In this episode, I discuss the concept of loading drills which help increase skill development and have players reach levels that they may not be able to reach otherwise. We specifically go over 5 strategies that you can use to load a drill. They are:
- Present more cues
- Reduce time for cue reading
- Adding manipulation or movements before execution
- Adding instability
- Add peripheral movements
- And some more ideas
