the past 3 years and can not agree more that it is literally the worst thing I've ever gone through in my entire life, it is pure torture, these men will manipulate you and take you for everything you got, while beating you down the entire time. Will you marry and have kids with is the most important decision of your life and don't get married just to get married. Make sure that this is gonna be a good person to have children with, and you can actually sincerely trust them, and get a very good prenup

I found the first episode of this show on YouTube via searching Chelsea Handler and am such a fan! I love Alex’s style, women supporting women vibe and confidence. I wish I had this to listen to when I was in my 20s though am grateful I found it now and I can nod along while in my50s 💪🏽 Thank you! Susie Pettit

Alex Cooper is attractive, but I don’t really see any other appeal of this podcast. The constant swearing just feels so disrespectful to her guests and very unclassy. Not a fan. Also, why does she use that weird voice in all her advertisements and intros? Is she trying to sound sexy?

Baffles me

I tried, hoping to figure out why this would be popular podcast. I feel stupider after having listened. Ugh, I want that time back. There are way better female-driven podcasts. Also they need to revise their show description- it’s hardly the most listened to podcast by women.

Love the content lately, so helpful and relatable …great perspective on real-life issues and feelings. Somehow she is relatable to 20’s, 30’s and 40’s?? Also, she’s hilarious.
