This is my Squad. My Squad is a group of very different people who remain curious and tell me when I am going down the wrong path. My Squad celebrates my triumphs and also empathizes with my losses.
How can you build a squad?
Remain Curious.
Engage in conversations that are authentic.
Be vulnerable.
Actively listen.
Be open to new ideas and perspectives.
