You can feel young again by making simple changes that work for you.

Howie Jacobson, PhD is co-author of Whole with T. Colin Campbell and Proteinaholic with Dr. Garth Davis. He also knows small changes can have a massive impact.

Howie felt like an old man by the time he was 35. His health was beginning to decline as his blood pressure and cholesterol climbed ever higher.

He felt like a genetic time bomb was about to explode given his family's poor health history. He feared that it could go off at any moment and his time would be up.

Tired of living with a dark cloud hanging overhead, he vowed to change what he could. And that began by overhauling his diet.

The changes not only restored his health but turned back the hands of time and continue to prevent the genetic time bomb from going off.

Howie joins "The Weight Loss Champion" Chuck Carroll to share his inspirational long and winding journey to health. Like many of us, there were plenty of stumbles along the way. But in the end he persevered. This is how.
