Jeff Stanfield & Andy Shaver are joined by Buddy Wayne Webb, a resident of Midland, Texas. In this episode, Webb discusses and recounts his personal allegations and beliefs, including his claim that an underground tunnel exists beneath his backyard that he believes is used for human and drug trafficking.

Webb also claims that in January of 2012 there was an attempt on his life, alleging he was shot in the right ankle by individuals he describes as the “secret police” of Midland, which he believes originated from a hidden crawl space beneath his home.
