Worthy of 5 stars
I like beginning with a prayer, wish it was one of opening my heart to heart and understanding. And then close the podcast with the prayer that they are using to open the study.

The best
I love Bible in a year with Jack Graham. I love that they’re only 12-15 minutes long. Jack Graham has such a soothing voice. I’ve learned so much and I’m so grateful for this app.

You learn so much
You learn so much in a short amount of time. As far as I’m concerned, my morning does not start out right, and is not complete, without listening first to Bible In A Year with Jack Graham. I love it!

Praise the Lord!
I became a believer about 2 years ago and my sis shared this podcast with me. I try to listen everyday and usually in the morning while I am getting ready for work. As I grow closer to God and listen to this podcast, it helps me understand the Bible more. Thank You Pastor Jack Graham for sharing God’s beautiful word!

Just what I needed
I am a born again Christian that misses church and works on the sabbath. Listening to The Bible in a Year, has taught me so much! I listen in bed, morning and night and am on my 3rd year! It has given me a better understanding, helps me in conversation and in church. Thank you Jesus, Reverend Jack and all who helped to create this. God bless!

Great voice. Horrible jarring advertisements
Really a shame to ruin these with the jarring loud adverts. I thought I’d be able to stick with it but it’s easier to find a different Bible reader that doesn’t interject the noisy interruption that is so contrary to the theme of the readings

Enjoying Bible in a Year!
This is a great app. I’m truly enjoying Bile in a Year with Jack Graham. I listen on Pray.com and my iPod cast. I agree with MB no need to complain. Fast forward through ads and move on. You’ll see check marks next to each listened episode and start from the beginning. Blessings to you all. 🙏🏽

STOP COMPLAINING
How is it that so many people find it easier to complain than they do to focus on the reason this Podcast exists? “Too many ads, app is too hard to use, how do I know where to start!” Jeez-O-Peet people. For those that would rather not hear the ads, simply hit the fast forward button. For those that don’t know where to start, how about starting in Genesis 1 and set your place by hitting “Unplayed,” for those that complain about the app, you’re just looking for something to complain about. The Bible In A Year is incredible because of the message it delivers and that’s all it needs to make it an incredible opportunity for anyone that commits themselves to hearing God’s word. Stop complaining.

Ads galore
Ads galore. Sorry Still searching for a non catholic Bible in a year comparable to Fr Mikes!?

Could do better
The advertising load is 40% of the podcast. And when the 60% of content plays, it is a dramatic re-telling of the Bible, not a faithful reading of the text. Lastly Jack Graham’s voice is AI synthesized meaning he doesn’t even participate! No thanks

Thank You!
This podcast by Pastor Graham is such a blessing to my life. Thank you for providing this amazing resource!

Way to many Adds
Looking for Bible in year but this one has way to many adds. All about money $$
Rubicon4life
Too many commercials.
Why so many ads? Pass.
This game is awsome👍🏻
I used to love this
The number of ads is just insane. If you have CH ministries as a sponsor then why is almost 50% of this podcast ads?

Jack is great!
I love listening to Jack every morning. This app has helped me get on a schedule. It has made learning about Jesus enjoyable and speaks in a way that I understand. Thank you!

Way too many ads!
There are so many Bible-in-a-Year apps, there’s no reason to listen to this podcast where almost half of each episode is ads. I like Jack Graham, but two episodes were enough for me.

Incredible Biblical Teaching
This podcast is my 1st go-to! As a podcast host myself it’s so important to have this platform to spread the word of God and Jack Graham does a fantastic job!! Thank you 🙏🏼 for inspiring and teaching me daily! Cherie Rickard (The Cherie Rickard Show) ❤️

Truth
I truly enjoy these dramatized retellings of these biblical events. I’m ok with liberties that are taken to make the events exiting because they are not distorting the biblical truths. I am so happy I found this site and this is how I go to sleep at night now.

Thank you
Thank you so much!!!!! These days it’s so hard to find reliable sources to listen to the Bible!! Thank you so much for your hard work and determination!!!!!!! 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
RGP is awsome
Love this!
When I get up in the morning to get ready, I turn to this podcast first thing. It helps me get motivated for my day and for further reading / studying of the Bible. The retelling of the stories is energetic and brings light to God’s word on how things did occur. Whomever the narrator is, love his voice!

Way too many Ads!
I’ve been listening to this podcast for awhile but have seen the time spent in ads is getting to be too much!

In a year
Don’t really understand how it’s in a year. When there’s not a new episode everyday.

Bible in a year Jack Graham
I am listening to Bible in a Year with Jack Graham on the podcast and I fell in love, but I do not see new episodes. I’ve listened to April 29 twice already. Why are there no new episodes? Very frustrating.

