We chatted with Canadian national teamer Ingrid Wilm to discuss her years-long journey at one of Canada's top backstrokers. Wilm discussed what it was like training through the pandemic, why she nearly had to stop swimming altogether, and what it took to win a national title in the 100 backstroke at the 2023 Canada Trials.
