consultation. I am only currently taking CHC members as clients. She had had a sudden onset of collagenous colitis; I will let her share more of that story with you but was in a bit of crisis mode and needed some help. When we talked during that consultation  she made it a point to  thank me for this podcast and tell me that she had a list of the top  things she had learned and implemented successfully just by listening to the podcast and  before ever joining The CHC. It absolutely made my heart so happy to hear that and then I was like well what were they? I wanted to know what she had found particularly helpful. So she said well I’ll send you a list and I said, great. Before she even sent the list though I reached back out to her and said, hey I would love to have on the podcast to share what was helpful for you. She graciously agreed and is here today to talk about the top takeaways that were most impactful for her. There was also something she shared at the very end of our consultation that made me know that God was also using her as an angel messenger for me and we’ll talk about that too.