Advertisements starts at 2 minutes into program
Advertising? Seriously? Ads starts to run 2 minutes into the program? Way to commercialize God. You cannot serve 2 master but in this Bible podcast they certainly try. No thanks.

Great Idea - terrible plan
This is something I was so looking forward to listening to. Listen to the Bible in note size chunks with commentary to help me understand it better - sign me up? Unfortunately there are more ads than actual content. Hard pass.

Part of my Morning Routine
This is part of my morning routine. I love how theatrical each story is. Jack Graham voice is comforting like a father or uncle so I enjoy his recapping of the story and what the message means. I recently found this podcast and glad I did.

Loving this!
I’m so thankful to have found this podcast. I’ve been wanting to learn more of the Bible. I’ve been a Christian my entire life, but I’ve been lazy about diving into the Bible; and my lack of Biblical knowledge is embarrassing at this point in my life. I realize he isn’t reading the Bible word for word, but he does a great job of preaching it. I can literally picture every story in my head as if I’m watching a movie. This podcast is just such a great way to learn (or re-learn) the stories in the Bible whether you’re a new believer or a lifelong believer. It’s more like an overview of the Bible in a year. Regardless, we’re still learning the Bible! Also, I’ve seen some reviews mention the “inappropriate” ads. I don’t think the podcast has anything to do with the ads. Those are set by Apple (or wherever you listen). Or maybe based on your algorithm. The ads I hear are from local radio stations, for things like Uber Eats. But honestly, I skip through the ads anyway, so it’s no harm no foul.

Great listening
Really enjoying this podcast. When I wake up, I’m eager to listen to the series and become mesmerized by the dramatizations. Although there are ads, I just quickly fast forward through them, no distractions for me. Whether you’re new to the Bible or just want a great recourse, this is an awesome podcast to follow.

Easy to understand
I decided to listen to this podcast many years ago when I accidentally touched the button. So eager to know more about God, and to study his words, I continue to listen. The more I listen, the more it feels my heart this preacher made things come to life. Versus me reading the chapter he breaks it down in a way that even a child could understand. If you need to know more about God and you need to get closer to God, listen to his podcast.

Too many ads and not enough content
It’s sad you hear more ads than content from the Bible!

The MOST simplified scripture synopsis!
This app is THE MOST Beginner-friendly Bible app that I have ever used! It breaks the scriptures down and simplifies them in cinematic form, keeping you engaged! As the words in the Bible can be challenging at times- this overview allows you to still receive an understanding of what’s taking place in the scriptures and follow along with ease!
Chak1700
Hey simplistic, but beautiful start!
If you're seeking an introduction to the Bible and its teachings, or if you simply want to brush up, this app is perfect for you. Despite having four other apps on my phone, I find this one the most enjoyable, especially for its storytelling.

Blessed
I wake up each morning and one of the first things I do is listen to Bible in a year on Prayer.com, the chapter verse reading for the day is read with such vivid stories and truths, after the verse the narrator explains what meaningful purpose and it has helped me when reading the chapter.

I’m learning so much!!
I have heard the stories all my life but not in this much detail. Thank you for bringing me closer to God ❤️

This lesson is awesome!!
If you wonna draw closer to Jehovah, this Bible app is the way to do it! I love all of its features! I have grown so much listening to the Bible in a year lesson and it helps me stay encouraged while living in a dark world. Please give it a try. The daily prayers also help you. Jesus is coming back soon. We must get ready!

Ads
I understand that you need people to sponsor your podcast, but I feel like the ads are too excessive.

Thought it was going to be posted daily
It is not posted daily. So it’s technically not Bible in a year.
sdawn17
Not the actual bible passages
You immediately lost me when I realized what “inspired by the Bible meant”. Listening to the first show, I was wondering what bible translation you were reading from because there were lots dramatizations and extra flares that are not in any bible I’ve ever read. Why would you not just read the actual bible passage? The point of this is to actually read the Bible and then get some help to understand its meaning and significance. Bible in a year with Father Mike Schmitz is much better.

Truly blessed to have come across this app!
I have tried a lot of apps to learn the Bible and dig deep and this is truly the number one app I would refer to anybody who is trying to learn more of a scripture and stories, and grow in their faith. It’s a life-changing app easy to understand, and an overall true blessing. I wish I could have a PDF format of these teachings/readings so I can do as a Bible Study.

Interruption
Enjoy the story but the commercials are a major distraction. I’ll find a different Year in the Bible to listen to.
DianeS2024
Too much fluff
In a 20 min program it’s basically 5-7 min of dramatic story with no actual biblical text rest is ads and explanation of story which is a waste. Better to put a sermon on than listen.
