For one Pittsburgh couple, it began with a cheerful “Hey” in the bathroom and quickly moved on to self-starting Netflix marathons, skipped shower playlists, and a ghost app that insisted something was “upstairs.” Luckily, his girlfriend—a self-proclaimed sensitive—keeps her cool and sets firm ghostly boundaries, which might explain why the phantom TV binge-watcher and playlist saboteur seem more mischievous than menacing. Is it a harmless little boy spirit looking for attention—or the most passive-aggressive roommate they’ve ever had?
