Have the balls to represent to the rest of us that roaring decibel level AI data centers planted in the places where we live, obscene data center water consumption, hyperbolic private asset prices related to AI and DC for the already hyper rich, faltering public markets, poor jobs numbers, higher inflation, etc, etc is the American dream? There’s a whole lot more coming for you very, very soon. Midterms, next pres etc.

Love this podcast and love the insights from Brad and Bill

This show has great potential but the graphics, branding and other elements of the show are severely lacking.

Gurley is thoughtful and realistic. He needs a better counterpart.

The amount of times my eyes pop out of my head due to the incredulous things said in an attempt to save face and not appear like total MAGA —even though they are foaming at the mouth to give the current administration glowing praise —is truly remarkable. One of my guilty pleasures is listening to wealthy and out of touch Americans go through mental and verbal gymnastics to legitimize economic trends and the market. Ultimately, it makes me feel like I too can be an emu with my head in the sand. I listen to this show as an Everyman, looking to get an edge in on trends that keep the rich getting richer. But I definitely disagree with some of the hosts assertions. The episode mentioning America being the most philanthropic society in the history of civilization was laughable at best and extremely dangerous disingenuous gaslighting at worst (esp considering what is going on in America at the moment). I’ll still listen to them bc I love to see how performative but morally corrupt people like to spin things.

I was keen to hear industry insights from Dell. Instead I got poor folk are so lucky to live in the US because now they’ll have an S&P a birth. Never mind that rich folk continue to evade and limit their tax liability that FUNDS poor folk education, healthcare and more.

I like listening to these dudes because they draw attention and discuss important business topics and ask important questions that they try and answer, and if they don’t, they frame the conversation in a meaningful and insightful way. I don’t need to hear about your weekend. I know you are rich, but you don’t need to remind me every 6 minutes.

I used to listen to the All In podcast as my go-to source of up-to-date business and VC/startup news from industry insiders. Unfortunately, it’s gone south fast in the last few years. Dozens of people have been recommending BG2, so I’ve been giving it a listen for the past few weeks now. The content is excellent. Admittedly, I have my reservations about their approach to DOGE/Elon. I don’t want to waste my time with sycophants—looking at you, Brad. Glad to have a good source to turn to now. I hope they stay the course.

I was an avid listener prior to the last episode. I enjoyed the intelligent banter focused on the technological advances of today and the investing aspect of it all. But the last episode focused on DOGE and Musk left a bad taste. DOGE is causing immense suffering to Ordinary working Americans giving their life to public service. But gerstner thought in some way DOGE and the reconciliation legislation is somehow equipped to reduce our deficit and balance our budget. No mention the tax cuts to the richest and corporations will expand our deficit but somehow firing working class people is the solution. No mention of social security or Medicare cuts that would probably be needed to ever reduce our deficit. Regardless, I realized these are two individuals living in their billionaire dream worlds protected from the suffering inflicted by DOGE. Selfish, ignorant, and intellectually dishonest. Unfollowed.

Bill Gurley is great. Wish it was just him. Brad spends every episode on his knees in front of Elon.

Great business and tech pod. Bill is a super intelligent, high integrity insight machine. Brad is trying to too hard to keep up with Bill’s intellectual horsepower and so talks too much. He also tends to talk about stuff that supports his book…. Eg unrelenting support of OpnAI vs Deepseek and not focusing on fundamentals like Bill does.

I get it you Support the current executive team, but the sycophantic behind kissing is a bore. Stick to technology, nuts and bolts, bits and bytes not political abstract intheory.

Finally gave up on the pod after Brad’s unhesitating worship of money over everything and Elon. Bill is a real one though.

Really good in-the-moment sentiment from Gurley and Gerstner. They focus on business and how current events affects US business. No attempt to upsell anything and genuine disagreement does not involve bickering. Big fan.

Excellent when they discuss tech business. Mediocre when they stray out of their lane and into politics and government for example. Pls take a page from Buffett’s playbook and stick to business.

If you are sick of all in pod turning into an uninformed political hack - this is a good reprieve.

Brad is borderline Chamath, Calakanis, and the other charlatans. An amateur. Gurley is an all-time great.

With the All In podcast doing heavy time on politics team Brad is all business. The content and their interpretation is gold. Subscribe to this podcast and the info is perishable so listen asap.
