Today is a pretty special day - itâs my 43rd birthday!! After a pretty fun (but also VERY chaotic) last couple of weeks celebrating my daughterâs high school graduation and grad party, I hope to be somewhere relaxing, and enjoying some peace and quiet on my birthday.You could say life has been pretty overwhelming for me lately, and Iâve been hearing that from many of my clients and other ladies as well. For todayâs episode, I really want to share some very real talk when it comes to your health and fitness, and also, my honest thoughts as Iâm celebrating another year around the sun. There's no way to get around doing the âworkâ when it comes to reaching your fitness goals. Whether you just started or youâve been at this awhile, you HAVE to be realistic and intentional about the actions youâre taking, and stop overcomplicating every.single.thing.At the end of the day, you need to be taking positive action and working towards your goals in a way that works for YOU long-term. Life is too short to always be stressing about hitting that âmagicalâ number on the scale, hitting your macros perfectly, and so on. I feel like the older I get, the âspicierâ I get too, but I feel like Iâm in a place now where I can truly embrace confidence and happiness, regardless of the season of life Iâm in - I want the same for you!
